Must have plugin for your Jira instance
주석: ScriptRunner is a must have plugin for any Jira instance you create since it helps to automate so many functionalities in Jira workflows.
장점:
Workflow automation, automates notification, custom endpoints, custom fields.
단점:
External database connectivity is missing, upgrades sometimes breaks scripts probably needs to be tested for backward compatibility, a bit expensive plugin as compared to others
Powerful tool
주석: It's been very helpful, and users are impressed by the features it delivers.

Scriptrunner is great for extending Jira functionality. We mostly create behaviors and scripted fields to enhance the user experience and collect data points. Also, the packaged JQL functions are very powerful when querying Jira.
단점:
Online documentation seems outdated sometimes, especially with scriptrunner knowledge base being separated from Adaptavist knowledge base. Community forums help out.
Great for custom fields for Jira
장점:
This is great for making custom fields in Jira, among other things, and the documentation is very good.
단점:
The integration with Jira is fine and I don't see how it could be improved, other than perhaps by field ID value suggestions with descriptions of said fields. If you like Groovy, you'll like this.
Great tool for Enhance issues search
주석: It is a great tool and a must have to increase productivity, communicating the outcomes in efficient way.
장점:
There are many functions available in the JQL search. This helps us to filter the tasks much better way. The best part is the script updates the filter after a given time.
단점:
The Enhance search filter query can't be shared to people. The resulting filter that is generated by the ScriptRunner can only be shared. Hence, a person who wrote the advanced JQL search query can only edit it.
