Accessibility, Ease of use, traceability and reports just to name a few

단점:

Honestly cannot say that there was anything that I disliked, however if you could integrate with IoT devices to automate the process.

Effective and easy to use!

주석: It's been very useful for tracking actual volunteer hours. Our center volunteers have come to be very familiar and adapted to the app quite easily.

장점:

It's free, which is the most meaningful to our non-profit. It's easy to use for on-site volunteers using our hub tablet and for off-site volunteers to track their time using the app.

단점:

I wish the free version would total the monthly hours. It's one simple feature that would be the cherry on top. If that was added the free version would be perfect for our tiny organization.

Take Caution when entering billing info

주석: I tried it, I forgot to remove my free trial billing information and ended up subscribing. When I realized I didn't like it, I canceled my subscription. But they kept taking it out of my account. Thinking I maybe didn't cancel, I went to log back in but it said I had to sign up again, no account existed. I contact CS on Feb 7, no resonse. I contact CS again on Mar 7 and they said my account was active. They had the right email address but again, no account when I tried to log in. I have since sent them screen shots to show no subscription service. They tell me I am in the system, but there is ABSOLUTELY no way to cancel a second time. Not sure why CS just can't cancel. It's absurd and at this point they owe me. $30.00

Not much. I thought it would work for me, it didn't.

단점:

It wasn't user friendly and not for someone like me who logs independant contract hours. The location is off as well.

An affordable alternative that's still full of features

주석: So far, we love it, and the ease of use is fantastic compared to other platforms. The time tracking feature is a huge bonus for us, and initial rollout was very intuitive. At a fraction of the price with more features than we have been offered by past systems, this was an easy choice.

장점:

Love the ease of use, the integrations, the mobile app and the ability to track time in an accessible platform that was quick to set up and explain to our employees.

단점:

The desktop app is very basic with not much functionality compared to the mobile app. Most employees are opting just to use the website. Some of the buttons could be bigger for accessibility.

Luv this APP

주석: Easy to work with and easy for staff too. When staff miss a clock in or clock out, it wasn't painful to correct. Staff could view hours worked very easily and keep track too.

Easy to maneuver through for staff and Admin

단점:

Nothing. There was nothing to dislike about this App. Would use again.

A great tool, very user friendly.

주석: Easy to setup, simple to onboard team and great data.

Simple to use for both myself as the business owner and my team. The reports are clear and provide everything I need. Great product.

단점:

Nothing, not much in life is free and good - Jibble is.

Easy to set up, great customer service

주석: Good so far. Still in the transition stage from manual, paper timesheets to using Jibble, but we are getting there.

장점:

It was easy to set up. I am administering this for a client, and using the timesheet function. There is a complicated pay plan for hourly workers. I was able to use the activities function with coaching from Jibble customer service and that solved our problem. The customer service has been outstanding.

단점:

The biggest issue I am having, and this isn't the fault of Jibble, is getting the staff at my client to convert from little scribbled pieces of paper to an on-line timesheet. At some point, Jibble might consider offering a training webinar.

It's a really great product !

Amazing Platform

주석: Love It!! It has helped me and my team keep track of hours and work that was completed.

I like that the platform is easy to navigate. It's not to much information on the platform and it serves the purpose for a small organization.

단점:

Having to pay for certain features that probably can be added to the free service. .

Wonderful Time Tracking Software!

주석: Wonderful. Easy to setup and understand.

장점:

It helps with very accurate time reporting and very easy for employees to use. Especially love the face recognition feature. Makes logging in/out a snap!

단점:

There isn't anything I don't like about it. It's great!

Good for Clocking In/out Business Team Tracking, not as good for Project Milestones

주석: Simply measuring my hours. Ideally, I could measure projects milestones as well(but based on my next responses you will see why I do not).

장점:

The fact I can see weekly, monthly and that I can edit my clock-ins and outs.

단점:

The fact that it has to be sync. with google time. Not entirely sure what happens, but sometimes I press I clock-in on the phone and it just does not. No register stays on the phone. I believe it might be due to wireless connection though, yet no warning is given on the mobile application, at least that I am aware of.

Awesome Tool

주석: I absolutely love this program. I was so glad i stumbled upon it. It has become an important part of organizing and tracking in my business.

This is a versatile program that really lends itself well to any type of working situation. My small business currently uses Jibble for project time tracking and i have used it for overall employee time management and tracking too. It is very easy to use on mobile, pc or integrating it into another app. I have really loved that I can intergrade it into slack which helps streamline everything I need. You get alot with the free version and even more when you pay.

단점:

There really isnt much I like about Jibble.

Jibble for Timekeeping and Project Resources

주석: Overall, the minimal clunky features are not a problem, and compared to the value that Jibble offers as a freelancer's tool to keep project hours. Jibble is a great asset to my business.

장점:

It's a clean way to keep time for freelance projects. There's no confusion with AI productivity tools, Pomodoro clocks or fancy bells and whistles. It works, because I need an accurate and easy way to keep hours on 3 or 4 jobs each day. The ability to keep track of projects I'm working on as well as breaks taken.

단점:

It does take a few more clicks to work through some of the processes. Not all the processes like editing are completely intiuitive.

Happy with Jibble

주석: Overall very happy to have switched to this app. Very easy to use and many features to enjoy

The flexibility to handle different types of schedules and methods of payroll The system developed to track and approve days off The multiple integrations it has, specially with payroll apps such as Deel The reports are definitely one of the best attributes

단점:

Not having the activity tracking option yet to know about keyboard/mouse movement. Not able to distinguish between two types of breaks within the same period (Paid or unpaid). Should be able to assign if a break will be paid and a lunch will be unpaid. This is a regular standard in Latam and many companies in the US

Jibble Customer Satisfaction Review

주석: Overall experience is good, really it is. not perfect, but it has remain very useful.

its so flexible to use, the mobility makes it very interesting. I like the fact that employees can log in wherever they are, without having to go to a particular spot in the office

great software for tracking payroll

주석: we are happy w our experience w jibble.

this is a great software and easy to use. it has a free version which is all i need for my staff to track their hours worked, for me to be able to do payroll. the paid features look great but i don't need them for my tiny business.thank you jibble.

단점:

staff are not able to edit their time clock. if they forget to clock in or out i need to edit it for them.

Ballin on a BUDGET

주석: Awesome

장점:

Jibble is awesome because even on the free plan it does what i need it to do. All i really need is the clock in/out feature & time tracking for all my staff. The geofencing is the best part, so they can only clock in within a certain area.

단점:

I am only on the free plan, so i think this is different for paid plans, but I would like there to be an option where people can still clock out not in the geofenced location. And if they clock out outisde of the geofenced location, there is a pop up question that asked when they finished work, AND this particular time is flagged for admin (me) to confirm on the time sheets. I have so many people with their clocks continuously running because they forget to clock out.

Helping me get the most from my team and ROI on my projects

주석: Overall pleased with the tool. The engagement from the team is high as the tool is easy to use and integrates with our IM client. The real time notifications has helped me keep team members on the priority tasks and reports has let me see which projects are time stinks or not delivering good ROI and where team members are losing time.

장점:

The webapp interface is nice to use and they have some useful integrations making it even easier - switch tasks during a slack conversation. Being able to see what my full team, especially remote workers, are working on in real time and also in historical reports is very helpful. Seeing how much a project cost in developers time when multiple members of the team contributed is so much easier. Support is just a chat message or email away and everyone has been really helpful even taking on feature requests.

단점:

Isn't quite as flexible as we'd like so as we are trying to use it in a slightly different way than intended we have encountered some issues. For example we want to switch the tasks that our developers can say they are working on each sprint but deleting old tasks removes them from the historical reporting. Jibble say they are working on a solution to this but for now we just keep adding tasks and have tried to be more generic with the listings to avoid clutter. No Jira integration means we have to list the tasks manually - again something that Jibble may solve when they launch their api.

Amazing reporting!

주석: I can evaluate how much time the operative team spend in every client, so I can administrate in a better way the activities per client and per team member

The extension for Chrome... sometimes works, sometimes not

Recommended time tracking app

주석: The application has always done what I needed it to do which is why I've remained using Jibble for 5 years

I like the low pricing and the online support

단점:

I have no issues with Jibble what so ever

Value for your Money

주석: We've found that overdelivery is an issue and by measuring all our activities, we've been able to adjust the time used for each of our clients.

장점:

Jibble is really easy to use and the benefit is huge comparing it to its cost. It has improved our way of executing tasks and helped us in finding weak spots on our time distribution.

단점:

I think the mobile app can improve and be as complete as the web version.

Track Time And Attendece Simply

주석: Jibble is a great solution for time and attendance tracking but for small teams only.

장점:

Jibble offers a simple and efficient solution for time and attendance tracking. Its also facial recognition and GPS tracking for remote teams, along with an intuitive interface and integrations with other tools like Slack and Google Workspace.

단점:

Jibble's reporting capabilities are so limited compared to other time tracking tools. Its may not be meet your needs.

Best software for attendance tracking

주석: My team's transition was quite smooth, unlike other tools we used previously. The mobile attendance app is excellent and combined with the geolocation and login metering are excellent.

장점:

The different attendance control features such as access via computer, via mobile phone, definition of login perimeter, activity tracking are some of the features that made me marvel at the solution.

단점:

I don't have any negative points/aspects to consider.
