주석: Highly comparable to Survey Monkey, but better bang for the buck!

- Sometimes the drag function freezes while being moved up and down

Practical and easy to use

주석: In general, I liked it and benefitting from it.

장점:

It is very practical and user friendly. Also, cost effective comparing with similar options.

단점:

Question types are limited and available questions are not customizable as well. For example, I want to insert a prioritization question, but I cannot do it with available tools. I have to compromise with my survey and ask such questions in different ways. Also designing sperate questions is also not available. For example, I have several likert-type questions but I have only a carousel-type of a design for all of them. I cannot see all the subquestions together in a table. Finally, I couldn't upload all or a part of my questions at once. I had to write them again.

Review as a student

주석: Overall it's a great site with an easy to navigate interface, not much more to say there

장점:

Compared to other form sites like google forms or Microsoft forms, I found this easier to use and had more features, I had to search a lot to find a survey maker site that offers pictured questions as Microsoft and google weren't offering it, I'm using the site for free as a student and I find that the features available is pretty good for no payment.

단점:

That there are simple things unavailable like the Opinion Scale which is usually free was unavailable and it prompted me to upgrade to pro, I found this a bit weird because on most, if not all sites this feature is usually free, I wouldn't have been shocked if the slider or even the picture format you had to pay for but seeing as there's a way to get the pro version for free even if it's only a week given I didn't make much of a fuss about it

Useful surveys

Useful survey creation - limited free functionality

주석: I'm trying to introduce social science and marketing techniques to biologists to help save the North Atlantic right whales, and I'm using the survey as part of this effort. It'll be useful, but could be more powerful with a few more back-end functionality.

Creating a survey was super easy! Features and functions were intuitive to use.

단점:

Free functionality isn't clear ahead of time. Yes, the number of responses is clear. However, the lack of access to individual responses or export for free accounts should either be made crystal clear up front, or (better still) limited access provided.

Easy to make surveys, but not so easy to analyse data

It is easy to make your survey and it is attractive.

단점:

It was very unclear how I would be able to analyse my data after retrieving it, and now that I have collected data, I am unable to use it (I need to see how each individual user responded to each question, and it seems impossible).

Good features

주석: Good experience for me.

장점:

I'd been looking for an alternative survey provider to run surveys with participants of training programs I run. So far I've tested out the features of the free edition which are better than most other - ability to add pictures, create as many questions as you like and add simple logic. It was pretty easy to use too - very simple and easy to understand

단점:

I'd like to see the ability to create at least 2 or 3 logics in the free version - at least so it can be tested out before committing the paid version

Amazing!

주석: Using SurveyLegend has been entertaining to say the least. Everything I need to be done is easily performed with this platform. I don't think managing surveys could be any easier.

SurveyLegend is an incredibly easy-to-use platform. It provides great ease in creating surveys with varied question types and logic flows. The Live Analytics feature is very satisfying as well.

So far, I'm loving SurveyLegend. I don't really have any complaints.

SurveyLegend Digital experience

장점:

I really love the dynamic. Anybody that has a minimum of technologies knowledge can acheive a verry powerful and great looking survey or poll. There’s many features that need lot of time to explore, there’s a lot of fun to use this software (cloud based, because you only need your browser). It’s an incredibly creative and you can acheive lot of things, where you make translations from business goals and concerns to soft designs.

단점:

At least my experience with some other similar product dont let me say that i dont like something in surveyLegend. May be its just need more work on data analyzis

Created a survey for a non-profit

주석: I would like to download the results of my survey. I don't mind answering these questions but I got to the end with one method but wasn't able to download a screen shot. I hope I am not asked for the same at the end of this survey!

장점:

Creating a survey with SurveyLegend was easy and intuitive.

단점:

Downloading the results, not as much.

Easiest to use and cheapest on the market for its value.

주석: I have only used it for one survey but I check the responses daily and the emails that let me know when responses have reached 5/10/etc. are also very helpful. Overall, it’s my favourite survey tool to use so far.

장점:

I really like all the data tools that are given to us and that there is an option to export and share the data in various formats. All the information on the individual responses are very helpful. The survey itself is also very customisable so you can personalise as much or as less as you’d like!

단점:

The only suggestion I would have is that it could provide with an estimated time taken or average time taken to the users before they take it. Or give the survey creator the option to show those times.

A great tool for market reserach

주석: So far, I cannot complain. It is excellent.

This an excellent, intuitive tool with a lot of advanced features available.

단점:

The matrix function could be made to be a bit easier to make every step of it as required.

Survey Legend is a great product and helped my small charity hugely

주석: I wanted to quickly engage with our customer, and Survey Legend was so easy to use that I created and launched a survey in a couple of days. I was able to tweak the questions in real time which was really helpful too.

장점:

The WYSIWYG design screen was easy to use, and the preview of the survey really helpful. The wide range of themes meant I could pick one that suited the impression I wanted to give. Real time statistics on completion meant I could track the roll out of the survey and keep my fellow trustees up to date with progress.

단점:

I'd like to be able to use it for free for ever!

SurveyLegend as a great platform

주석: My experience was very fruitful as I was able to design my questionnaire in a professional manner at the same time learning new aspects which I can include in my assignments as well as during exams.

장점:

This software was very user friendly. Should you feel lost, various options were available to learn how to use the different components available.

단점:

The main problem I had with this software is that you could not interlink questions. On another note, if users were not eligible to take the questionnaire, there was no way they could skip the rest of the questions straight to submit without having to go through the other questions.

Great trial and no trying to upgrade every minute like survey monkey

Best Survey tool for companies

주석: I am more than satisfied with their product and will use it again in the future! If you're looking for a way to engage people and make them more willing to answer a series of questions, don't look any further. SurveyLegend is the way to go. I have many positive feedbacks from people I've sent the survey to who were pleased by the design and how intuitive it was

장점:

I was looking for a tool that I could use to start a market research on the type of product i'm developping in my country. Regarding the current situation it was necessary for me that people take the time and enjoy answering my survey. I also needed a tool that would allow me to add pictures in it. The features SurveyLegend has to make the survey more appealing and intuitive are just perfect!

단점:

Maybe an automatic way of collecting emails without having to ask them as part of the survey would be a perfect addition to what you offer already

A big help for my thesis

주석: I found it really easy to use and very complete with a lot of options. Will be using it in the future

장점:

I have tried lots of platforms for surveys but none of them wore good enough for my study, so I did a google search for the best survey platforms and SurveyLegend was in one of the top spots! It was free so I tried it. BEST. DECISION. EVER. I LOVE how aesthetic it is, the diversity of options for every tip of question, and specialy the way it analysis the results. I can really see myself using this software for future studies!

단점:

What I found kind of bad about the software was the fact that, in order to see the results from your survey you need to pay. Maybe have another way to get the results without paying or let the costumers know they will have to pay before they apply the survey, because for a student like me its not easy to have extra money for this kinds of stuff.

I am loving the fun functionality of this!

It is very intuitive offering drag and drop style design features. This product has such vibrant personality, I felt it could help in addressing the dry survey overload many folks experience that doesn't encourage deep engagement in the topic. While being funky and colorful, Survey Legend still offers professional evaluation options, making it a holistic survey platform~!

단점:

Hmmmm... There really isn't anything that I don't like so far. I would have loved to have access right away to a free trial of full functionality to truly understand the platform's value right away. I think that would be strategic -- to offer 1 initial survey attempt at full capability and then require payment (or offer the option to submit reviews for extra time). Without this option it's difficult to get the whole picture perspective.

Instant Quality Survey Form

주석: Overall, It is an amazing app if you have to make survey forms again and again, than only you should buy it otherwise you can use the free one as It provides all the basic option for a good survey form. FOrm me it was a great investment as it worked very well and provided everything for a quality survey.

I have to do surveys now and then to get the opinion of my colleagues. Survey Legends helps me to make interactive and fun survey forms which provide precise and in-depth analysis of the survey. It has a lot of features to customize every bit of survey forms, which helps me to make it accurately according to my needs.

단점:

The free version is very restricted and does not have a lot of features. And you can use it for only 3 times. on the other hand paid version is very useful and feature packed.

Best Survey APP

Survey legend is one of the best survey apps in the E- Market. It´s easy to use, simple and practical. It gives you a lot of new option , and its also easy to track your results.

단점:

i dont have yet any cons, but maybe you can add more functions.

Review of Survey Legend

주석: Overall good. But it shouldn't let you add an option for "Other" if it won't let you view the answers.

장점:

I like the easy to move, easy to add boxes for each survey question. It's very easy to select which type of survey question it is, upload images, and move questions around.

단점:

Deceptive tactics. There multiple choice option of "Other", which lets the survey-taker type in their own answer. Using the free version, I was able to add this in to a multiple choice question. But when I go now to view the responses, SurveyLegend tells me I can't view the individual responses without upgrading to a paid plan. NOW they tell me, after I've already sent out the survey to everyone. It allowed me to create an option for comments but won't let me view them. So now I have to email all my co-workers and ask them if they submitted a comment in "Other" and to just email it to me. Embarrassing.

Great survey collection

Very nice survey platform!

주석: SurveyLegend give better experiences for me in helping me doing my research. So I do recommended students who need to do some survey on their research/thesis to use this platform because another platform strictly limited your question and respondents in free package. Besides, this platform will help you to reduce your expenses since they are kind enough to give Pro package for 3 weeks and you just need to write some review.

장점:

I do like the survey legend because at the welcome page you can attach an image. Another platform does not provide me with this feature.

단점:

Another platform provide user to see result on individual respond even though you cannot export it. So, I do like to have this feature even I am not export the result. Overall, the starter package is very good unless the features for see all individual result.

An easy survey-builder

주석: SurveyLegend has made designing surveys an art. Publishing surveys has become so easy. Various customization options available has added to greater user reach. It has helped me save time and effort in publishing and even analyzing the responses of the survey.

Everything about the software is unique. It is super easy even for a noob to use it. One can make an impactful survey which attracts audience to have a look due to its various customization options. Analytics of feedback of a survey are given in a comprehensive way, thus allowing to understand the taste of people.

단점:

Adding a new question to an already framed survey is sometimes difficult. Also, users sometimes complain about not being able to choose a specific option. Otherwise, it is a great software.

주석: Overall, I am extremely happy with the ease in creating the survey.

The simplicity of use and the overall functionality. The absolute best part was, I had a question on how to do something with my survey, I jumped into the chat customer service and within minutes was in a Zoom meeting speaking with one of the core founders who helped me to fine-tune my survey. This is the essence of a great business model; going that one step beyond for your clients/customers service. Go SurveyLegend!!!!
