주석: We've had a really positive experience and I would highly recommend. The help-centre is informative and when I've needed to contact the support team, they've always been quick to respond and super helpful.

We've been using Survicate for just over 3 months, and have been overly impressed with the entire platform. It's straightforward to set up and sync/integrate with any CRM. I love the ease of being able to send ad-hoc surveys out at different touchpoints of our Customer Journey. The dashboard is straightforward to navigate, and the reporting tool is ace.

단점:

I haven't come across anything that I've not been happy with or found a workaround for.

Perfect for support and surveys

주석: My overall experience with Survicate has been excellent. Its seamless integration with Intercom has allowed us to easily collect and analyze customer feedback directly within our communication flow. Setting up surveys is intuitive, and the variety of survey templates helps us quickly gather relevant insights. The real-time data reporting has been invaluable for making data-driven decisions, improving customer satisfaction, and identifying areas for product improvement. Additionally, the ability to target specific user segments ensures we’re collecting feedback from the right audience at the right time. Overall, Survicate has significantly enhanced our feedback collection process

Rapid survey deployment for continuous discovery but needing some more basic capabilities to make it truly self service

Easy to integrate survey solution

주석: For us it has a good value point for doing regular user surveys (NPS, CSAT), but also do to feedback surveys for individual features or user journeys.

It was fairly easy to setup for us and integrates well with our website, as well as our other infrastructure (pushing survey results to e.g. Slack or Big Query). It offers us good customization and the ability for marketing or non-technical product people to leverage it. The Survicate AI functionality is also very useful to do product research if you have collected a lot of feedback and want to go through it fast.

단점:

We did not see an ability to use emails and in-app surveys together while not over-surveying individual users (for example reach out to all users which did not answer an in-app survey via email).

There are not much option to play with Font and subject body within for normal user who don't know backend coding.

Great product

주석: Pretty good. Small problem with bugs and data display, otherwise the tool is really good.

Very cool survey builder. That side of the app is pretty good especially as a designer who can use it make "prototype" and test the survey before using it.

Impossibility to add multiple apps on the same workspace. Since each app has it's own Amplitude

Fine Survey Tool

주석: Its a good tool for surveys. We use it exclusively for sending NPS surveys and it works well. Best part is that it integrates with mailchimp seamlessly, we dont need to do any external linkage.

expensive, it doesnt have any plans for infrequent users like me.

Survicate integrates well within our marketing efforts

주석: I am very pleased with Survicate, but I notice that many competitors are emerging in the market. It is essential to listen to your clients and continue evolving the platform without putting pressure on them to increase prices. Survicate has been seamlessly integrated into our marketing efforts, and we can share logins across the company with different levels of access.

Integration with ActiveCampaign and the template library. The usage of the tool is very easy.

단점:

We are currently on a legacy pricing plan, which restricts our access to many features. Survicate requires us to upgrade to access these features, effectively doubling our current costs. I believe this situation should be handled differently, considering we are legacy clients. While some incremental changes may be reasonable, it feels unfair to compel us to upgrade in this manner. Additionally, we are experiencing issues with duplicate survey responses, which are also being captured by the chatbot. Cleaning up these duplicates is currently a manual process, and I feel there should be better solutions within the tool. It would be helpful to add a sorting filter that brings all duplicate survey responses together, rather than requiring us to go through all answers to identify them. Improvements are needed in this area, such as the ability to remove or exclude duplicate responses and a better system for identifying chatbot inputs.

We can determine client behavior, trends, and other relevant factors with the help of the program Survicate. This is accomplished via survey tools that are built into websites. The program helps me manage quick surveys and gather customer feedback regarding their website, services, and products.

Although we have the option to create our own tags through the survey links, I wish it was a little more user-friendly. Perhaps adding a dynamic component would allow us to keep the same survey copy while having it respond differently to diverse audiences.

Great tool for collecting feedback both on web and app

주석: At our company, we use Survicate to collect feedback from our users across our different sites, in different languages, both on the web and in the app. We love the versatility of creating segments and showing a specific survey to a specific group of users. Plus, we link these surveys to our screen recording software, so we have the feedback and what the user did in the meantime - a great mix to solve problems.

Easy of use, pricing, versatility, scalability, support, integration with other tools, "topics" functionality... it was a great discovery for us and offers all we need for our end-user surveys.

단점:

For our necessities I have no complaints about it. Maybe more design options, but they release new features from time to time.

I particularly love that it can integrate with our A/B testing tool, allowing us to launch surveys and gather feedback across different experiments.

주석: The overall experience has been very positive and Survicate has provided us with a very useful tool in understanding what our customers think and acting on their feedback at a reasonable cost.

The survicate platform is really easy to use and provides us with customer feedback in an easy to digest format. The AI insight tools in particular have been incredibly helpful for us as a business allowing us to quickly analyse large volumes of customer feedback and pinpoint any issues with our customer experience that require action.

I don't have any specific cons and the platform is regularly adding new features which I appreciate. We did have a minor billing issue once but this was resolved promptly by the service team.

Great survey tool for all things surveys

주석: Overall, great experience - just get in and play around with the features, because there are a ton of features and possibilities - and they are well orgnaized. I love the suggestions and the ability to edit from a template - and download results (with paying version). You do get a LOT from the free- which is also great.

Love the ease of most integrations, especially Intercom, and how easy it is to create surveys - whether from scratch or from a template. Very easy to ensure a non-biased question and have great data capture options

단점:

I found it frustrating to send a single link but have it collect identified information, without using an email tool - without integrating the survey into Intercom or Marketo or another email tool, sending an identified email link is cumbersome - we often have those emails blocked by email servers, so being able to one-off send a link is important.

Survicate - Great Survey Tool for Mobile!

주석: Overall a really great experience and would 100% use it again in a future project

Survicate makes it really easy for us to get feedback on the fly without new deployments on mobile (we use React Native). Its been invaluable at getting fast feedback

단점:

We face occasional problems with newer technologies such as React Native, and Zapier but once we raised them to Survicate they did resolve them :)

Very good experience with Survicate

주석: Overall the customer support with [sensitive content hidden] is very good, quick and he is very reliable.
The took is easy to use, just needs a few features to take it to the next level.

Survicate is an immensely robust and versatile tool that looks great and works well, but the above-and-beyond factor is their incredible attentive and responsive team that provide high-touch and timely support to make sure we're able to work as effectively as possible!

Missing some additional features at present like custom skip logic, though it is on the roadmap!

Very flexible tool enabling you to get to know your users. Beautiful and functional interface with charts and graphs that neatly communicate survey outcomes visually.

Survey logic features are quite limited. AI features are promising but not good enough yet to be really useful.
