Great Product for Team Collaboration and Communication

주석: Great experience overall, there are still a few things to improve, but it gets the job done.

I like the fact that I can create a thread in a specific message so that thing doesn't get mixed up, makes for a very clear communication tool.

단점:

It seems that the notification is not taking too much attention, especially if you get too focused on your task, my employee always says that they didn't notice that I sent them a message.

The best communication tool and value for any organization!

주석: Since we have deployed Pumble we have seen communications streamline. Its great to see our internal phone calls decrease so we have more time to pick up external phone calls. Pumble has given all of our team members the ability to feel like we are in the same room even though we are scattered in multiple buildings and some in virtual locations. I can't see operating my business as efficiently without it!

장점:

I love the ease of use with Pumble. I deployed Pumble 2 years ago and it has gone above and beyond all of my expectations. All of my team members are scattered across acres of property and in some cases are virtual. Pumble has brought the ability for field technicians to use the mobile app and show exactly what they are working on, forward pictures to the parts manager and service advisor for a clear idea of what is needed. The pictures can also be forwarded to the customer so they can have peace of mind knowing the failure has been found and replaced. The time it saves with internal conversations is incredible and the flexibility to share pictures, files and other documents easily with each member is a game changer. Incredible product from front to back. I would not be able to run my business as easily without it.

단점:

The only issue I had was with the alert tone. In a noisy environment, the alert tone was often missed. I contacted support and advised if anything could be done. The Pumble Customer care associate took my request and logged it, advised it would be implemented in a future release thanks to my feedback, contacted me when the update was available and then they added multiple tone styles so each technician could pick what was best for them. I was more impressed that the associate actually created a ticket for it and then reached back out to me when it was eventually added. Its incredible to see that the associate cared enough to communicate my needs to their team and then follow back up with me. Hats off to Pumble and their team!

Use as work discuss, bug report or Software Development

주석: Its great to use. Our team is satisfied by using this.

1-Easy to use. 2-User Friendly. 3- Most Impotent your messages will not be deleted from your workspace.

단점:

Most of Smiles not shown properly. we can't use bullet points. we can't use bold text etc.

Use Pumble, not Slack

주석: It's basically Slack, but better. And the paid option is sensibly priced, so that's fantastic too.

장점:

Pumble is easy to use - if you've used Slack, you already know everything you need to about Pumble. But, crucially, Pumble allows unlimited message history in the free version. This is a crippling restriction of Slack, and the main reason I switched from Slack to Pumble.

단점:

Pumble's search feature is not great, and requires basically knowing exactly what whole word terms you're searching for. Partial words won't get you anywhere.

Amazing find

I love how it gives the trial as well as its ease of access. i really love that its similar to slack but less confusing!

단점:

I wish that it had a deal where 1 or 2 employees were discounted or free like a few others

Nice alternative to Slack or Teams

주석: In general everything has been perfect, the free version is very complete! and I consider the PRO versions to be economical.

장점:

I like how easy it is to set up channels and invite new users.

단점:

The lack of integrations, I think it needs integrations with Notion and Figma.

Better Than Slack

주석: an absolute 5 star rated webtool, easy to use, pocket friendly.

장점:

The Features helps our team to improvise and narrow down the workload and the communication is to the point and file sharing has become the icing on the cake and smooth as knife through the butter. Overall a budget friendly web tool to help us beat the system barrier and meet the timeline with the company goals.

단점:

please market yourself (Pumble) more, there are a lot of the companies looking for your tool.

Best alternative to Slack

장점:

Very easy to set up and get going. Very easy to add users.

단점:

My usage right now has found nothing that would reflect a negative aspect of this software.

Happy we switched!

장점:

We were previously using another software which had limits on message history. Pumble not only allows us to look at our entire message history from Pumble, but we were also able import our entire message history from the old program we were using.

단점:

We had some difficulty transferring our message history over, but the support team was able to finally get it sorted out, and it worked perfectly. Other than that, we have had no cons!

POV for Pumble

I like how pumble let's us personalize our current status.

단점:

It sometimes crashes and does not open quickly.

Pumble - so far so good but short of a few features

장점:

Pumble works well using the features it has. Real time chat works well as does thread and direct messages.

단점:

(Note: using Xubuntu and xfce) No spell correction. Cannot tailor notification sounds. No voice calls, no video calls. "They're coming". Often slows down by end of day (desktop product) and has to be killed and restarted.

Its Something we need for projects - A shared place to communicate instead of Instant messaging...

I started using it in a few minutes, the User interface was straight-forward enough to start using the Pumble in minutes...

단점:

I think the colors need to be colors that can be modified to be easier on the eyes...

Efficient Team Communication with Pumble

Fantastic product for instant team messaging, remote work

We were on the lookout for a instant messenger we could use for our team that included unlimited messages, as well as keeping our history. Pumble does all that and more. Very satisfied

단점:

Not the biggest fan of the layout, or the appearance. But it is easily customizable

Good but need som development

주석: We are a small new architecture office and were looking for a software to communicate with each other.The team members move from one working site to another an to the office so hardly ever we coincide fiscally together. In our search of a project manager software we found "Clockify". A free tool to count the time each member of the team spends in a task/project to manage schedules, reviews, commissions and death-lines. The fantastic experience that this software gave us make us try Pumble, which mostly covers our needs. Would be great if "Clockify" and "Pumble" could synchronize together. I like that are two different tools though.

- FOR FREE: It is a very good tool to communicate with the other members of the team, share files and ideas, - The tool is present in all main platforms: Windows, OSX, IOS, Android.

단점:

It is quite new so they need some development to catch up! Couldn't find how to make video calls through the web application, I would not like to install the app.

Pumble Review

주석: The software does what it's supposed to do. Nothing much to say about it outside of the fact.

A good tool for fast file sharing and communication among team members. Con: delayed notifications.

Lag issues. Software takes forever to start after rebooting my machine.

A good messaging application is the key to success for remote workers like me

주석: I'm a freelance writer from Indonesia who works remotely, and Pumble is the only messaging app used in the company. I started using Pumble in 2021. It didn't take long for me to be able to use the application, because it has a simple interface that is easy to use and supports my work as a writer which requires good communication with the team perfectly.

Honestly, as long as I use this application, I have not found anything that makes me not like this application.

Many of the features offered are similar to Pumble's competitors, but the lower pricing is a definite draw.

단점:

Drafts to new people are not saved if you click elsewhere in the software, and I am not always notified of new messages within threads.

Cool Messaging and Collaboration in One App!

주석: Pumble is a good tool to communicate and be on track of all important messages and making to have almost instant feedback with the team compared to using an email system.

장점:

Pumble makes it easy to manage your team and work more with less hustle on communication even for larger scale companies.

단점:

I wish Pumble features more like adding text styling so we can emphasize important messages in a long message and even add the link directly to work or sentence when sending it to my teammates.
