The most powerful piece of marketing tech right now
주석: Mutiny has one of (if not the best) best customer experiences in the SaaS industry. I never felt jerked around between teams/departments. The marketing to sales to customer success handoffs were smooth. I know our customer success manager is always going to help us realize the most value possible from Mutiny. You will be taken care of and you will feel valued by the team at Mutiny. In turn, the results you will experience form using Mutiny in your business are very impactful.

With Mutiny, you can create the most relevant website experience for your customers the moment they reach your website. Contextual marketing is key and Mutiny is a game-changer in this area. You'll be able to create the best experience for your customers which will dramatically increase your website conversion rates. Mutiny also empowers marketers to quickly create these experiences through their no-code platform. Need to quickly change a global banner on your website? Done. Need to add a specific headline for a segment of your visitors because they're coming to your page from an ad and you want to maintain consistent messaging? Done. Want to swap out some of your social proof to be relevant to a mid-market website visitor? Done. The possibilities are almost endless, and the implementation takes minutes to execute. Gone are the days of generic messaging to fit multiple personas. Gone are the days of hundreds of landing pages to speak to a specific audience from a targeted ad or campaign. Unlock the new reality of being able to dynamically change your website experience for specific segments of your audience.
단점:
There are some minor functionality improvements that need to happen. It is possible to move sections on a page, but it currently feels like a workaround, not a core product feature. I am confident Mutiny will update this in the future.
Easy to use web personalization tool coupled with amazing customer experience
주석: Working with Mutiny's team was awesome. They provided insights into how the tool could fit my use case and outlined pricing in a way that was simple and made sense. Once we had signed a contract, their team was readily available making sure our team got value out of the product.

Mutiny connects to your existing tech stack and sits on top of your website and landing pages. It's super easy to get up and running. Experiments can be spun up in minutes and performance is laid out in an easy to understand console. To add on, their customer experience team is over the top awesome and always helpful when trying to figure out how to accomplish a certain task or just thinking through conversion rate optimization ideas.
단점:
Mutiny is still a fairly new product. While there is not much to not like about the product, the one area that I think there is room for improvement on is their editor. I'd love to see it have more flexibility to close or add blocks on a page.
Impactful testing and personalization tool!
주석: We use Mutiny for multivariate testing (copy/design) as well as personalizing experiences based on a user's industry, company size, tech stack, customer status...etc.

Many technologies claim they are easy to implement, but Mutiny is. It's effortless to run multivariate tests and roll out personalized experiences based on Clearbit/Marketo/SFDC data integrations.
단점:
Mutiny is still experiencing some growing pains but customer service is very responsive and helpful.
You need Mutiny if you are in B2B
주석: On top of the platform, they've also got a great support team. They are super accessible and they will make sure you can hit the ground running!
장점:
I've used many experimentation tools in my career: Adobe Target, Optimizely, Google Optimize, Convert, Evergage etc. The best part about Mutiny is that it makes it super simple to launch personalization activities and A/B tests on your website. The Mutiny team carefully thought through all the typical hurdles a marketer would go through in launching experiments from idea generation to execution and they've made it very simple to get experiments out the door. The platform also has some out-of-the-box functionalities like banners, side pops, survey modals, and exit-intent modals to give you a wide range of activities to do. All this without the need for an engineering resource is quite remarkable and something that many tools out there haven't successfully implemented in their platform. You really can't go wrong with Mutiny if you've got B2B.
단점:
The analytics part of the platform is limited compared to what other tools typically provide. I've also occasionally come across some visual bugs but nothing major. They are still in their early stage so I'm excited to see what they'll have to offer and how the platform will evolve!
Conversion Rate Optimization with Optimal Customer Support

Setting up both inbound and outbound tests is simple - we have been able to quickly set up tests and realize impact. Our AMs have been extremely supportive and have helped guide us through a roadmap of tests and playbooks give step by step examples on industry standard tests.
단점:
We did experience some issues with loading our site experiences in preview but those have since been resolved.
An awesome product
주석: Very early, but very excited about the future with this product.

We are just getting our feet wet and constantly discovering new ways we can improve customer journey through personalized experiences.
단점:
I really hope improvements come to the priority system.
