Best ATS I've used so far

주석: Making the switch from our old system to Manatal has been super easy. Having all the information about our clients and applicants in one place makes it easier. Overall, Manatal is a great tool that will help you improve your hiring process. It's a complete tool that's also cost-efficient which is pretty hard to find when looking at alternatives.

Robust tools for migrating data to the system. Easy to use and implement. Very concise training for me and the team that really helped. Lots of tools like candidate scoring and social media features make screening much more efficient.

단점:

The career page is super easy to use but we would like to have more flexibility in the design apart from the 3 templates offered in the system.

A satisfied customer

주석: Very positive overall. Their first plan is perfect for small to medium companies to get started with an ATS. It's very complete as it includes tools that cover the whole recruitment lifecycle and at $15 per month it's hard to find any ATS that provides more value.

The interface is clean and easy to navigate. It offers all the tools needed to recruit and manage a candidate database in a structured way. Create your career page in less than 10 minutes with no technical knowledge. The support team is very helpful and responsive. Overall offers a great value.

단점:

Minor complaints regarding some customizations options that could be more intuitive in my opinion and I also faced one or two bugs. That being said the support team is very responsive and they fix issues very rapidly.

many features do not eork

The platform is easy to understand, and i like how andiates are bunched together under a job and how you can easily mov them from one category to the next by dragging them.

단점:

many features do not work smoothly. 1. notifications of actions taken by admins are unreliable and are not always recorded. so we cannot see the work and steps taken by other administrators. 2. i also do not like the inbox system which does not take you from your inbox to the candidate profile. instead you have to search your candidate separately by name to get to their profile. also when you reply to an email you cannot reply directly to specific message and you are never sure what the reply button on top is replying to in a chain of emails. for a while we had multiple recurring issues with resumes not being imported from Indeed, and we had to import each manually. the company worked to fix it (although the issue returned several times) when the resumes do import into manatal, some resumes are not showing under the resume tab even when all details were found in the summary. another issue is that our questions to candidates on Indeed do not get imported at all nd we need to manually copy and paste them as notes. altogether it's not stable platform and we are disappointed so far.

Hands down the best ATS you can get

주석: Where do I start? The price is insanely good and the ATS has been very good for us. Definitely best value for money. There's a lot that can be done with this software. We're especially happy with the vendor portal feature.

The vendor portal is a very nice concept. We work closely with our clients and it's good to be able to keep them in the loop without much effort. The platform itself provides a nice looking UI that trumps any presentation we could make (And it's much faster and more convenient). The recommendations are solid, I actually trust this AI with the job.

단점:

You can only upload a maximum of 1000 resumes at a time. This is inconvenient as we sometimes have multiple recruitment campaigns going on at the same time.There's always the possibility of needing to upload more than that

A recruitment agency’s long-term friend

주석: It's great that they're constantly improving it and making the software better. They've added mass emailing a few months back, more job board integrations last month and this month an integration with the candidate assessment software we are using.

장점:

An easy-to-use and powerful applicant tracking system that covers the complete recruiting process from beginning to end with a clean user interface and solid support. Gmail and Google Calendar integrations to track candidate emails and activity logs. Solid CRM tools to manage leads and clients.

단점:

The possibility is not here yet to have the career page in other languages than English or Spanish. We would like to have Mandarin and Cantonese.

Extremely friendly recruiting software

주석: Very fast to get into, even with no prior experience using an ATS. The support team was also very proactive in training us and helping us customize the platform. I thinks its a great fit for medium companies looking for an effective, scalable and affordable ATS.

Modern UI. Easy to use and navigate. Since we deal with a lot of resumes, the automatic creation of candidate simply by dropping one or multiple resumes at a time is a HUGE time saver. The development team is constantly adding new features and refining old ones. For example, they later added Facebook Jobs and Google Jobs integrations which allow us to share openings in one click

단점:

More languages available apart from English would increase the software's accessibility. Integrating with a video interview service would be great.

Made by recruiters for recruiters

주석: It’s very evident that Manatal was developed by people familiar with running an agency. It is easy to use but offers tools that greatly enhance productivity and the CRM allows to centralize both recruitment and commercial operations.

With Manatal, I was up and running in a few hours. It was a breeze to migrate our existing candidate database and integrate with our Gmail accounts to have everything synced up. Our career page was also customized and operational in under an hour. Our team loves the software’s ease of use.

단점:

We’re looking forward to an update that would allow us to text message candidates directly from the platform.

Superb tool to have in our recruitment arsenal

주석: Just a tool that every agency should be using. It is affordable, easy to use and simply makes a recruiter's life easier!

Huge time saver, I used to spend a quarter of my time copy-pasting data from one app to another. That's all gone and I can now recruit on LinkedIn in a breeze. Fast and easy to understand UI. I love the option to share candidates with clients directly in Manatal. We were skeptical at first but after giving it a try it just makes it way easier to collaborate with them as there is no more need to share candidates, notes, feedback, etc via email. Everything is centralized and easy to access for all my team.

단점:

Small things like more customization on the career page side such as the option to change our company's logo location.

Great software with unique features

주석: First Manatal helps me to solve some basic problems I had before, such as the fact that I was always losing CVs or that I did not know in which stage was each candidate. Its basic functionalities and the fact that it is very easy to use changed all that for the better in one day. But it has done more with some of its unique features: I have saved time, I have become more efficient and more objective when it comes to choose one candidate rather than another. The Home Dashboard helps me to organize my day and my tasks. And I have never added as many candidates as before. The only setback was some bugs at the beginning, and the fact that I wanted a particular feature, but they quickly solved everything.

A game-changing recruitment software!

주석: Overall, my company is very satisfied with Manatal! For a very, very affordable price, we have access to so many useful features and tools. I also appreciate the responsiveness of their support team whenever we have questions about the software. We benchmarked other recruitment software's but we found this one offered the best value-for-money.

Being a fast-growing company, we are constantly on the lookout for outstanding candidates. Manatal made it possible to easily source talents from different channels like job boards, career page or Linkedin. It also centralizes all applications for us. It's very convenient because we don't have to go through different job boards one at a time. An added benefit is that the software is very easy to use.

단점:

A select all button would be great on certain pages to export data from the account more efficiently. Some options to customize the interface would also be a great addition.

Helped our HR team leave Excel forever

주석: Great software. A quick demonstration to my boss and we made the transition from Excel. Convincing him was also made a lot easier since it's the most affordable ATS in the market. The software helped us reduce the time to hire, cost per hire and improve the quality of hires.

First it is very easy to use. It also allowed us to automate lots of tedious tasks and greatly increase our efficiency. Integration with Gmail and Google Calendar makes it so that we almost never have to leave the platform to communicate with candidates.

단점:

The product includes all that is needed to conduct an efficient recruitment process. However as it is still an evolving software it doesn't integrate yet with all local job boards. We have requested a couple to their support team and two have been added so far. Hopefully the rest will come soon

Disappointing & they removed the ability for me to back up my data for 'security reasons'

주석: Disappointing

장점:

It has been good to get our recruitment business up and running. It would be good value for money but there is a catch, see below.

단점:

I am on the basic package which allows me to have 15 vacancies running. However it turns out that these are 'total' number of vacancies, not 'live' vacancies as inferred - even if you close them as won or lost they are still one of the 15. So you have to upgrade which makes it the same price as other (better) products or delete the vacancies which is ridiculous & loses the history. They removed the ability to back up your data for 'security' reasons (you can backup limited single job information). I think this is to deter you migrating away and probably illegal. The system also 'hangs' regularly (today I couldn't see any CV's). It is very 'bug'y which would be OK if it wasn't for the above. Support is responsive but never admits an issue with the system which is disappointing when there clearly is (sometimes it is me!)

Tried the free trial then subscribed after a few days.

주석: I have been running independent recruitment services for some time now, and after some time started to be overwhelmed by huge Excel sheets which hurt my productivity. I looked for affordable solutions and found this platform. It really answered all my need as it allows me to track and manage candidates efficiently through each step of the process.

Keeps everything organized and is very easy to use and navigate. The resume parser allows me to create candidates without having to type anything manually (this helps because I receive a lot of resume applications via email). I also created a good looking career page for my openings in only a few minutes. Overall I found that it offers the best value and saves me a huge amount of time.

단점:

It would be great if the career page offered more languages than english and spanish. Some of my candidates are not that proficient in english so it would make it more accessible for them to offer more languages.

All in one ATS + CRM (and easy to use a bonus)

주석: Very easy to use, even for most of us whom never had used an ATS in the past. It makes collecting candidates from all the different job boards, social media, etc super convenient. We could not go back to Excel and Pipedrive.

We switched from Excel as a candidate database and Pipedrive as a CRM. Changing was easy, there's no installation at all. We imported all our candidates, jobs, clients and contacts via CSV file. Once that was done, we were good to go. Support and training was also provided for free during the transition, which was not the case for two other solutions we tested. This includes a CRM which allowed us to kill two birds with one stone!

단점:

The possibility to add more media like videos to the job descriptions or add content in different languages in our career portal would add a lot of value for us. Other than that the software does what it does well.

Don't waste your time

주석: Headquarters are located in Asia Countries so you won't expect high-quality customer service.

Price $35/month. If you looking a cheap price It is an option

단점:

Apparently, it is only 1 guy taking action on this company. The technical support is unknown. We tried to move a JSON file and they have bad technical support. We have a 4000 candidates database but apparently, the JSON file exportation is not compatible with the standard structure [sensitive content hidden] So if you are planning to move your data don't do it.

Makes recruiting so easy

주석: Very good! Hiring my team and keeping things organized while doing so was easy compared to
the old Excel or Google Sheet. My mind was set on Manatal after joining the trial and comparing
with other solutions, but as a bonus they are also the most competitive pricing wise and offer
a great support (they'll always get back to you within 2-3 minutes when using the support chat in the app).

Finding and importing candidatesfrom Linkedin is so easy, and once in the system simply by pasting a job description the software recommends the best candidate for that role. What a time saver!

단점:

The program does everything I need well. My only complain is that the interface is in english only.

Good recruiting software having many ways to improve!

주석: It's been a pleasure having the trial Manatal, and I believe they will continue upgrading their system for global recruitment operations. There are a lot of ways for improvement which I already mentioned in the Cons section. I am eagerly waiting to see what new features Manatal may include and how they upgrade existing ones in the future.

Very user-friendly and secured software with Gmail syncing facility. ATS (applicant tracking system) helps to save plenty of time. The one-click job posting feature seems great, besides easy sharing to various social media is not time-consuming. The support team is friendly, responds quickly, and solves the issues. The in-built CRM allowed focusing on recruitment from the start till the end of the hiring procedure. The candidate score system is cool to judge without going through their profile.

단점:

It would have been great if they'd increase the limits of their Professional package, right now they offer only 15 job postings per month which aren't enough for mid-level recruiting organizations. Besides, you can't upload more than 1000 candidates at once which seems a drawback to me. They should include an in-built SMS notification feature both for the applicants and recruiters within their existing package keeping the price the same as it is.

Clean interface with the necessary tools to get the job done

주석: Has all the necessary tools to get the job done. Easy to use and a welcoming clean interface.

It's easy to use and has a good, clear interface that doesn't overwhelm you. I enjoy their Advanced Search feature since it made it easy for me to rank the best candidate for the job from my talent pool based on criteria that I can freely specify. I've been able to find people who were not a good fit for the position they applied for but turned out to be a fantastic fit for another later on.

단점:

The extension is extremely useful to create candidates. I wish it could create contacts and companies as well.

Manatal: The most accessible ATS out there

주석: We have greatly improved our sourcing performance using a combination of active outreach on LinkedIn and job ad posting. Manatal has enabled this by facilitating sourcing and job ad posting. Once we have complete candidate profiles, leveraging is then extremely easy thanks to candidate scoring and versatile search tools

Multiple ways of creating one or more candidates like drag and drop resumes CV or directly from a LinkedIn profile. Super easy to use and implement. Robust and customizable reporting suite. Candidate scoring.

단점:

I would love to see a feature allowing to call candidates directly from Manatal.

Manatal for Recruiting and Applicant Tracking

장점:

There are a lot of features which are really helpful in job posting, recruiting and applicant tracking. There is also a feature wherein you can directly email the applicants in each stage of their application (there's a template which can be edited). The price is affordable and is worth for all the features I used.

단점:

The reporting is the least feature I like about this software as it does not really show the analytics I am looking for. But it shows the basic data. For what it's worth, I seldom use it.

The HR tool with full customization control

주석: The software and the staff at Manatal have both been excellent in my experience. An incredible team who genuinely cares about the success of my company and not just their self. This is a fantastic product that is also quite simple to use. We were able to improve our processes and our performance because to the great tools we were able to use.

The custom job pipeline feature is great. We can create unlimited pipelines and recruitment stages in a few clicks. Our hiring process for each job is a bit different because the positions we are recruiting for, vary from one industry to another between entry-level, intermediate, to executive-level jobs. So, being able to have full customization control is a blessing for us.

단점:

Even if a candidate has been archived, I'd like to be able to find them using the search bar. Unfortunately, I can't do that right now; in order to find that candidate, I need to unarchive them first.

End to end recruitment solution

주석: Gave the free trial a shot since it seemed like one of the more affordable options on the market. I was not disappointed, the software is very complete and customer support was both helpful and very responsive. Once recruitment starts picking up and
the need for an ATS comes up,
this will be my go-to

Very intuitive and user friendly interface. Tons of tools that will save you time like the resume parser that eliminates the need to manually type candidate profiles or the recommendation tool that scours your database for the best candidate for a given job description. The career page builder is also extremely simple to use: in a few minutes you'll have your custom career portal up and ready to receive applications.

단점:

One area I think could be refined is the one-click job board posting. The system works well right now but the ability to share jobs to more free and paid job boards would be a great addition.

OMG! The Best RECRUITMENT SOFTWARE Ever!

주석: I love Manatal. I used to use Excel before and it used to be bulky and time-consuming. I also had to search and post jobs on different boards. But those days are gone - Now I just use Manatal and I am absolutely loving the experience.

There are many software available on market with many features - most of which we don't even need and are there just to show people that the software comes with many features. I really hate this as more unnecessary options just confuse me. And this is not the case with Manatal - which is the thing I like most about this software. The features of Manatal are very practical and actually help me with my recruitment business. I used Manatal to help me hire people for my web design project. Also, one of the features I like most is the auto-posting of job on different popular job boards. While being able to track applications isn't a new function in requirement software I really admire the way Manatal allows us to track and store applications in a systematic way.

단점:

Nothing much comes to my mind when I think about the cons of Manatal. Even though I think the editing functionalities of CV can be improved. I also think the performance can be improved as it lags sometimes. Other than that - I can't think of anything.
