Smallpdf, a practical way to edit PDF

주석: The mobile version of SmallPDF Which is the one I use the most since it is practical, you just take out your phone and you can scan any document, you can edit PDF documents and convert Word, Excel or any image files to PDF format.

What I like the most is that it is a practical application to edit PDF files, it is not heavy software that is installed on your PC, this makes it very easy to use since it is used through the browser.

단점:

What I don't like about small PDF is that the document editing part lacks some tools, it's practical for small editions, but when better text or font recognition is required, it's not as good as other PDF editors.

Scam Payment Charge and No Refunds

주석: Awful and disgusting, would never recommend anyone

I did not like anything, its a scam and people should avoid it.

I tried using smallpdf and did not intend to buy a one-year subscription. They had something hidden in terms and conditions, and I accepted them. I asked the support, telling them I was not using the tool. And I want a refund for the remaining period, but all they reply is this: 'I can confirm that we won't be moving forward with your refund request. Our policies are in place to ensure fairness and consistency for all of our customers and accepting the Terms and Conditions is a mandatory step for any type of account creation.' The businesses are here to support the customers and help them even if they are on mistake. But smallpdf has given me really bad experience by charging me $150cad for the service that I don't use. I will suggest other guys to use alternatives of smallpdf without hidden agreements for payments.

pdf easier to use

주석: A long time ago I didn't like working with pdf files because they seemed difficult and complicated to work with, now I don't care if the file is in that format

All the functions it has to work with pdf are the necessary ones to be able to convert, compress and transform in a very fast and simple way, that is what I like the most, the ease that this platform has to provide the service without complications or long step by step. Before, doing these processes was difficult and time-consuming, now everything is easier

A-B PDF Toolset

주석: While the level of creativity in this online software is obvious, it is lacking in its text. However that may be the single and least important thing about it in this regard. It has everything to offer without focusing or limiting itself towards simply compressing your PDF. It takes you through the earlier stages of pdf development too.

It doubles as an all in one pdf editor and, as the name suggests, a pdf compression tool. However it goes leaps and bounds ahead with its variety of tools and also offers an aesthetic interface, all online!

The tools are not creatively named and categorised.

The desktop app have many features of the web app, but not all of them. Would love to see them all in the desktop app.

Review for Smallpdf

장점:

Very nice online application that does things like split pdf to office formats, split pdf documents, merge pdf files, convert image files to pdf, crack password (remove password). If you want, it saves the file to dropbox or google drive. I've been using it lately. I dealt with a few sites and programs that said before, that they would translate the first three pages, and that they could not translate it in a ridiculously long time. But this is really nice. At the same time, pdf documents are signed electronically, as well as allowing you to do a thousand and one transactions.

단점:

Application where the desktop version is even more useful than the site. I think its price is more expensive than other similar products. The lack of OCR support is also a shortcoming.

When your files are too heavy it becomes chargeable. The price is not expensive, however usually when you use it you need to get things done quickly and finding the banner for payment is not the best.

The greatest PDF tool software out there.

주석: Smallpdf has been a handy tool to convert Microsoft Office files to PDF, as the current export option highly reduces image quality, and to compress files that are quite heavy. My company publish a monthly catalog which is usually two or three heavy files, where I need to not just join these files but also heavily compress them and Smallpdf does it perfecly.

They also offer some editing tools, such as being able to merge or split different files, rotate them and even signing or unlocking files. Also, the compress tool is shockingly effective, reducing some files sizes by 90% with a barely noticeable loss on quality. They also offer a desktop solution that is completely offline, being a lot cheaper than other tools in the market.

단점:

The only negative aspect I can think of is the lack of prepaid options. While it is possible to do two operations each hour for free, I can't justify paying a monthly fee when I may only need to convert no more than ten files weekly.

Do what you desire to any document!

주석: Apart from the arabic text issue, which i find alternative ways to get done. Smallpdf has never disappointed regardless of the task, whether it be converting word to pdf, or vice versa, jpeg to pdf or vice versa, merging pdfs or compressing. It does a great job with just a few clicks.

Over the years they have made smallpdf more easier to use. With the recent update to the website, the look and feel of the website is great. Everything is well categorized and the best thing is the drag and drop feature. I mostly use the PDF conversion tools and the PDF compression tools. Any document related issue, smallPDF is my go to website

When converting documents with different language, Arabic in my case, small pdf messes up the whole document. The text doesnt make sense, the alignment is all off.

Excellent Alternative!

SmallPDF is one of the best tools we have ever discovered. We use it daily. It is great!

There are so many functions. We can convert Word, Excel, Powerpoint and JPG files to PDF and convert a PDF file to those formats. We mostly use SmallPDF to compress files. This is a great help when storage space is limited in some of the apps we use. We can also split, edit, rotate and eSign a PDF file.

단점:

I love everything about this tool, but there is one thing I would like to change. If a file is the smallest size after merging or converting and then compressing the file, we receive a message stating that the file cannot be compressed to a smaller size but we are not given the option to download the merged or converted file.

The Powerhouse

주석: When i used to be in hurry, instead of opting for other software on my computer, i simply use smallpdf as it is user-friendly and can also be use easily on a smartphone.

Using smallpdf

주석: the experience is still not very satisfying, but it's quite pleasant to use.

smallpdf is still very practical for working with pdf files. The application has a wide range of functions, from converting pdf files into several formats, merging several pdf files into one and, above all, compressing files to reduce size.

단점:

smallpdf is very limited in free mode, although it should be pointed out that the free version is still very useful. it gives you the number of files you can process in a day and even the size you want. apart from that, smallpdf requires more internet, so offline use is difficult, and last but not least, there's the problem of data confidentiality for some users.

an excellent PDF converter

주석: Personally I started working with this software since I was students with my colleagues, especially in the field of scientific research which requires the mastery of several techniques with regard to the conversion of documents into PDF, WORD or images. or others

it's a great tool, i wouldn't need to use multiple apps to edit my documents, it can do multiple task, like convert documents whether word, ppt , JPEG or pdf to word or vice versa, and you can use it at any time and several times.

단점:

Sometimes if you want to convert a document containing symbols to PDF, the software cannot convert them correctly, that is to say it cannot decipher them well.

Needs a lot of improvement

주석: A good product, have scope for improvement, as I use only for eSign tool I would want the process to be simpler and the issue highlighted above to be addressed.

My job requires end-user to digitally eSign the documents, smallpdf was very handy to carry out the same. Also all the PDF tools were handy and work with Ease.

단점:

1. End-user used to see the pixelated document, when highlighted there was no help. 2. Recent force landscape option to complete the eSign was giving trouble to most of my end-users, have to call and guide them to complete the process. 3. Documents used to take ever to load in few cases even with good connectivity and never used to load with moderate to low connectivity.

Frequent user for homeworks

주석: Overall, I used to be a regular user of smallpdf. Now, there are other easy-to-use apps to get these jobs done. I am not sure whether they have app of smallpdf.

The best thing about smallpdf is that the interface is neat and tidy. I have mostly used it for converting jpg images to pdf and merging pdfs. Unlike the other web-based services, their website is pretty clean. I would give some points to the aesthetics of the website too :-) ! Apart from that, it gets the essential jobs done. Few minutes left before the deadline of homework? Just take pictures using phone, send 'em to laptop and drag and drop the images to smallpdf. Saved me many times.

단점:

The paid version does not really make much sense to me after the release of the free mobile apps from adobe like adobe reader DC and adobe sign. Especially after adobe scan was released, it really solved the problems of taking pictures, merging and creating a pdf document in a more integrated way. These apps have recently substituted smallpdf because they are more accessible from my phone and tablet.
