Platform for employess voice to be heard

장점:

We use WorkTango for survey and to collect our employees opinion, tough, and experience while working on our organization. They can sent it while their identity is fully anonymous and thus resulting everyone can voicing their opinion freely.

단점:

I have no problem that i face while working with this platform. All of the data that are sent by our employees are safely stored on the platform, and the report for the survey forms is very detailed.

Kazoo great for employee recognition, okay for goals

주석: Very happy with the employee recognition & rewards sections as mentioned above. It's very similar to a social feed view, with lots of various filters by teams/departments, etc. Goal setting portion is just average.

장점:

The employee recognition portion is fantastic - if I was scoring on this alone, I would have given 5's. It's easy to recognize employees and also earn rewards, give team members points, etc.

단점:

I don't like the goal setting portion as much. The workflow isn't as intuitive. We switched over from Reflektive, which had employee complaints, but the workflow wasn't really much better than Reflektive. It does have slightly more features, but could be improved for a better user experience.

Easy recognition software

장점:

It's very easy to use. You can self learn and get it down within a few minutes.

단점:

The catalog is so expensive. I don't see many employees talk about what they redeem points for and it might be because everything costs so many points.

Great Tool to Give Employees Benefits and Recognize Colleagues

주석: I think that my overall experience with WorkTango is positive and I would recommend it to small companies looking to provide an added benefit without breaking the bank.

Work Tango makes employee recognition meaningful and easy!

주석: Work Tango provides an employee recognition system that is supported by theories of behavior reinforcement and modification, so it is sound. The tool allows us to easily recognize one another's milestones and performance in ways that can be shared across our teams. And the points earned can be redeemed in ways that are customized to each individual.

장점:

The Work Tango platform really provides an easy way for supervisors and staff peers to recognize performance, milestones and more. Very easy. And the points then are able to be used is a personally-tailored way by the employee.

단점:

Work Tango is not inexpensive, so we have had to be thoughtful in our participation. But we feel the value has proven to surpass the expense.

Reward & Recognition Platform

주석: Work Tango support group was super helpful in launching, training, and ensuring we were successful. I do enjoy the platform and feel it's very useful and worthwhile.

Being able to recognize and reward our employees is so very important to our success as an organization.

단점:

I do wish there was the option to post pictures on the platform. We host a variety of employee meetings and events and it would be nice to be able to share them across the organization.

A great product to get the pulse of your employees

주석: Excellent product, easy to manage, at an affordable pricing and with an incredible client support.

The product is very easy to use, for the admin, the managers and the respondants. We now have access in real time to our data (instead of two weeks analysis with our previous tool). The analytics tools are very useful and easy to use. Wide range of possibilities for designing different types of surveys. Anonymity and confidentiality are well preserved. Really great support.

단점:

Very few cons, that we will be resolved with next updates. Otherwise, Worktango's team reacts very fast to adress our punctual issues.

WorkTango is our early detection system for people and cultural challenges.

주석: A more engaged workforce, a better-informed leadership team.

장점:

Real-time insights in an easy/intuitive way. The key insights feature makes it dead simple to see what's happening with our people. I also really love the natural language processing to help analyze the qualitative employee feedback.

단점:

No cons yet. We have been using the tool for over a year and it's been a fantastic experience end to end.

Great product Great motivation

주석: I love WorkTango. I think it has been a great tool for our company to keep people motivated and inspired to do good. I love the ease and ability to integrate with Slack.

장점:

I love the positive spin it puts on the work place. We use WorkTango to help inspire colleagues to continue to do great work. It also is fun to see what people get recognized for, whether it be bringing in a snack or cleaning up the kitchen or even helping each other out on a project.

단점:

I wish that the rewards were automatic. I know it is fun to have individualized rewards, but I wish I didn't have to buy all the gift cards every time!

Kazoo

장점:

Kazoo was very easy to use and you are able to implement a wide range of ideas.

단점:

There were a few small bugs here and there.

주석: I really like seeing what others are doing well and having others tell me what I am doing well. Knowing that you helped someone enough for them to say something really makes you know that you are doing the right thing.

장점:

I really like how you can give points to people as a recognition that they have done something great. Those points can then be exchanged for items. I also love that you can "high five" someone to give them extra points when you see someone else recognized them for doing something great.

단점:

It takes a long time to gather enough points for the really good items. The items are more expensive than you can buy in a store.

I love that I can send coworkers positive reviews and thanks you in real time, as well as watch for upcoming birthdays.

I wish I received more points to share with coworkers. I send a lot of recognition and tend to run out the first month.

The part about Kazoo

We aren't allowed to see too much in the past, much of the recognition after a while become archived.

Incredible insights and analytics at your fingertips

주석: Rich analytics and dashboards available in an easy-to-use platform, which allowed me to quickly and easily survey and respond to my employees. Speed of response is critical and this tool absolutely allowed me to get better insights than before and respond much more effectively.

장점:

The tool allows you to survey your employees in an incredibly user-friendly and effective way but, more importantly, the dashboards and analytics that are immediately available behind the scenes allow managers, HR leaders and engagement ambassadors to quickly access the information they need to drive positive change. There is no need to spend hours, days or weeks analyzing survey data because dashboards, heatmaps, and sentiment analysis tools give you everything you need to data mine without being an analytical whiz or rocket scientist. The tool has made it possible for me to survey my employees and VERY QUICKLY and easily respond to their feedback.

단점:

There is new functionality on the way and the only con would be that we haven't gotten to use it yet. Other than that, the tool is fantastic and I would highly recommend it to any business leader who is looking to drive positive change within their organization.

Recognizing Individuals for going above and beyond

주석: It is so easy to give recognition. Couple of clicks and done!

장점:

I really like that the individual is notified that they have been recognized. It is important that the employee knows how much their extra commitment was important to others and important to supporting the business.

단점:

It would be nice to be able to edit the amount of points given since it defaults to 200. I have clicked submit too quickly and forgot to change it.

Work Tango Review

장점:

It is an easy way for teammates to recognize each other especially since we all work remotely. I also like how there are any many options for the rewards.

단점:

I overall like Work Tango and do not really have any complaints.

The templates, different formats and reporting features are cool. As an employee we can have personal development goals to achieve with the rewards program and that's a plus point.
