Vizito Visitor Management System

We use the software to keep track of our visitors in a social project.

주석: We were able to get to know our visitors, nobody came in unnoticed, with issues concerning safety we were able to act quicker and maintain a safe environment. Last but not least we were able to give insight into visitornumbers to fundings.

It's easy to use en does exactly what we need it to do. The software is not designed for our purpose and has features we didn't even use, nevertheless is is simple in it's layout and easy to explain to the volunteers who worked with it.

단점:

When the wifi fails it doesn't work. Because there's no message or popup telling you this it sometimes takes an experianced user to find out this problem.

Customizable Visitor Management Software

주석: A far better solution to pen & paper.

장점:

The level of customization of this software allowed us to gather the information of visitors which we require. Every step the visitor goes through can be customized. The visitors only enter the data we need and are not forced to enter that which we do not, this provides a fast and easy sign-in process. The ability to serve different forms depending on the visitor type is great.

단점:

ID scanning and OCR using the rear camera of the tablet is a desired feature.

Good working system but needs improvement

주석: would be good if the space inside was structured accordingly , there are a lot of spaces that could have been utilised for convenience of reloading the labelss, would have been better if there are other ways to customise the position the printer and the output labels....

Product, Service and Price all A+++

주석: I first did a free trial and made some enquires with Vizito before the pandemic, I had to put the purchase on hold whilst I figured out how we could operate. During this time, the team kept in touch in a non pushy, helpful way, advising me on how it could support us. When we were ready, I Purchased and immediately, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN] and no doubt the team were on it, making sure we could get up and running straight away. They helped me set up my registered users which saved me literally 100 of hours on time and within three hours, we are ready to go! Amazing service that is often hard to find.

Vizito has allowed me to pre register the service user of my project as well as my volunteers and staff team. Vizito allows me to keep the people who use the building safe, allows me to report on usage and in this unprecedented time of Covid19, allows me to track and trace visitors down to the minute. It is beyond easy to use, I can add and change parameters very easily and have been able to make it look like our own app with the branding etc. I tried a few other before finding Vizito and I am so glad I did, you wont regret using this.

Much needed and loved tool!

주석: By using Vizito, our receptionist had more to to answer calls of emails and do her administrative tasks.
We can always know how many visitors are currently in the building and can pull statistics on the number of visitors per day/month, ... .

Touchless signin, easy-to-follow steps to sign in.

No touchless singout available (that we know of).

Excellent, user-friendly visitor management

주석: Electronic sign-in was a whole new system for the business, and some feared that it might over complicate the visitor sign-in process, however, it is working seamlessly with no issues. An added bonus is that it is GDPR compliant, unlike the standard sign-in visitor books!

장점:

Very user friendly, assisted set-up, can use static QR codes for different entrances and contactless sign in. Also have the option to select 26 languages which is essential for us as we employ a lot of overseas workers.

단점:

We do not feel there are any features missing, it is perfect for our business needs

Amazing Software

Easy, Secure & Competitive

주석: Visitor registration in line with GDPR. We previously had a book however other visitors were able to see who previous visitors were.

장점:

Works on Android tablets which is great as i don't see the need for an expensive Apple tablet just to run a registration system. Some good features, most importantly documents/agreements for things like health and safety. Support is good and the value for money compared to similar products is great.

단점:

I think the product could be a bit more attractive in terms of its interface. I also initially had an issue of my tablet locking rather than staying on the sign in screen but i think i made an error with the settings.

Ticks all the boxes!

장점:

Easy to use, easy to set up, great integration with LDAP and Slack and very customisable looks. It's GDPR-friendly and it offers a myriad of functions out of the box that allow future functionality to be turned on as the business needs grow. Very satisfied as it is a fit and forget product! Have not had to do one bit of maintenance since we installed it.

단점:

Generally very satisfied. The addition of camera support for taking a picture of the visitors would have been a bonus but it's not key to deciding whether to use this product or not.

Simple product and quick to get started

주석: We now have a record of people coming in and out of the depot, which we did not have before. I've found the Vizito team very helpful when I have had queries about customising the experience.

Vizito is really straightforward to set up and you can start signing your staff and guests in on day one. It works with Android tablets meaning that hardware costs are lower, and it is mostly very intuitive. It's quite easy to customise too, allowing you to add welcome messages and logos.

단점:

We were hoping to be able to link visitors to a simple satisfaction survey as they signed out, but unfortunately this isn't possible as yet.

Extremely Satisfied

장점:

From seeing the demo to the live environment the implementation and training of different level of people went very smooth. Support from the Vizito people is impeccable

단점:

Any features that were needed were discussed with the Vizito team and some functionality was eventually introduced in later versions.

Vizito Review

주석: So far we've had nothing but positive experiences with Vizito... We did have a small inconvenience, when updating our hosts on the portal, but when it turned out that this was due to a bug in Internet Explorer, we switched to Chrome to see that it worked there.

장점:

+ ease of use + the complete overview + lot of functionalities not present in similar packages + affordable price + timely support from Vizito people (which are very capable to help with any issue, when you need to configure/setup the portal per your wishes) + if we have feedback on improving the solution, they will use this feedback. For example, there was an issue relating to GDPR, and they fixed it on the fly, so now we are running a compliant GDPR solution. + bug report : if they can simulate the issue, they fix it asap + if we recommend improvements, they won't let you down and do something with the information.

단점:

- we didn't have it any earlier - if we had had it earlier, we wouldn't have lost time trying out other portals/visitor registration software - could use some improvements on the ease of use, but in our eyes that would not be easy to achieve

Easy to setup, user friendly and very respnsive support

주석: I would go with this tool again and I can recommend it to others.

Well maybe using your own variables for your custom messages is a little bit tricky.

Easy to implement and easy to use

This helps us to monitor visitors on site, including capturing legally required information. It allows us to easily recover information for audit purposes and provides a visitor check list in the event of an evacuation.

단점:

It would be useful to be able to have multiply signatures

Only positive things!

주석: We have a clear overview of who is present in the building.
Also from when and to when.
We have limited ourselves to the name, company name, telephone number and e-mail address, but this can be extended much further. In the case of very large companies, it may also be useful for visitors to enter their number plate, for example. (If a car has to be moved...?) There are so many possibilities...
I would recommend Vizito to everyone!

Easiest and best way to welcome our customers/visitors

주석: We were looking for a tool, which is easy to handle and also not expensive. With Vizito we found the best solution. We bought an bracket for our ipad, and so the customer gets welcomed and can register quick and easy.

Fast and smooth vizitor management

Vizito really creates a seamless sign in workflow when receiving guests. Instant notification of the contact person upon arrival is great.

단점:

No complaints at all when setting it up for our use case.

Great Product, Excellent Support, Superior Value!

주석: Ease of use and excellent customer support have made the switch from a paper sign-in log to digital in a matter of a few days! So happy we found a great Android-compatible product.

장점:

We like that Vizito is easy to use, easy to customize with excellent support. Email/SMS notifications enhance the product and live chat support is prompt and efficient. Import/Export features to take data to Excel are a great addition too. Works well on Android devices and web-based interface.

단점:

We are based in North America, so Live Chat isn't always available in the latter part of the day, but email support helps bridge the gap.

Thumbs up for Vizito

주석: We required visitor logging for the implementation of our ISO 27001 certification.

장점:

Being a small company, every bit of time we can save implementing a system can help massively! The software is really easy to use for all of our visitors and great to update for our administrators.

단점:

We haven't come across any bugs with the software, so cannot comment!

From the first free trial to production it only took 4 days. Including translation ! Wow!

주석: For our ISO certification we need to have guests log in at the entrance. This is very easy.

장점:

It's very easy to use. My colleagues quickly were able to use it, and signing new guests in is very easy. The support staffs were very helpful, and we had the iPad app plus the backoffice web translated into Danish within a day.

단점:

It's really hard to find something to not like. We have asked for a GDPR compliant version with the possibility to delete logs of previous visits. It's in the process of being implemented.
