장점:

I am able to work with firms all over the world thanks to the platforms. I really appreciate how they manage my contract and payments.

단점:

In my opinion, African banks have a long turnaround time for withdrawals. Despite this, their customer service team is very responsive.

Useful payroll tool

주석: Dues what it says on the tin, sometimes can be a challenging submitting timesheets but it works

장점:

I get paid quickly directly into my account without any fees and looks quite secure with 2FA

단점:

Can be a little difficult to navigate and some of the menus are a bit hidden otherwise it works okay

Deel is great!

주석: It's been a relief for our company, we used to handle payroll through an app to make international transfers to our team and then we changed to Deel, our employees are happy, they receive their payments on time and have deel advance perks and discounts! Price is excellent too.

장점:

I like that payroll is way too easy to handle, it doesn't take much of my time to do it and the employees have excellent benefits.

단점:

Sometimes the platform might be a bit slow or would have glitches but nothing wrong.

Great Deel

주석: Vey satisfied, and now more with the virtual and physical card more.

How easy is to withdraw your money and many options.

단점:

I have been using Deel for over 6 months and I haven't found one yet.

Great payment management

주석: im just a one month old on deel so far I'm happy wi the hassle free transactions

the withdrawal method feature were you can divide send your incoming money to different accounts at the same time

our company just made us register/sign up here in deel we been in Lano before so far were still having good transactions with Deel

주석: Overall it’s so nice user friendly and wasy to use

Easy to use unlike other services that it’s very hard to secure the IS that they were looking for

Very user friendly. Is has plenty of features and multiple accomodations to withdraw the money.

Is a little bit complex to set up initially if the person is not tech savy.

Managing My International Team with Deel

주석: My experience with Deel was largely positive, providing an efficient solution for managing international payments. The platform excelled in handling various tasks, although improvements in the report section would enhance the user experience.

Deel offers an intuitive interface with features tailored to international payments, such as handling multiple currencies and automating compliance. The real-time tracking and invoice management greatly simplified transactions.

The report section in Deel lacked customization and was cumbersome to use, making extracting specific data time-consuming. Improving this feature would be beneficial.

Great Experience with Deel

주석: Very good experience so far. Every issue I had was solved and they are all the time offering help and support.

Amazing support, from your account executive to the [sensitive content hidden] team you always get a fast response from Deel. I have to say that usually they answer between the next 2 hours of my email even with minor issues. The platform es very easy to use and has a lot of data and different usages. Good cost compare to other vendors

단점:

The only con would be if you come from a vendor that does everything for you, you'll need to get use to do it yourselve. Deel is a selfe service tool that allows you to have full control of everything but it that a little more work at the beggining

Best payment website for freelancers

주석: I am very happy with all the features especially payroll managment, salary reception, withdrawal options are very much useful and critical for my business activities.

장점:

Ease of setting up multi-country payroll and payment reception in multiple currencies. Website is very easy to navigate and find any option that is required. Deel offers wide vareity of withdrawal options such as Paypal, payooner, local and international bank transfers, crypto wallet transfers etc... which is very useful and convenient.

단점:

Transaction fee could be a little lower especially conversion fee to different payment options.

Must have tool for all remote companies

주석: It's been easy to use and a life saver for remote work.

장점:

Deel makes compliance easy worldwide for both employees and contractors.

단점:

It is a bit pricey for having international employees.

Not what I expected

주석: I love it, I wasnt a fan at first! But U came to understand how it works, the benefits and the user friendly UI.

장점:

As a remote team member, I was very used to Wise and getting my payments via wise, fast and easy. But after giving Deel a shot, we became best buds. I like the data, I love knowing where things are. How many hours are submitted and best of all the human customer service. Always there to assist in any way possible.

단점:

Not much really, except maybe app integration.

Using Deel, streamline global hiring and payroll

주석: Any organization that employs foreign freelancers, contractors, or gig workers should strongly consider using Deel. For the majority of businesses, the advantages of having a single, streamlined solution for international payments and contracts will almost probably outweigh the relatively slight disadvantages. Businesses and contractors alike obtain the tools, direction, and certainty they need to expand and operate cooperatively across borders with Deel.

Deel streamlines and makes onboarding new international contractors simple. Through Deel's user-friendly platform, tasks that once took weeks to accomplish, such as opening local bank accounts, completing tax forms, and creating contracts, may now be finished in a matter of minutes. Contractors start operating rapidly so they can begin adding value right away. The quick and simple onboarding process also increases the likelihood that contractors would want to stay on board with the company.

단점:

Although Deel offers a complete solution for managing contractors around the world, the platform has little flexibility for companies that need customization outside of the built-in features and processes. Deel may not give the flexibility to fully configure the software to fit the precise compliance, payroll, or reporting demands of businesses with very specific requirements. Deel is best suited for companies who are happy to use the majority of its core features without having to considerably customize the platform.

Best solution when you need to hire someone globally

1. An industry leader that entered the market early in terms of international salary and compliance.2. The solutions are relatively comprehensive, with both contractor and EOR options available. There are physical entities in Russia and Belarus, and our services are not outsourced through third parties.3.The platform itself is free, and services are charged. The overall price is low, with no startup fees. Compared to several other suppliers, Deel' prices have an advantage.4. The settlement exchange rate is close to our daily algorithm and is reasonable.5. Invoicing is done on the 25th of each month for settlement, and salaries are paid to employees on the last day of each month, which is more convenient for our internal salary settlement and adjustment.6. It is worth mentioning that [sensitive content hidden], the Sales Consultant we are working with, is one of the main reasons we chose DEEL. He is fluent in both Chinese and English, has a very positive and proactive attitude, responds quickly, provides professional services, and has a professional understanding of payment risks in Belarus and Russia. He will be in charge of our entire project and will also provide us with a customer service team in the future.

단점:

During our usage, there have been settlement issues due to exchange rate fluctuations, but [sensitive content hidden] was very helpful and we were able to reach a reasonable solution in the end. We haven't thought of any particular issues at the moment.

Like buying a car, everything is nice till the sale point, from there it's a disaster

주석: BAD BAD BAD Really bad. Signing up was a pleasure, the pitch sounded perfect, the idea itself is overdue and the promises that were made gave me confidence that this was the best possible solution. Firstly, they charge a calendar monthly service fee no matter when you joined, I joined on the 21st so I still paid in FULL for that month despite getting NO service and no paychecks. Had they disclosed that I would have waited till the first of the next month to join. Their customer service is a non existing joke, they no longer respond at all to my inquiries. The first time I tried to speak to them my message was - "hey, is there a phone number for support?", as I wanted to speak to someone on the phone. Their response was that a ticket was submitted and I will get a response in about 3 days via email....all I asked was if they had a phone number or not...After hours of frustration they PROMISED a supervisor would call me to help, no one ever called. Now, I have a CRITICAL issue with my employee, he got paid his first paycheck no issue, but his next paycheck was due a week ago and never showed up, there is actually a paystub on the Deel platform showing that he got paid on time, but the money was never transferred to his bank. I'm sure these things happen, that's just life, problem is there is NO ONE to speak to, they have not been answering chats in over 4 days, no response at all, no one to email (I tried, got no response) , and they have no phone number...so here we are.

I only liked the ideas it promised to do, as it turned out to be a nightmare there is unfortunately nothing left to like.

단점:

The (lack of) support, very little control over salary, many default options that should not work for most businesses, just one healthcare plan which is mediocre and uncompetitive. The part to least like is simply not getting paid, seeing a pay stub that claims you were paid but nothing to show for in the bank and not a single possibility to communicate with a human about your issue. Also they will charge you a full monthly fee by calendar month no matter what (so you will pay the same for 1 day of service or 30)

Simply amazing

All the different options you have to administrate your payroll are great and really easy to understand. The "Deel Card" and "Deel Advance" features are excellent.

단점:

It would be nice to have your contracts information in the same page where you see all your contracts listed (as an expandable module instead of move to another URL).

Modern HR tool to ease remote hires

주석: We have been a Deel customer for several years, and are overall very happy with the experience. It has made it easier for us to grow in markets were we do not have entities or benefits.

장점:

I truly like the EOR model of Deel. We have started using this feature more extensively and it has been a success for our ability to hire candidates remotely. We also use the contractor feature that is helpful to us as well, and is a cheaper option.

단점:

A company that grows changes a lot, and we have had quite a few CSMs over the years we have used Deel. Making building a relationship a bit harder.

Using Deel for 3 years

장점:

I love the ease of use - everything is straightforward and well documented. I manage my contracts, days off, and get paid through Deel. It's a rare thing in software, but I never really second guess any action I have to do within this platform, as the actions and their outcomes are always pretty obvious. Also shout out to their Support team! They are fast, precise, and do not mind dumb questions.

단점:

I'd love to use a mobile app, but Deel only has a web application.

Deel is great for managing contracts, working freelance and getting paid!

주석: In general I can't complain, I use the platform all the time and plan to keep using it and seeing all the new features that they are currently building.

장점:

To have it all in there, being able to manage all your contracts, agreements, freelance jobs, and getting paid within the same platform. Also some external features for digital nomads such as perks.

단점:

Not having a mobile app yet, which will make things easier but I'm sure they are developing it right now.

Deel review

주석: All in all, I am quite satisfied with the Deel as a product. It works very well and is easy to use.

장점:

Deel is simple to use. Its features are easily accesible, and they work flawlessly. The payment is always received on time and is the correct amount.

단점:

Most of the deel features are excellent; however, in my opinion, the only downside is the recently introduced authorization because it takes too much time and is a bit complicated.

Deel Administrator at Start Up

주석: I've had a great experience using Deel. It allows our company to hire employees all over the world.

장점:

I like the customer service. The live chat function is very useful and all the customer service reps are extremely informative, professional, and helpful. Our account managers are also great and always available.

단점:

I'd like there to be a way to put in a contract details and see how much the total cost is with the breakdown for that specific person/role. I think it would also be helpful for Deel customer service/HR experts to meet with employees/contractors along with a member of our HR company. There are times that our wires are crossed.

Ability to Manage Offshore Contractors with Ease

주석: I have not only been extremely happy with the platform but my rep has been the biggest help! I work with [sensitive content hidden] and she is ALWAYS there to help me through roadblocks or to answer any questions. It's truly been a pleasure to have her on my side.

장점:

Deel is crucial to the management of our offshore team. It's refreshing to know that we have compliance documents auto-populated for each country and that takes the worry off our plate. It's easy to pay our team, record time off, adjust contracts, add additional contractors, etc. Overall very happy with this platform and highly recommend!

단점:

When updating a contractors pay you have to terminate the contract and start a new one - I would love to see improvement here. It would be extremely beneficial to update a contract without the hassle of ending the contract, paying the contractor off cycle then starting a new one.
