THE platform for any type of online event – from intimate to massive

장점:

When it comes to letting users host online events, Airmeet does several things, and does them very well! The one thing I like the most about the platform is the user experience it creates for the participants of an online event – both attendees and speakers. Having organized virtual summits in the past, I know that it can be quite challenging, sometimes, to get closer to recreating an experience that's similar to that of a face-to-face event, but Airmeet excels at it. I love the fact that attendees can engage with speakers – through features such as live chat, polls, reactions (with emojis), direct messages, as well as directly from the stage! Plus, there's the Airmeet smartphone app, which means that people can join you even through their mobile device. And since content is a good part of creating a memorable experience for the attendees of your virtual event, you'll be glad to hear that Airmeet also gives you quite a lot of power when it comes to "controlling the stage": you can hide/unhide participants, enable/disable reactions and polls, change your video & audio setting, add closed captions, and change the resolution of your live streams.

단점:

There are some small things I'd change about Airmeet. For example, if you'd like to host an event as yourself, you won't be able to do it unless you add yourself as both the host and a speaker... this sounds a little strange, because it almost seems as if you are two different people. Sure, this isn't the end of the world but it's one of the couple of things Airmeet has that slightly add friction to the process for creating virtual events.

Most Real Life Virtual Platform

주석: Airmeet has surpassed our expectations. We use Airmeet for networking events and career fairs. Each booth is a virtual table in the social lounge. We've had so many ask about it and want to use Airmeet for their events.

What I like most about Airmeet is the ease in setting up the events and the user-friendly interface. We have used the platform for career events and fairs. Each booth has their own virtual table. Overwhelmingly we have received very positive feedback from employers and students in that the social lounge really makes the event feel like an in-person career fair as much as possible in the virtual setting.

1. Not being able to see full profiles of attendees. Allow full participant profiles to be viewable by attendees with the ability to add a LinkedIn url or resume. 2. Not having the ability to share pdfs or resumes at virtual tables. Allow pdfs (such as resumes) to be shared in direct messages or table chats. 3. Not being able to pin messages in the chat window. Allowing the option to pin a message at a virtual table would allow anyone who visits the table to view the message without having to repeat it in the table chat when someone new joins. 4. Small table chat window. Make the table chat window larger or add it to the side of the video screen. 5. Not being able to blur your background. Allow blurred or digital video backgrounds. 6. Not being able to customize the registration fields.

주석: As I said above - I believe there is some fraudulent activity going on ir order to ensure that past users can't maintain past rates they originally signed up with. be careful.

had 1 conference on the software. Some users were able to navigate.

단점:

I signed up with an old plan, and now they refuse to allow me to change my email associated with the account. The email is no longer active and the URL no longer available. This is their sneaky way of making past users upgrade to new steeper pricing. Be very careful, they want your money and will not hesitate to make it hard for you to move forward without resetting your account so you have to pay updated pricing. we also found we had to have a support team to help people navigate the site.

Airmeet has enabled engaging virtual networking experience

We have been using Airmeet for a bit for the reason it has allow us to create a more organic networking experience for our virtual events. The tables and speed networking session are amazing to use.

Setting up an even like inviting speaker seem quite hassled and we can't show view of all our participants like zoom.

Airmeet feedback

주석: Our virtual events has improve a lot, bringing more attendees to them. Currently is part of our brand strategy.

Teh Conference format with parallel sessions considering the pricing is the most important

단점:

The possibility to set the presenter background is something lack if comparing to Zoom for example. In addition, if Airmeet provides recording of the Virtual Table we may have a way to promote breakout groups and one of them with the ability to all the attendees (students) participate in a more interactive and fluid way without need to hands up to speak.

Great platform to host virtual meets and webinars!

주석: Airmeet is the new zoom. It will takeover by how much better and how much on point this is.

It's like zooom, but even better in every way! Host webinars with ease, great alternative to zoom! Great!

단점:

It's great for me, but I can tell that some people won't feel an urge to switch from the more well known zoom. But when you try this out, you'll be sold!

Best Virtual event hosting software

장점:

The concept of tables, chairs, backstage, stage in a virtual setting

단점:

Consumes a lot of bandwidth therefore frequent connection issues.

Airmeet breathes new life into run-of-the-mill video conferences and workshops

주석: It is an amazing platform that has allowed us a new dimension in implementing and executing virtual meets and events closer to a physical feel (without the need to go VR or game-ified platform), specially when you're dealing with people who appreciate a more straight forward approach

It is so easy to use and highly intuitive for those who are always in a video call or attending a virtual event. I love the fact that break out tables are integrated off the bat. The ability to also schedule your speakers, and that it has a virtual green room is also a super big plus.

단점:

Some feedback we got is that the older, more technologically challenged participants had a steeper learning curve. We addressed that by creating a step by step manual, complete with screenshots and what to press, but there are those who are really challenged by technology. I also wish that there could be consideration for payment integrations for those based in the Philippines like GCASH, PAYMAYA or something similar.

Incredible Service at Free Level

장점:

I appreciate the ability to get everyone in the 'room' and still allow them to move about autonomously. I enjoy the three different chat functions (DM, Table Chat, Everyone in the Room) and reactions feature when someone is onstage. I truly appreciate the 'Backstage' function, which acts as a virtual green room and the countdown to when it goes live. Airmeet also provides wonderful customer support!

Not too often, but occasionally there will be someone on our team or an attendee who cannot gain access to all the features or sit at a table. Sometimes the countdown to when we go live is not accurate and it takes a bit longer. I wish it was possible to change the number of tables in the room after the Airmeet has already been set up.

Great product

주석: Great! From the very beginning the support team was extremely helpful and pricing was more than fair. We got so many compliments from people who participated in the event on how great the platform we chose was.

Easy to learn how to use the software to set up an event. Great customer support. The "networking tables" were the perfect feature for our virtual college fair.

The "networking tables" were not accessible on mobile at the time, which restricted some students from being able to fully access the event. Airmeet is working to make them available on mobile now.

Great platform for fairs!

주석: I have enjoyed using Airmeet and has allowed me to continue my work during the pandemic.

The software is easy to use and affordable. Airmeet gives the user as close to an in-person fair experience as anything else out there!

No virtual backgrounds, limited character limit on tables, lacking customizable features on tables (like links and videos, etc.)

Hands down the best platform for virtual networking

주석: I am a huge fan and sing it's praises to others across our institute.

I love how easy it is to customize our events and for attendees to navigate the virtual social lounge.

One huge improvement would be for the speakers to be able to see the attendees and field live questions

Airmeet User Review

주석: My overall experience with Airmeet has been quite satisfying as it fulfills all the needs we had. It helps us improve the engagement of students in the live classes, create many helpful session types, etc.

1. Helps organize many event types2. Helps increase engagement in online classes3. Works smoothly even with large number of students4. Analytics help to track data easily 5. Team formation is possible

1. It consumes a lot of bandwidth2. You need a system with good specifications to use it as it may get stuck in systems with low specifications.

Great Networking Features, Not as Intuitive to Use

주석: Overall, Airmeet is a good conferencing software, although it still has some ways to go to beef it up. For instance, their customization features to fit your brand are not as impressive as some of their competition. Right now, their biggest drawing card (for us) is allowing for a more interactive conferencing experience.

The networking feature has been the best feature of this software so far. Airmeet has tables for your participants to use and speed networking features. You can also customs brand the tables to fit your brand. Also, the sponsor booths are a really nice feature and look extremely professional and almost-real-to-life. Everyone we've shown Airmeet to has felt pumped from viewing it.

단점:

One of our biggest complaints is that the interface is not as intuitive as other competing software so there was a bit of a learning curb in using it. Also, Airmeet tries to direct you to video conferencing calls with their staff if you have an issue when it would be easier and faster to simply have a chat box and speak to a rep that way.

Horrible Customer Service Experience

주석: We were working with a sales rep. In order for my institution to enter into a business relationship with a software vendor, a thorough review must be done by our IT department. This includes the Terms of Service and can take a few weeks. Once we got the approval, I reached back out and was sent a contract that was not included originally. We needed to get this vetted and there was some language that our legal department had concerns about. I emailed our rep and received no reply. I then emailed the support account and was told our rep no longer works at the company and put me in contact with a manager. He informed me that the pricing structure quoted to us was no longer valid and that I would need to go with a different pricing structure. If I would do that, they could then justify their lawyers looking at our concerns. I pushed back on this a little but ultimately agreed to the new pricing. I never heard from them again after multiple emails. In the end, we went with an annual contract with a competitor at a higher rate. Even if I ever got a return message, I could not justify working with Airmeet based on how the sales portion of this experience went.

Great tool, compatibility develops all the time

주석: Great tool to arrange webinars and get people to interact with each other

All in browser interface without downloading & installing anything. The simplicity of virtual lounge tables was also appealing to me.

단점:

It doesnt work on mobile & other compatibility problems

Best video conferencing solution

주석: It helped us to arrange virtual meeting with multiple users. Users can attend meetings anytime and anywhere. They don't have to visit office personally. Which saved our lot of money on traveling and accommodation.

장점:

Easy to use, no technical knowledge is required. HD quality video conferencing. Best features like recording, scheduling etc.

단점:

There is no point with me to dislike airmeet.

Great tool, writing this review after using it for almost 6 months

장점:

We will use airmeet mostly for conducting the Webinars and virtual events with our teams and customers as well. We never faced any problem until now. On an average 200+ participants use to join our events. We didn't faced any interruption during the sessions. Loved using it. Conducting live sessions, Private chat rooms, Program schedules, Access participant details easily, Support from airmeet team is awesome, Option to upload pre recorded videos are Pros

The best event platform for mid-size conferences!

주석: Organizing 2-3 events in a remote world is hectic and worrisome given the engagement and involvement of users is lower. But Airmeet has made our lives easier and several of our attendees have given great reviews about the platform.

장점:

Support - Phenomenal team working round the clock with direct access to speak to someone! Simplicity - Several networking + event platforms have come up in the past year but most of them are built keeping tech-savvy folks in mind. Airmeet is not the easiest platform to use but still better than the rest.

단점:

UI/UX can be improved further. Better documentation and YouTube tutorials for first-time users will make it easier for admins.

Modern all-in-one tool for meetings and virtual events

주석: I use Airmeet for 1on1 and group video meetings as well as small virtual events. So far I'm very happy with my experience as the organizer and the people that joined all found this platform refreshing. They love it. In one way it's familiar because it's similar to other platforms, but in other ways it's new and exciting. I noticed there's more interaction and engagement among attendees and presenters, which is a big thing for these online events. Looking forward to keep using Airmeet.

Airmeet stands out because of the easy of use and the features that make this an interactive virtual events platform. I like the social networking feature that allows attendees (and hosts) to join virtual tables before the session(s), during breaks and after. Very nice, just like in the real world when you attend larger events and want to get to know the other attendees.

단점:

I haven't found anything that I didn't like. For the future, I'd like to have extra options to stream my events. I know Airmeet is constantly working on improvements and new features as I noticed they actually listen to customer feedback and do something with it. I find this very important for a software company.

A great and innovative platform

주석: Working with Airmeet has been great. The team are attentive and available at all hours and worked extremely hard to ensure we got the most out of the platform. My overall experience was excellent and I would highly recommend it to others. The team work so hard and went above and beyond to bring us the best service.

Airmeet is unlike any other virtual meeting software I have used. It is a breath of fresh air after a long year of Covid-19 and I see the platform becoming something that can be used across sectors for all kinds of events. The best feature of the platform is the 'Lounge' - this is so unique and mimics real life in such a clever way. The lounge is a great place to socialise, work or network - I can see this becoming a big thing in the future of virtual working.

단점:

There are still some kinks to be ironed out, but I think that is down to the platform being so new. It seems to take a lot of power, a few of our guests had to refresh multiple times to get it to work properly. There was also a layout issue with the DM's being hard to find.

Great interactions, ease of use could improve

Very realiable conexion and incites interations.

단점:

Handling questions and raised hands is not so strait forward. The menu located at the righ of the screen (chat, raised hands, q&a, etc.) should be simplified. Mainly, when a feature is selected it hides the other features. In addition, compatibility issues with browsers are a downside. Specifically, airmeet always asks speakers to modify security preferences in some browsers.

Very good software that ticks many boxes

주석: Overall, I am very satisfied with Airmeet and I have recommended it to other people.

I found the software quite intuitive to set up overall and appreciated some of the customization aspects. My favourite part of the software, however, are the networking tables. That's actually why we chose Airmeet over other providers.

단점:

Though I appreciated how communicative the Airmeet support staff were, it took a very long time to receive the recordings of our session. When we did receive the recordings, the quality of the videos were quite low. That said, my understanding is that Airmeet has since changed the software (since I last used it in Nov 2020) so that you can download the videos not long after you complete your sessions. As such, this comment of mine may not be applicable anymore.

Decent app – awful team/support

주석: My experience was terrible, I recommend that you stay away from them at all costs.

I wanted to like Airmeet. However, I can not in any way recommend them as a solution based on the terrible experience I've had with their team and support.

Airmeet's team is the reason I can no recommend their app. Their support is rude, unhelpful, and unreasonable. They refuse to provide any type of decent support even with basic admin tasks such as changing the email address on your account.
