주석: Using Zoho meeting has been one of the best decision made by our organization, it has improved our interpersonal relationships between the team, partners and our customers and it has helped us to easily documents and organize every activities going on in the organization, all this at its free access

장점:

When integrated with other Zoho software like Zoho mail, Zoho sheet, Zoho doc, Zoho sheet and the likes, this makes sorting of documents, setting meetings and conference, texting through instant messaging, linking up with customers, sending and sharing classes, all this comes with ease. This has saved our organization a lot of time and effort by offering us a seemless way to get every necessary stuffs in order within minutes.

단점:

There were times the speaker doesn't really work well while using a mobile but restarting the meeting usually does the trick and this get solved everytime, nothing else other than that

Use Zoho Meeting daily

장점:

I can quickly open and record a meeting or training

단점:

That I can only change the title of the recording before I start the meeting

As of now none. It's fulling my use case

Zoho - Don't bet on their ability to keep their platform running

주석: Terrible, stay away. You probably had good experiences with their Mail or CRM, but as it turns out they manage this division horrible.

장점:

API to check some aspects of the meeting is great for platform integrators such as ourselves, pricing seemed right.

단점:

After some research we selected them as our platform, we ended up buying around 10 licenses. Our business cases we had at least 3-4 meeting running every single day with different presenters. We had issues with them at beginning of each month, for some reason they decided to releases "hotfixes" to production Sunday overnight at the beginning of each month, every single time we had a "hotfix" something broke. We had instances were none of the cameras for the participants showed on screen, it took a week for them to figure out how to resolve, sometimes functionality was changed or was completely disabled between versions (presenter permissions) and the latest and the reason we decided to move after months of being customers, today (June 11, 2020) both of their mobile application crashed when people tried to access via their mobile phones. Support is just frustrating, they don't have a number to get on a call with your when you have issues, everything is being handled via email and from India, so good luck resolving any concern on your business hours, all of our support concerns were replied back with "Oh sorry, please provide meeting ID, we will resolve diligently", it was never resolved their support strategy is to let things resolve by themselves or for you to give up. Now one of the PROs was the API access as it turns they removed all documentation on how to use their APIs so good luck trying to figure out that yourself if you didn't have an integration in place.

Best app for meetings

주석: A very fantastic experience and I recommend it to anyone wanting to connect and collaborate with work colleagues and team members, remotely.

The facility enables me to collaborate, share screen with multiple users in the same meeting, and it's easy to connect -even with low bandwidth connectivity.

단점:

The pricing can be a bit cheaper, especially for connections of more than 5 accounts.

THE GREAT ZOHO

Very good videoconferencing and meeting scheduling application

주석: I love Zoho Meeting and was comparing with other types of videoconferencing and is anwering pretty much all my needs

It is very user friendly and easy to connect with the participant. I also like the fact that we can use a white board and record the session. This is the features that I like the most

단점:

Nothing specifically. It is just sometimes a bit difficult to find the functions but once you know where it is, it is easy.

A nice meeting recording software for small companies

장점:

Besides being very reliable, the pricing model is very well suited for a small company or freelance professional. Because the recordings have a very small file size, the limitation of 10 recordings for the cheapest plan is not a problem. I can store my most important recordings locally.

단점:

It seems like mobile users are required to download an app, which makes it not an option when my clients absolutely need to meet on a phone.

Zoho Meeting Review

Ease of setup and use. I use ZM to remote login to my practice computers when I need access to my computers outside the office. Easy to use, both laptop/desktop and mobile.

단점:

There really is not anything I do not like, but then my use of ZM is relatively basic, and for that, it is excellent.

Zoho Meeting Review: A Deep Dive into This Versatile Web Conferencing Tool

주석: As someone who's spent countless hours training virtual assistants and running an online business, I've had my fair share of experiences with web conferencing tools. Zoho Meeting offers me the tools and functionality to take my virtual communication to the next level.

I did not find anything unlikable about the Zoho Meeting. The software meets all my webinar needs from interactive polls to cloud storage.

Better and Cheaper than the other Platforms

주석: Overall, I love Zoho meeting just as much as I love all the other zoho apps. I switched my technology company over a year ago and since then weve switched every business we own over to all zoho apps to manage our businesses.

Very easy to navigate and use. The webinar feature is a major bonus to an already good platform.

In order to utilize the recording feature you must be on the pro edition.

Great integration with company CRM

주석: We love it! We have used it extensively for the past 3 years and we have seen its improvements.

Our clients/vendors love to know we use "our own company" video conference system instead of the general ones, they feel more secure and it looks more professional.

단점:

People get confused when connecting the first time, they dont know they can use it only via web, without downloading any app.

Zoho Meeting Good Solution for Online Meeting and the Video Conferencing

주석: I have overall 3 years rich and happy experience of Zoho Meeting and found it very useful and good with the business requirements.

There are a lot of features and the reason for like the Zoho Meeting, like Host Control, Real time Chat, Meeting management and easy to use.

단점:

NO, Till my last 2 years experience I have not any problem with this Zoho Meeting.

Great app!

주석: Providing tech support with ease - removing the lengthy setup processes for apps like Teams and keeping it all straight forward. Fab tool.

Pros - super easy to navigate and embed elsewhere. Gives me the ability to provide remote support to clients with ease - the best part is that the setup is extremely straightforward.

No cons currently! I am impressed by the available features and look forward to getting started.

Currently Getting a HUGE Upgrade

Sound + video quality (they recently upgraded it in mid-2019, and it's WAY better than it used to be) Integration with other Zoho apps (especially pushing webinar visitors to Zoho CRM) Webinar + meeting functionality

단점:

I wish there was a Mac desktop app like GoToMeeting has, Zoho Meeting is good for one-off meetings but doesn't really shine as a remote work collaboration platform like GoToMeeting does.

A Good Start With a Competitive Edge

주석: It works when I need it, where i need it. Business Presentation and Meetings have been smoother compared to Microsoft Teams and Zoom.

Its Light and Easy to use. The audio is crisp and screen sharing is seamless.

단점:

It needs to improve on the integration to Zoho Mail Calendar. Would love some of the bells and whistles like background image and filter.

An Excellent Video Conferencing Software with Great Potential

주석: Overall, Zoho meeting is a great application that has made a good start to rival key competitors like Zoom. I am hoping the customer success team and the dev team work together to iron out the common issues being raised by us the users.

First, it is cheaper compared to the one I was using. Second, it's very easy to use. Third, the support team is awesome.

There are two primary things that I personally did not like: first, clients kept complaining about the bad audio quality. They kept complaining about the very bad audio quality. Some even dropped out of the session because they were not hearing anything at all. I listened to the recording myself it was also terrible but I have no idea why. The second issue relates to the fact that Zoho meeting does not have built in annotation tools, just like Zoom does. This is a major inconvenience cos it undermines how I can interact with my audience

A web-based conferencing soultion

주석: The web-based Zoho Meeting is really an amazing way to communicate. Organizer can embed the register link using the HTML code into their blog or website. The user friendly interface make this tool professional. The integration with ZOHO products is great.

Zoho Meeting is web-based conferencing solution to collaborate over the internet. Zoho Meeting makes the webinars more interactive with Q&A and Live Polls with instant results for detailed analytics. The organizer can easily share the controls under attendees tab. Before a meeting start we set lock for meeting and send invites to attendee. The 'record webinar' option help us a lot to save the recording and share the session via other media A. Analytics can be downloaded on over the webinar session. Best thing in it is we can set the co-organizer to provide the support in the live webinars to create the poll and communicate with the attendees. The Voice over IP help to enhance the audio quality and provide the more bandwidth for live video streaming.

단점:

The latest version of Zoho meeting Android App crashing to frequently, i have also tried uninstalling on my Android phone but it does not help, but working fine with other latest Android version. Toll-Free numbers for VoIP are for limited countries it should be more.

An indispensable tool for business!

Get seamless meeting experience with Zoho Meeting

장점:

I like how easy it is to invite participants via links. Has high quality video, audio and web conferences. It’s connectivity is stable. Also i like it’s simplicity of recording live streaming for future use.

No main downside to highlight it is a great platform.

Virtual Classroom Attendance

Virtual classroom attendance via quality full 3D video and audio as well as web conferencing. Screen recording and sharing. Content creation and sharing.

단점:

Kudos! To ZHM vendor,he has won it in this field.

Easy to Use and Affordable

주석: I use it everyday for my meetings with clients across the world - (US, UK, Canada, Singapore, Australia and India) - My clients and I have never had any issues.

I like how intuitive and easy to use this solution is. Its also good in terms of privacy and security.

단점:

There are features missing but its a work in progress. Software world is constantly evolving so you can can't complain.

Im in my free trial experience time, and right now im considering moving all the different apps that I use in my company (slack, zoom, etc) to the Zoho Suite to be easier to manage.

Incredible Meeting Platform, Zoho Meeting

장점:

Sending our invites and starting up meetings is super easy. The calendar integration with Outlook keeps me on toes. Online meetings without limitations, we can go as many minutes or hours as we please. Screen sharing feature with colleagues from all over the world is just brilliant. Zoho Meeting is cloud- based software hence I do not need to download it for use. Video and audio quality is excellent. Inteface is extremely easy to use and support is commendable.

I simply love it, sometimes it laggs abit but overall its the Best Meeting platform I have ever used
