The Leader in Data Science Assessments

장점:

QuantHub is very easy to deploy for screening of candidates and provides in-depth assessment of their skills and capabilities vs. our desired "perfect candidate." We also loved the actual challenges where we could see how candidates dealt with real-world problems in data science.

단점:

The field of data science is relatively young and evolving, so content is constantly changing to stay up-to-date with the latest industry activity. QH does a good job pushing that new content continuously, but that can mean candidates may score differently over time. Not a problem, just something we needed to be aware of.

Neurons in overdrive!

주석: Overall, my experience was great. I learned quite a bit and feel confident that I have a continued learning source that challenges me.

The ease of learning at my own pace. I have started applying this new knowledge into my current role. This last month, with the team challenge helped me kick my competitive spirit into the next gear! I was able to see what place I was in throughout the day and how many neurons i needed to take 1st place!

단점:

Some of the articles didn't prove a great deal of information or were not available. I learned more from the articles than videos. I found some questions were hard to decipher or not well written.

Quanthub

주석: I have enjoyed the challenging and engaging lessons, and the reviews that keep you up to speed on the learning objectives.

Learning about analytics and how it impacts everyday life and business applications.

단점:

I don't have any comments as far as dislikes go at this point.

Good for assessing skills of team members on an ongoing basis

장점:

This software includes features for not only assessing candidates on data analytics skills, but to continue to develop team members in key data analytics skills once they are on board in the organization. The tools are self-service to the employee so they can take ownership of their professional development and track their own progress in skills development.

단점:

It has taken some time to get this software implemented and integrated with our systems.

Quanthub for Every Learner

장점:

What I like most about the software is the gamification aspect. Let's be honest; learning about data analytics isn't always fun, but we know how valuable it is. The gamification aspect makes learning about this topic much more fun and engaging!

단점:

There are a lot of things to like about Quanthub, but if you use it every week like I did, it can get a bit boring when there aren't other exciting challenges to make things more interesting. Some suggestions could be quests, mini games, earning of more badges apart from the badge that is given when you go from one stage to the other. Quanthub needs to elevate their gamification!

Ii is very good platform , with so many useful material to enhance knowledge.

In some cases it was difficult to find the correct answer from the material.

As a learner, I recently had an Ah-Ha! moment with a QuantHub skill and now I am even more excited about learning with QuantHub. I cannot wait to get to my next moment! The materials are fresh and high quality. QuantHub delivers instant value with easy to consume, relevant training materials and the program builds to quickly compose usable knowledge.

단점:

Early there were some improvements that we identified. QuantHub was very responsive and continues to work with us to get us what we need.

Great learning tool for busy individuals

주석: Pleasant experience overall, effective learning tool with simple UI and gamification mechanics.

장점:

Bite sized and on-demand learning for busy individuals who wishes to learn but cannot commit huge blocks of time to learning new skills and knowledge.

단점:

Study materials would be best if available in both written/article and video format for users which do not have earphones ready during learning session.
