Time saver

장점:
I no longer have to spend hours walking the site to calculate what has or hasn’t been installed. My staff can update their work at the end on each day onto Matrak. This saves me so much time! This is also seen by the client, this saves him time also. No longer is there a dispute in our monthly progress claims as the proof of works is on Matrak!
단점:
It has become pretty easy to use. A good thing for us tradies.

It’s okay for the price
주석: It is a decent eld system. Just wish the pretrip wouldn’t act up
장점:
It is easy to use online, but not so much in person.
단점:
I don’t like how there is connection problems with the pretrip.
Review
주석: Not so good, cause really that loading for 5 seconds added up and took much longer time to process the data than expected.
장점:
It allows user to look at the floor plan and pick the panel that I needed, which is easy to select while I am standing at the floors.
단점:
The software took so much time to load some times, whether can be loading the floor plan, panel detail or even taking photos.

We've recently launched a new mobile experience which drastically improves the user experience, so you shouldn't see any latency when loading floor plans, or when taking photos. Thank you again for that feedback - we are continuously improving & releasing new features.
Product Tracking
주석: We had to remove and reinstall a large amount of materials. It was important to know where the product is within the our production schedule.
장점:
Integration within our drawings was really key to getting an overall view of the progress made.
단점:
When changing the titles of group catagories, any items within the old name would be lost and they had to be re-catagorized.

In fact, we've upgraded the edit record types/configuration so that you can change the titles of group categories, something that you called out specifically. Looking forward to continuing to support you and your teams on your renovation project.
Really great idea but a rough fit
주석: I think the program has a lot of great benefits but because it doesn't seamlessly fit into our systems it creates a lot of double-handling which undermines the value of it.

Version management, communication streamlining, organisation
단점:
How it fits into the programs that we use to manage supply

The tool supports ease of use and helps clearly identify what needs to be done . But most of all the team are absolutely awesome
단점:
None that we have found yet . Even if one is found the team develop the solution quickly .
