Getting set up was super easy with GTM and existing integration with my email provider. The interface is extremely simple to use to create messages as well as track metrics.

단점:

There's not much that I don't like about this software.

Proven ROI & Top Notch Account Management

주석: My overall experience with Attentive is positive. They give us so much support as an agency partner.

장점:

I love our dedicated account manager [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]! She's been so helpful in managing all of our clients' unique needs. We're constantly improving our revenue numbers and engagement rates and she's a big part of that. Attentive is also very easy to use and intuitive. I can make quick changes to campaigns, journeys and pop-ups. I also love how they visualize A/B tests and journeys.

단점:

I'm unable to see billing settings for our clients which is crucial to know so we can accurately report on total marketing spend which includes software costs. I would also like to be able to pull reports within the platform and not be directed to download an Excel spreadsheet.

Your biggest asset: The People

The people. Our rep [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is amazing. Her attention to detail; willing to jump in and help along with guidance on overall best practices and strategy is tremendous. She is a valued asset and quickly became a critical extension of the Simon Pearce team. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] was a wonderful sales representative and amazing to work with. Answered all of our questions and made our onboarding seamless.

단점:

The only thing I wish is that it had a two way integration with our ESP Bluecore. Currently only 1 way and we have to do custom dev for 2 way. I want to keep attentive the people have made it but I will have to think hard about having an ESP that does not talk to our SMS. I want to keep both separate as we LOVE Attentive that much; however, not having this does give me pause for next year and I will have to think long and hard before signing another contract with Attentive.

Sales People are Borderline Harassment

주석: They are annoying and spammers.

장점:

None. Their sales people love spamming potential customers to the point where they go out of their way to leave negative reviews.

단점:

Their salespeople are rude and spam your company emails. We've told them to STOP EMAILING us but they keep persisting. We NEVER joined their lists but somehow they are spamming us.

You won't regret it

주석: Very positive. The sales person was a little... persistent for my personal tastes, but very friendly and professional - and you know what? It worked for her so I can't even judge. They've done great things for our email sign ups, and while SMS has been slower to grow, we see good returns and that growth is continuous.

장점:

The Attentive team are... well... Attentive! They stayed lock-step with me every step of onboarding, and have been extremely quick and helpful if I run into questions. The platform works well and we've seen good returns. I was especially pleased that they haven't charged us their minimum charge, only for what messages we've sent. (But don't tell them that... ;) ) OH! I forgot the best part! The sign up units work like a hot damn. We saw massive amounts of sign ups in comparison to our old system. Very happy.

단점:

Once or twice I've run into issues with not being able to delete campaigns. I also dislike the way they set up the dropdown for choosing a send time... very small complaints!

Great product, excellent customer service

주석: We are very happy with Attentive. It's a strong revenue-driving channel for our business and I cannot say enough good things about the customer support team. Our Account Manager is so responsive, he tailors his strategic recommendations to suit the needs of our business, and it's clear that he has our best interest in mind. The team at Attentive is also great at providing us access to BETAs and ensuring we're maximizing our use of the platform.

장점:

Attentive is very user-friendly. It's a turnkey, impactful solution for driving results with SMS marketing. It has completely changed the game for us in terms of lower funnel marketing strategies.

단점:

Since I'm not the primary user of our account, I don't have as much insight into this. At this point, the software suits all of our needs. The one thing we would benefit from is more robust reporting so that we can build on learnings and always be improving our strategies.

It's all about the people

While the overall technology, functionality, segmentation and user experience is easy to use, straightforward and intuitive, I've been most impressed by the Attentive team, from the sales team that approached us to our Client Strategy Manager to the customer service team. The entire team performs above and beyond, they care about their client's success and they work relentlessly to help us achieve our goals, with a big smile on their face.

단점:

Attentive has significantly more integration with Spotify then SFCC right now and while integration with SFCC is being developed, there are many features that we currently cannot take advantage of.

1. The customer experience within the sign up units. 2. The ability to acquire new customers through IG Swipe Up. 3. The ability to integrate segments/lists from Klaviyo—our email marketing platform.

단점:

Does not easily integrate with non Shopify Plus accounts. Would also like to be able to filter by products with the Journeys feature.

SMS software for E-Commerce

주석: Attentive is handling our business's SMS needs well. They are also an attentive company, with weekly meetings to ensure our brand's success.

Attentive makes it easy to see the results of your SMS campaign. From week to week our team looks back and checks the success rate of our most recent message. It helps us to customize our SMS messages to our audience based on what they respond to best.

단점:

It's not necessarily Attentive's fault, but SMS messaging is extremely expensive. The price is sometimes off-putting, but thus far, the net return has been positive.

Best in class product

In addition to an outstanding platform, I have seen Attentive evolve over the 9 months we have used them. They have also been great at building our lists for both SMS and email.

단점:

The analytics are slowly improving. I'd like to see them integrated with other BI platforms.

Great SMS Platform

주석: Overall, our experience with Attentive has been excellent. Our success manager has been very helpful and as I mentioned before, their features are very useful.

This software is extremely intuitive and easy to use. We use it on a daily basis as we work on the Journeys and one time messages very often. The response we have had from our customers has been great, and we are working to make our program more robust.

단점:

I don't feel there are any features missing. Everything we need, Attentive has available and they keep adding more features often.

Best account support and the product keeps getting better and better

The Attentive team listens to their customers and is constantly improving the product. Changes are rolled out regularly (no waiting for a huge upgrade drop) and can instantly be applied to make my work easier and improve our customer experience. Attentive also hosts regular events to demo how other brands are using the platform - offering great ideas, demo'ing new features and making all of it accessible. The White Glove team is always at the ready to assist and answer questions, so we're never waiting to roll out our next new idea.

단점:

Honestly, any areas of challenge are being addressed with each update. We prefer self-service - and that functionality being built into more and more parts of the platform, so we can update our campaigns easily - whenever our schedule allows.

Great help to our brand

주석: Just starting out with SMS marketing - they have been a strong partner.

Client service is extremely competent and thorough. Deliverabilty of marketing SMS messages is high. Full featured.

단점:

Need stronger integration with other products, such as Klaviyo or Mailchimp - it's very hard to segment SMS and emails separately. Opt-in pop-ups lack many settings and controls we need.

Customer support and ease of the UI

주석: Fantastic! I wish deploying emails through Salesforce Marketing Cloud was as easy as working with Attentive. In a perfect world.

The ease of deploying campaigns and analytics post-launch is fantastic. I really enjoy the UI and support. Those 2 features are what makes attentive fantastic.

단점:

I need to do so more research and limits of entire capabilities of attentive. I registered for the Attentive university training so I'll need to do some follow up.

A rapidly growing platform with great new features to come

This platform is easy to setup and use, it has some shortcoming early on but those are being fixed with new features

단점:

Initially the segmentation tool was very basic and did not have a good integration with Shopify, this has been remedied with new enhanced features.

They have awesome customer service! Attentive has always provided us with a point of contact that has been responsive and helped us with our marketing strategy and provided us with all the resources we may need.

I think there could be more features! They recently added a Shopify integration that allows for some segmentation - I would love to see this feature expanded upon.

Can't recommend enough

주석: I have been so pleased with Attentive since launching the program about 8 months ago. Not only is the product great, easy to use, and bringing in incremental revenue for the business, but the Customer Support and access to trainings, webinars, etc. is incredibly valuable. I would recommend Attentive to anyone either getting started with SMS, or looking to improve their existing program.

Attentive is so easy to use - you could send any message you want in minutes.

단점:

The reporting system is a bit clunky, and requires some manual effort. Would love to see a dashboard within UI, or being able to report out on all messages (regardless of type) together.

Easy to use with great returns

Great SMS Tool

Not fully integrated with our email marketing and other databases. Limited data on users, no profile page for an individual user like you see with email tools.

Loved the mass sending, automated responses, as well the customer support we get bi-weekly from a manager who knows SMS, the service.

단점:

I think reporting could be better, as well a better way to have one one one conversations with customers. Being able to reach out to them without them having to contact us.

주석: My overall expereince with Attentive has been above average. My account is manager is very helpful and repsonsive to any questions I may have. The plaform is pretty straight forward in terms of the basic features. I'm looking forward to the new capabilities soon rolling out so I can make my SMS strategy more granular.
