Training is readily available. Immediate uploads of profiles from various integration is great.
The login home page doesn't disappear when you login very small point and only mildly annoying as I don't like too many windows open on my browser.

Recommended to Us & We Love It
주석: Recruit CRM was not our initial choice. The three of us were doing a lot of research and demos over months. We had our preferred list narrowed down to three other ATS/CRMs, and then someone recommended Recruit CRM. So, we all sat in on one more demo, and we were pretty much sold. Of course, I still wanted to analyze every detail and offering, but Recruit CRM was the clear winner after all of that.

We love how easy it is to source candidates and contacts outside of the CRM. We can seamlessly add them into our work flow (jobs, hot lists, pipeline, etc). We all came from ATS/CRMs where importing candidates and contacts was really cumbersome and glitchy. We launched the business three months ago, and we were able to move SO much faster because we had an ATS/CRM that kept us out of the weeds of data entry. We also really like the mobile app. (If needed, I could probably just sit in my car and work a whole productive day with just the mobile app.) Another cool feature, which was new to us, was the "deal sheet." We weren't using that day one, but as we got going we realized that it is a very cool, customizable tool that we now rely on.
단점:
You can search all notes but at this point, if you log something as a "call log" the text you input is not searchable. We would love to see that feature added! Recruit CRM allows users to vote on updates, so it could be in the works. We are also looking forward to the upcoming email sequencing feature.

주석: generally like it, but I noticed the more we use it the messier it gets. need to standardize the steps so that when you look at it from dashboard view its consistent.

Kanban view is the most useful for me so I can figure out where people are at and what I need to do.
단점:
when you look at the dashboard kanban view sometimes it shows you fields you cannot drag to because it's only available for certain roles.

One Stop Shop for all Things ATS/CRM
주석: Recruit CRM truly is a one stop shop for all things recruiting. I am the operations manager for a staffing startup, so I am having to build everything from the ground up. Recruit CRM offers amazing training, as much as you want! I love the virtual assistance as well, much more helpful than many of the virtual help chats I've used before. I am building my website from scratch and Recruit CRM integrates with my 'Jobs' page, all I have to do is cut and paste the link they provide, simple! They also offer phone systems, that connect to your cell and provides AI assistance and full recordings. Anything platform that has Open API can be integrated with Recruit CRM, so everything in one place! Best ATS/CRM I've ever used and I'm never looking back!

The ease of use is my favorite thing about Recruit CRM! I do not believe in overcomplicating anything in life and Recruit CRM has perfected the art of simplicity. In addition, everything I need to run my recruitment company is in one place, so staying on top of metrics is a breeze. And you can't beat the customer service, it's the best! The only thing missing from Recruit CRM is that it doesn't yet integrate with SeekOut. But the moment I mentioned this to my Recruit rep [sensitive content hidden], he immediately asked me to connect him to my SeekOut rep to see if a collaboration is a possibility. What better service can you ask for?
Great tool

The support and responsiveness from our Recruit CRM account exec has been great. This is a new tool for me and I like the simplicity and customization features.
단점:
I don't have any cons at this point. I have only been working with the tool for the past 2 months and so far so go.

Advanced search and resume parser: it is very powerful and easy to upload candidate information. It also provides work and education history with AI search for candidates.And customer support team

From product, to features through to support - Very Impressed

I spent a long time researching CRMs, demo's plenty. If you are looking for a quick, intuitive system which you can completely tailor to your specific needs, this is a very impressive emerging player in the world of CRM/ATS's.
The proactivity and volume of updates in their roadmap is what will make them into a serious player in the not too distant future

The thing for me is their responsiveness to feedback and the pace of updates that are coming through. If they carry on with this as they are they will be one of the major players in what is a crowded marketplace Also: - Highly customisable - Easy to use - Support through videos and directly speaking with them - Not cumbersome. Minimal clicks.
단점:
Nothing so far. I would've said about having an open API which I now understand is in the Q4 pipeline
Accelerated our Talent placement offering
주석: One thing that I didn't get to mention is the level of customer service we have received. I never had an issue that was not responded to at least within 12 hours, often, I get a response within minutes or hours, depending on business hours. Not only would there be a response, but a resolution would be quickly reached in a thoughtful and concise manner. Overall, it's been great to work with/ partner with the RCRM team. They have truly expanded our ability to place candidates and has had major consequences to our revenue.

Candidate Status Tracking by Job and the Job Posting features were the most critical features when we started off. We needed a quick, efficient, and cost effective mechanism to intake candidates and move them through a basic recruitment pipeline. We have evolved since our initial use and heavily use the API to assist in the customization of experiences for our Clients and candidates. RCRM is still the foundation of how we track Jobs, candidates, candidate communications, etc. We have a small team that is able to handle a relatively large workload, which is all made possible by this software.
단점:
Now that there is an API that is regularly improving, there is not much we dislike about this software. It provides all our basic needs and the API helps us reach beyond that.
Great product even better team
주석: I love working with RecruitCRM. Very easy to use software with multiple features, a really amazing google extension addon, and a mobile app. Has all of the features, I need.

However, if you run into an issue, the team has been more than willing to go out of their way to get you an answer. Great support and now that they have a mobile app, it's a very smart play

My only beef with RecruitCRM is with API integration. They offer it and it's very easy to implement. BUt you have to be on their enterprise package which increases the cost of each user across the board. A minimal concern but still a concern for our small business.
A very good ATS for recruiting agencies !

The product is quite easy to use, with useful features and easy-to-follow paths. Moreover, the support is really reactive and efficient !

Candidate follow-ups are not always easy : the KANBAN view is not really easy to access quickly, and the sorting of applicants is not really convenient to use and quickly treat them
Excellent product and team
주석: Recruit CRM has been an essential daily tool for my business. It is very gratifying to know that of all the vendors I could have chosen they have earned my belief and trust in them. I have been a happy and loyal customer.

Well organized and easy to use. Excellent team of highly motivated professionals who are incredibly responsive and always try to understand the issue at hand. Friendly, smart and hard working. Have been using them since I started my business and it has been seamless.

I would like to see more client reports tailored to my specific needs.
Great value for your money along with great support
주석: Overall its been a great experience, we don't feel left on an island, support is there all the time, making recommendations and taking feature requests into consideration and making those changes.

Great customer supportLots of features & very customizable if you have the bandwidth to really customize your process it's a great productEasy to scale up and down, no long term contracts (unless we want to do that to save money) they have options and lots of integrations which is super important as we scale up

Some things are a bit clunky and not necessarily intuitive for US recruiting, its a very international platform. Reporting metrics could be improved a bit, but for the most part this is a solid product
Great CRM/ATS system with the best and friendliest helpdesk
주석: RecruitCRM really has been a valuable contribution to our business growth (turnover multiplied factor 7 in 2018, factor 3 in 2019). It allows all of our staff to work on one platform for business contacts and aplicatant tracking.

Having one system for CRM and ATS is the main attribute. The helpdesk is always available and very helpful. There is a great link to LinkedIn, it supports and tracks our communication within our company.
단점:
Some of the dashboard functions could be improved, we are in contact with the programmers to improve the functionality.

Maximizing Recruitment Potential with Recruit CRM

RCRM is Your CRM
주석: We have been extremely pleased with our RCRM experience. Everyone we have dealt with is knowledgeable, supportive and truly strives to understand our business process. They always add additional features and functionality to make the work faster and more effective. I appreciate the value we have in RCRM every day - and especially as our team and business grows.

We absolutely love RCRM and the level of support and competency of staff has been awesome.

The least strong feature is the ability to make changes to look and feel and the volume /quality of the email campaign functionality.
RCRM - An Excellent Choice of software for our Company

Excellent support from day one, migration was smooth, but any difficulties that arose were dealt with in a fast and an efficient manner, with loads of technical backup provided when needed.
Our Account Manager from day one, who got to know our business acts in a very supportive way to ensure we are getting what we want and the most out of the system and providing solutions/functionality to all queries.
Overall the support has been excellent from the Account Manager and the overall RCRM Team. The Chatbot Help facility has been used a lot by individuals and all with positive feedback on this help facility, which had a very quick response, no matter what time of the day. The online videos and help videos provided are excellent.
We are very pleased with the system to date.

Excellent support from Recruit CRM throughout migration, right through to rolling out RCRM company wide. Technical advice was excellent and using customized fields to assist us and give us more visibility on all the data that was imported from our older CRM system. Dedicated Account Manager which is very beneficial. Setting up roles and teams in RCRM to facilitate the levels required in our Company. Responses to all requests have been dealt with very fast and continuous updates provided if requests have gone to the Product & Development team. The feedback from the overall team is very positive as they all get used to RCRM and functionality of this new system.
단점:
As we are new to Recruit CRM, nothing springs to mind at present, as we have all the functionality that we require and operate our Recruitment and CRM Software. Only thing missing, no map available for radius searching.
RCRM review - from a daily user

This software has been great, I had been looking for months for a CRM system that could work as a recruiting database in addition to integrating as a follow up tool for clients and candidates, our team has been happy with this system - the RCRM team also implements new features almost weekly to make it more user friendly, for the price and functionality this is the best tool for any staffing firm that is looking to stay organized. My team uses the candidate tool on RCRM to keep updated with our professionals, by creating folders/hotlist that applies to the type of talent our engineers posses. We also have the option of boolean search with RCRM and this is something that is crucial to our sourcing efforts, in addition we can have multiple resumes of candidates saved into the profile. When we add notes to our activity the system will automatically enter the time and date of the entry, you can create your own categories to make it your own - for us this is a great tool too since we work with professionals through out the US Nation. On the client/contact end - the tool is specially helpful when following up through LinkedIn - RCRM has an extension that works with LinkedIn and it'll integrate the profile of your contact into your database. There are many more tools that are great, the best thing is that the RCRM developers reply to your questions/concerns almost immediately - too much to list. This is a great tool! I recommend it - we are an engineering staffing firm!

Nothing really at this point, I have been satisfied with the service, all or most of the modifications that we want are usually immediately implemented or are in the process of being released.
It's ok for recruitment agency

The overview is good and easy, and for agencies it is easy to build talent pools. They are always open to give training and help with problems. Like the automatic integration with linkedin to add people with their details.
단점:
The training around the system is needed. It's quiet hard to use compared to other recruitment tools. Sharing with clients it is hard to see the feedback and clients weren't really happy with it. Hard to make assesment lists, because people are forever in the system/connected to the job and hard to remove (only some can do that)
A very user friendly ATS
주석: With RCRM I address my basic recruiter's needs effortlessly, managing jobs, clients, candidatesThe set up and customization for each features has been very simple, very easy to migrate data from pre existing data base/spreadsheet.Most importantly, as much as RCRM tech is edgy, the usage is non the less very comfortable

Rcrm is not a huge ATS system with tons of features but that why it's perfect, it does the job needed efficiently for candidates, jobs or clients. Again it's a very user friendly system, modern that does what I need when I need it, without complication or lag of time, RCRM is a spot on ATS without bling bling.On top of that, the customer service is very fast to answer in the best professional way possible.RCRM is definitely a good place to be for a professional recruiter!

As a small business, I would love to have a plan with option to get:1. A number of user (1-5) in same plan rather than to add a subscription for each new collaborator2. The possibility to use an API with my plan
Modern ATS for Small and bigger companies
주석: I worked with several ATS during the last 12 years, but I like here the functionality and value for money compared to others. works very week also when you have many candidates and a high workload. I like also the client integration

The Social Media Integration, the applicant tracking, the app, the database, all functions
단점:
the overview templates could be better, maybe also integration of recorded video interviews and the scheduling could be better
Fabulous product, great price point, good team of people supporting it.
주석: Very happy with the product, fills a real need for a reasonably priced and highly functional recruitment software.

Very easy to use with LinkedIn which is a huge point in its favor, simple but highly functional interface, easy ability to share access to candidates with clients while controlling which fields are viewable. Boolean and filtering capability flexible. Great!
단점:
Most important is inability to exclude members of a hotlist or job when performing a search so as to avoid re-screening profiles I already have looked at for same search (some searches require second and third searches using altered parameters which frequently produces a lot of overlap candidates that don't get screened out). Also would like to be able to perform a single search and have that search applied to both Notes and Fields/Resumes at same time. Like every other CRM I've seen, searches are applied to Notes & Fields/Resumes separately so that results can miss profiles that have keywords split between Fields/Resume section and the Notes section. 3. Somewhat limited view of candidate details view but I believe enhancement to this is being worked on.
