Cut your order time in half!

주석: Overall my experience with ENVI has been excellent. From sales to support they IOS ENVI team is there to support me.

장점:

The barcoding, ease of creating PO's and the inventory management all lead to time savings when placing my orders. Went from taking 3+ hours on my order days to 30-45 minutes with ENVI.

단점:

I would like to learn how to run better reports.

ENVI is great, really comprehensive procurement software.

주석: Excellent ongoing experience, I love this software, it makes my job so much easier and smoother and allows me to immediately respond to price hikes by shopping around. It’s so easy to be federally compliant as well, documentation is no problem at all, reporting is great too.

장점:

Ease of use for both end users and administrators, automation features, thorough and customizable reporting functions.

단점:

I would like to be able to do returns against partial items, I.e. 50% of 1 whole item and I’d like to be able to assign percentages to the GL codes, but I do understand why this isn’t feasible.

ENVI Implementation

장점:

We had nothing in place prior to ENVI. ENVI has allowed visibility into purchasing as a whole. We currently integrate the payable information into our accounting software and that has been great to gain efficiencies and accuracy over our manual process being utilized prior to this solution.

단점:

Honestly, our initial implementation process was our least favorite part of ENVI. Since that time, however we now have a rockstar helping with items that were lacking in the implementation.

Ease of Use

주석: My overall experience with ENVI is ease of use. The system is easy to navigate and maintain.

장점:

ENVI is the easiest system to use for inventory management.

단점:

It would be nice to upload an invoice and it would auto match but the manual process is not that bad.

Envi Inventory managment

주석: Super happy with using Envi, make my job much easier..

장점:

Easy to use, makes my day to day job easy..

단점:

Nothing mayor really, I would like if we can run adjustment report base on Adjustment #.

ENVI pro's & con's

주석: Overall, it's been mostly positive but there are several steps that ENVI could take to make the process more efficient for end users

장점:

Easy to use, intuitive for most users, great customer support

단점:

Implementation is fairly challenging due to mapping issues when trying to get the upload file to work with the A/P system. A definition file is also required and that assistance is not provided by ENVI. However, it should be as it's an extra cost and finding someone that knows how to write it can be challenging

Why I Love ENVI

주석: I know this will sound fake, but I LOVE ENVI. It has made my job so much easier,
and it makes me look good to the bosses.
The experience has been wonderful.

Everything. I have been in the business 20 years and used many products. ENVI by far is the most user friendly, and has everything you need to manage inventory. the reporting module is especially useful. They also have a great support team.

단점:

I had to think hard to find something I don't like, the only thing I can think of is when reports are exported in Excel I have to make some changes to the formatting to manipulate the information,

ENVI Good tool

Effectiveness, quick support and friendly user.

단점:

Time to generate reports, reports format.

Best decision you can make

장점:

The best value we have found with using Envi is the 3-way match. We are able to catch items being charged the wrong amount or we were paying for supplies that we never received. With the 3-way match we are paying for the items received and at the contracted rate.

단점:

The only problem we have is on receiving the PO which is more an internal problem within our organization. Envi has given us all the tools and training to help with the receiving our orders which is getting much better.

Envi appreciation feedback

주석: I have been utilizing Envi since 2016 and am pleased with its functionality and enhancements. The customer support is excellent, providing responsive technical and product assistance.

Ease of use is a hallmark of iOS, which is continually evolving with new features that enhance both functionality and aesthetic design.

단점:

The majority of the reporting is excellent; however, it would be beneficial to have more options for creating customizable reporting parameters.

ENVI for an Ambulatory Surgery Center

주석: ENVI has been exceptional to work with. We are very excited to continue to our relationship with ENVI and the excitement we have in incorporating it into our new surgery center and new EHR that we will also be implementing.

장점:

ENVI has been a fantastic product to used in our Ambulatory Orthopedic Surgery Center. It is a very user friendly platform that has assisted in maintaining a very organized and well managed facility from beginning to end in regards to Inventory, Purchasing, Usage and AP.

단점:

ENVI has become much more user friendly as I have familiarized myself with the product. There are certain things, i.e. allowing reports to be pulled in a PDF format instead of Excel that would be helpful with updating and changing certain reports our organization needs.

Dialysis Supply Chain

주석: It has worked well and meets the needs of our daily operations and has adapted to our growth and some user requests we have submitted.

장점:

ENVI is easy to use, is versatile and is well maintained and supported. The IOS team is also progressive and forward thinking.

단점:

Could be a little bit more robust on the warehouse management and needs to incorporate more options in the project management arena i.e. (capital spend and progress payments)

More visibility and easy order management. Automated processes save time and money.

장점:

EDI ordering, convert to PO, and order entry features are huge time savers! We've been able to automate so many of our purchasing and internal requisition processes with Envi. Envi's dashboards and reports are user friendly and provide quick visibility for easy order management and a more detailed view of usage/spending.

단점:

The only con was that during implementation we were presented with so many options at once for our company's set up before having much experience with the system so it was hard to narrow down which features would be best for our organization. Once our account manager was introduced and we were able to communicate our goals, she was able to provide some much needed insight and direction as to how we could best utilize Envi for our needs.

IOS ENVI

주석: We have seen costs driven down using IOS ENVI, by having contracts tied to our items. We have seen anywhere from 2-26% cost reduction at our facilities after going live with ENVI. We have also started to see a reduction in late fees, which we believe is because of our use of the Accounts Payable module; by having the 3-way match in place (PO, Receipt, Invoice). Biggest efficiency gained has been in getting the bills paid on time and correctly. Has also helped us to decrease the amount of credit and rebills.

장점:

My favorite part of the system is being able to see our supply chain at an enterprise level. It is helpful to see what everyone else is buying.

단점:

None that I can think off of the top of my head.

Solid Inventory System

주석: Customer support is strong. Th inventory system is easy to use and can be set up to meet our needs. I would like to see changes made to PO options prior to send and somehow create a substitution tab. Overall experience is positive.

장점:

ENVI's customer support team is fantastic. Very helpful and always available.

단점:

Time to implement changes within the system.

ENVI user since 2015

장점:

ENVI was easy to implement. The reports are beneficial for budgeting and tracking vendor spend. The inventory module makes conducting physical inventories quick and uncomplicated.

단점:

I find it challenging to perform data uploads, but my Account Manager, Gabi, has always come to my aid quickly.

ENVI PRODUCT REVIEW

주석: MY OVERALL EXPERIENCE WITH ENVI IS GOOD. I REALLY ENJOY WORKING IN THE SOFTWARE. THERE WILL ALWAYS BE SUGGESTIONS THAT I THINK CAN BE DONE TO MAKE THE SYSTEM MORE USER FRIENDLY BUT OVERALL IT IS A GREAT SYSTEM.

SOMETIMES THE SYSTEM RUNS SLOW OR KICKS YOU OUT OF THE SYSTEM WHEN WORKING IN IT EVEN IF YOU ARE NOT IDLE

Envi works!

장점:

I love that you can customize your master item list to capture all of the details to make it easy for anyone to identify the product.

단점:

I have no complaints. The program is very easy to navigate.

Envi Review

주석: Overall I am very satisfied with Envi. I enjoy working in the system and feel that it is more advanced than most software that I have viewed. Customer service is outstanding.

Software is very user friendly and manages inventory accurately. Easy to keep track of multiple facilities and locations. Reporting feature is useful. End user training is easy. The app for your phone was a lifesaver!

단점:

Nothing.... I have not found anything that I didn't like.

ENVI review

주석: Experience has been great! From the beginning I was provided the training tools to get to know the system and the features that ENVI provides. Since then any question I may have are addressed by our account rep that is very responsive!

장점:

The software allows users of any skill level to use efficiently. The ease of use promotes effective time management when placing orders, viewing reports and entering inventory counts. Over all a well develop system meant to meet my facilities needs.

단점:

I haven't run into any cons. Any questions I have I can access the support right on the website that has plenty of resources.

Good System for the Money

Requisitioning and tracking of the orders, ETA and express orders capability. Need more vendor EDI connections.

Have yet to find something that I do not like about it.
