Digify Review

주석: Digify is the perfect platform for sharing confidential documents with business associates, customers, and investors. Additionally, to safely share documents, movies, and PDF presentations. Controlling important document printing, transmission, and download is very advantageous.

장점:

Digify specialises at performing and customising file and document sharing tasks. It allows us to limit uploaded files and tailor them for a particular reader. The best feature of Digify is how configurable it is.

단점:

In addition to being pricey, Digify's premium edition does not provide annual or one-time subscriptions.

Intuitive and user friendly software

주석: We are a library, and because of the safety and comfort Digify delivers, we are now able to loan out digital texts.

장점:

Intuitive design. We have hundreds of customers, and rarely need to explain any of them how to use Digify.

단점:

Some users need to use new passwords after a very short period of time. Though not an actual problem, this can be inconvenient.

Useful product

주석: I am very happy with digify. Mainly, I am pleased with how easy it is to use for what I need it for.

장점:

From the user's point of view, it is very easy to navigate through the different functions offered by Digify. The look is clean, efficient, and simple.

단점:

Many of my clients complain that they are unable to open digify links. This happens only occassionally, but it is frustrating since I do not know if it is an issue with the client or with the link itself.

Overall extremely useful, perfect if some features were added/improved

주석: Good overall, I would give 5 if the above could be improved.

장점:

Good value, easy to setup, no need for extensive tutorials to use, did what it said it would do.

단점:

It's missing the ability for users to be able to download some files and only view others - this is the main reason I might not continue with Digify. Also, the loading times can be long and navigation between different pages can take too many button presses. The UX/UI could be improved generally - I would recommend having a designated UX designer if you don't have one already (I could recommend one to you).

Digify VDR review

주석: We used Digify for financing and buy side due diligence and were very pleased with the VDR's capabilities

Security features are top notch UI is intuitive Multi user multi entity is simple and setting up new datarooms is very simple

단점:

Auto updating directory would be an excellent add on.

The first SaaS product that actually increased security

주석: I am finally able to be compliant in how I handle confidential information on behalf of my own company and on behalf of our clients.

장점:

It is easy to use, and gives us control of who can see what and who have seen what. It is very easy for recipients of attachments to view them as they do not require special software.

단점:

I miss a Mac Mail plug-in! Other than that, I can not say there is anything in particular I do not like

Digify makes my job much easier!

장점:

Intuitive and easy to use. Using Digify saves time. I can create a data room and complete due diligence requests in half the time.

단점:

I like everything about Digify and would recommend to everyone!

A service that lends professionality to my company

주석: Raising a round and sending a lot of sensitive information around to people. Using a service such as Digify gives a professional image of our company to anyone we deal with.

장점:

Generally very easy and intuitive to use, clean interface, haven't encountered any bugs, a wide variety of options to control access to files.

단점:

I need to create a lot of data rooms and took me a 5 seconds more than it should have to figure out how to create a new data room. Personally I'd have liked that option to be visually easier to find, but this is literally the only complaint I have.

Digify document control and data room software

주석: We work with confidential documents and this gives us control in our emails who and how recipients can access these documents and we also create data rooms for our project closings, which provides a safe, secure storage area for documents where we can control who and how these documents are accessed, viewed and downloaded.

장점:

We use the software in gmail to securely send documents with options we can control, i.e. no downloading, watermarks, expiry date, etc. and build out data rooms where we can also control access and document access.

단점:

I think it only integrates with gmail; would be great if it also integrated with other mail clients.

주석: Works well for our company and we have supported many successful transactions using it as our 'go-to' VDR.

장점:

The cloud based software is easy to use, straightforward, and effective at creating a virtual data room to securely host sensitive documents for any transaction. The simplicity is fantastic

단점:

There isn't much wrong with the product at all except it is slightly expensive for what you get. They could add another room or two to the standard price.

Great product

주석: Overall experience has been very good. No issues of any kind really, and any questions have been answered promptly. Very responsive and helpful customer support.

Digify is easy to use and feature rich, and is a much better value for the money than a previous provider we used in the past.

단점:

I would like to be able to add an occasional account user to the account without having to purchase an additional license. Additional reporting features would also be beneficial.

Ease of use with Security and confidentiality of information

주석: In general, I am very satisfied with having chosen Digify as the solution for a specific project and now I have extended it to other projects of the company.

It is a certified tool in ISO 27001 Information Security Management. Over the years working with the tool, my clients are satisfied and feel safe using it.

단점:

Maybe in some cases the character limitation when creating folders

Digify review

주석: We established a number of different data rooms as part of the financing stage of our project development and have subsequently setup further data rooms for other purposes.
This has all been done very seamlessly with minimal fuss.

장점:

I have found the Digify Data Room system, easy to use and configure. We now run multiple data rooms for various purposes and the management of these is simple. I have also asked Digify to consider a number of tweaks to the system and have found them to be responsive to my suggestions.

단점:

Operationally wise there are No big issues. I would like the facility to store a suite of preset messages that get sent when establishing new users for different purposes within the system itself. I'd also like the ability to email all users connected to an individual Data Room from within the system.

So glad I found Digify - perfect to solution for my needs, easy to use, and great customer service

장점:

Ease of use, ability to blow up files on a specified date, and most of all the ability to send files in a read-only format, so the recipient cannot print or forward. This is exactly what I needed! As a court reporter, I am required to give people the option of reviewing their transcripts. With Digify, I am able to fulfill that requirement, but without letting them get to keep their transcript for free (and by extension, letting their attorneys get them for free!). So grateful for this service!

단점:

I really have no complaints, but if I were to get extra nitpicky, I would like an option on the drop-down menu to be able to input number of days in which to blow up a file (in my case, 30 days), so I don't have to figure out 30 days through the calendar option. But that would literally only save me a few seconds per file, so not a huge deal.

Digify simply does what its supposed to.

As a start up, we needed a quick, simple and safe way to give investors access to our corporate documents for the due diligence process. After trying via sharepoint and via Blackberry workspaces (none of which worked without an army of IT folks) I had literally had 24 hours to source and set up a VDR and found Digify and the set up and support was quick and professional and I got it done on time and have been using it since exclusively.

단점:

I only wish there was a means to search by guest from the home page and quickly find which room the guest has access to and what their access history is.

Digify is Excellent!

주석: Overall, my experience with Digify has been terrific. Very good support, very good help, and the platform works extremely well and is very dependable

Digify handles my online publishing needs perfectly, allowing me to control the files I sent in many different ways.

I wish the watermark feature was included in the base package.

주석: We needed a secure web based information resource for various corporate uses where we can manage document access and distribution - Digify fills that requirement readily at reasonable cost and learning curve

Spreadsheet response can be slow-I had to eliminate all the spreadsheet calculations before uploading

Simple to setup and use

주석: Excellent for the most part; especially customer service very pro-active.

장점:

The simplicity of the functions; especially interface for the functional users. The ability to switch of the monthly billing for a period time since in our case we can't justify continuous use.

단점:

A somewhat lower cost would help us - especially for companies that are non-US based where IT budgets are hard to justify to management.

Great Product

Wish there was more functionality around admin settings (for internal users there are currently two tiers of access, we'd like more flexibility)
