A simple and effective performance review system

주석: Assessteam is a very easy to use program to track my team's performance. It let's us customize the KPIs and goals, and allows us to pick an evaluation schedule of our choice. The convenience of using mobile apps to do monthly reviews on the go is a bonus and the customer team support was very approachable. Looking to leverage other features like time tracking also in the coming months.

Goal setting can be little more advanced and include OKRs

AssessTeam is AMAZING

주석: I am incredibly impressed with not only the software but also the customer service and support. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] are incredibly helpful and quick to respond. The software provides an easy usage for supervisors on the floor for quick and accurate reviews and metrics.

It's ok... not great

주석: I'm not a huge fan. It's ok, but for the end user. It's difficult as an administrator to manage in public safety with frequent schedule/supervisor changes for employees.

It is nice to have reminders of when you want employees to be evaluated. It's a central point to evaluate, send, discuss, and receive signatures from the employee.

단점:

Set up is difficult. With change in the organization and it not being kept up with, I have to delete every evaluator from each employee and re assign every evaluator to an employee. This is HOURS of work. I ought to be able to great groups of employees and assign them that way. If it's possible, I'd like to know how.

AssessTeam for Evaluations

주석: IT was a great solution to implemnet to cover Assessments modules for employees. Very helpful.

장점:

Online version, lots of features for customization, flexibility

단점:

import of files - in excel it is hard to read. There is no room in the profile of employee where we can leave comments and see history of additional feedbacks if we want to have such.

Feedback

주석: Positive - mostly because of [SENSITIVE CONTENT] availability and support. He is informative, relatable, understanding, friendly and very helpful with step by step guidelines.

I appreciate the available data base of Result Areas / Evaluations as well as the customer support provided

단점:

It's a little bit complicated to figure out / envision what the final evaluation will look like - when creating result areas / performance indicators I am not experienced enough with the software to see how the results will be generated

Very easy to work with and great price.

주석: So far, I am very happy with the AssessTeams product. We will be going through our first set of Performance Reviews very soon and will share more then.

Once we worked through the basic functions, it was very easy to use. The agents made themselves available to assist and answer questions.

It's a little slow going from screen to screen but for the price I can live with that as it really didn't make a difference to me.

Pulse QC Testing purpose

주석: Great to handle and easy to evaluate persons.

Evaluations part is easiest way to evaluate any person.

Reports are looks fine. All other are okay.

Great Customer Service

주석: They have great customer service and are easy to work with.

Easily accessible support. Keeps our review process organized.

I can't think of anything but I couldn't leave the field blank

HR Review - easy to update

주석: very easy to upkeep as an admin and to figure out as to keeping up to date

장점:

very easy to use especially on the back end as an admin to log in and manipulate data

단점:

at the part of profile set up where you add or match upward or downward evaluators, both sides of the profiles of the evaluators should be updated automatically at the same time. you shouldnt have to go in to update downward evaluators and then update the profile as upward evaluators.

A KPI management system that focuses on the quintessential nature of a successful business

주석: Not only is AssessTeam is particularly easy to use, but its lists of KPIs linked together in the Results area are critical to the successful running of my business. By implementing this system to monitor employee performance, I can keep a handle on the progress of all the current projects and deal with any employee issues that arise before they cause a problem.

장점:

The work-from-home KPIs are superb. It allows me to keep track of my staff’s progress, especially when working from home. One unintended benefit is that I can monitor my employee’s physical and mental health and wellbeing via these KPIs. There is no doubt that these tough times are starting to affect everyone. Thus, if I can help improve employee quality of life, then it’s a win-win both for the employee and the business.

단점:

There are a few niggles with the software. However, the customer support team is incredibly willing to step in and resolve these niggles. Small issues are “situation normal” with any software package. However, what makes AssessTeam different, it is the customer service staff and their willingness to go the extra mile to resolve these issues.

Easy and powerful at the same time

주석: We were part of the beta as one of the first companies to start using AssessTEAM, we received a high level of support from the team and they have been very responsive to our needs. The rollout was seamless with nothing that my team could not manage on their own with the videos and the knowledge base.

The mobile app does not enable any administrative features or overall reports which are only available on the web interface.

Great Experience with AssessTeam

주석: I have had a very good experience and would recommend that if you are looking for a company that will provide dedicated service, is responsive and a value for your money that you give AssessTeam a try.

장점:

I especially like the fact that they are accessible. I can schedule a call with my sales director to walk me through any questions I have about the platform and they are very responsive by email as well. I also like that I feel they are well suited for smaller companies. Some of the other competitors had extremely high costs with large minimum subscriptions which are cost prohibitive to smaller companies who want a good product.

단점:

I haven't found anything that I dislike yet, but will be happy to provide recommendations for improvement once we have rolled out and completed our first review.

Easy and allows for growth

주석: Very pleased with my experience with this program. I got started right away, and there are numerous functions this software provides. Allows for growth of user and company; learn and use the components you need at that time.

This product offers easy setup and usage. You will be able to start using this software immediately, there really is no learning curve. Offers so many options regarding employee time, profits, productivity and more. This software is so extensive, it will allow for growth in years to come. As you learn more, there are more functions you can explore. Evaluations are simple to do with this software.

단점:

The mobile app doesn't work for all functions. I personally don't use the mobile app often, so it wasn't an issue for me but may be for those who do use mobile apps on a regular basis.

Simple to use and easy to rollout

주석: It took us a total of 3 days to rollout the system for 16 employees. The KRA database was very useful to build a foundation of our evaluation plan and the simple import routines got our employees setup quickly. Very little help was needed unlike the other systems I have tried , never saw a video or needed help

Employee Reviews and Goal Setting KPI's Help Us

주석: Overall, AssessTEAM has been a great addition to our processes and helps hold the team accountable.

장점:

I like how we can set KPI's for any department and check in regularly. This helps automate things so we aren't forgetting or failing to follow up. We can track these goals daily, weekly, monthly, or however we want. Very cool software.

단점:

The only thing that I can see so far is that the performance review feature doesn't have a calendar view that ties into our work calendar. It would be nice if I could see my scheduled employee reviews on my calendar so I can prepare for them, and have a more formal process.

Good Product

Outstanding Customer Service

Implementation Success

주석: The implementation team worked very closely with our contact from AssessTeam, [SENSITIVE CONTENT HIDDEN]. This relationship was critical to our company in making a decision to go with AssessTeam. We have not had the support needed in the past with other companies and decided NOT to move forward with those companies.

The head of IT referred me to AssessTEAM. From the first point of contact, all my questions were answered and I realized that this is a company we could work with. The review of the product was excellent, it was easy to navigate once we implemented the trial and the customer support was above and beyond any company that we had approached.

단점:

Since I was part of the implementation team and selection of the system, I was able to test the system easily. My team members did not have as much time to spend as I did. As such, I would like to have had a training manual for reference.

AssessTeam Review

주석: My overall experience has been great! The customer service team is phenomenal and has quickly assisted with any questions or issues that I had.

It was pretty easy to navigate around and assign reports. It was great to be able to upload a census from our benefit administration system so we did not have to manually enter all employees.

단점:

When you forget to add someone to an initial evaluation, you have to create an entirely new template/record for them.

Best Evaluation Software

주석: I like your team and [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is absolutely the most helpful person I have ever worked with. He always makes my job easier by answering all of my questions and offering guidance and support every time I need assistance. Well done to all of your team!

I would like to see the employee goals transferable automatically from a year to another. At this moment I have to manage this manually (copy and paste each goal for all employees) every year when we do the employee performance evaluations.

A Valuable business tool

주석: Wonderful, it has really been a great tool addition to our company

Great product that allows us as a company to assess our team fairly. It also allows us to provide real time feedback to employees and be able to set goals for them long or short term and to assist them in improving productivity, work flow and morale.

단점:

A little confusing setting up the evaluations and where to find things in the menu items

AssessTEAM Employee evaluation on the cloud Review

주석: Great product! Customization takes some time, but once completed it sames allot of time on all levels!!

Online, real time and available on App for ease of Access.

단점:

Email function does not always work. Support could resolve this matter, but it took some time and reoccurred.

A perfect fit for current and future needs !

One of the main benefits is the overall customization options. It allowed us to tailor things specifically to what we were looking for. It also has the capability to handle changes we will need to make in the future as we continue to expand our performance management process. It was very easy to deploy to our management team. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] is also extremely helpful and quick to respond.

단점:

The software would be even better if the Admin team could log in as a manager or any other user and see things from their specific viewpoint.
