Absolutely unique platform for quality, if you want a serious Social Media work with clients

I have tested almost all platforms that you can find on the web, as I'm working online from 1999. There are some great solutions for publishing and also analysis, tracking, really great solutions. And they are famous too. But when it comes to the crucial phase of preparing for Social Media, like content creation and planning, Kontentino is unique. You can save your ideas, work on them, reuse what you've already done, you can even translate through Kontentino for the international brands. You can check with your team every step (defined perfectly), like content creator, graphic designer, who is collaborating with the team. All the features are wonderful. You can add the logo and place it on the image in Kontentino. You can have albums, categories, tags, plan your budget, get the approval. It's incredible the list of features you can choose from and make your own "formula" for work, documenting every step of the process. It's for serious work and serious results. My secret "check up" with Kontentino is when I have a client that loves to be organized, love perfectionism and diligence, I know that the last step, the ability to make right decisions is there, as well as 99% for success! You can use it for Twitter (I've started with), Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Google+ and Pinterest. And last but not least, the support is fantastic! This platform comes from the experience and is the Solution for your needs when it comes to working with clients! That's why it's so good.

단점:

Just one thing that I can say I don't like and I have asked if possible to get it better. I'd like to be able to organize my albums better. Like having options to name it in numeric order and by category also.

주석: Kontentino is incredibly user-friendly. The interface is intuitive and easy to navigate, which has significantly reduced the time we spend on training new team members on the platform. It also integrates seamlessly with multiple social media platforms, allowing us to schedule and publish posts with just a few clicks.

The scheduling features of Kontentino are truly outstanding. We can plan our clients' social media campaigns in advance, and the platform alerts us if there are any conflicts or overlaps in the content we are scheduling. This has saved us countless hours of manual work and has made our team much more efficient.

The seats are limited but this is easily increased for an extra cost

Very kontent!

주석: I've been using Kontentino for a couple of years now and it made my life, and that of my colleagues, a lot easier.

It helped organised an entire team on one client and content plan. No needless or lost e-mails anymore. All your assets on one place where-ever you are. A real time saver too! Btw, fabulous customer service that is really focused on making a good product that works for everyone.

단점:

It's hard to find something that I dislike about Kontentino. Whenever there's an issue or something, there's always someone who's there to help me out.

User-friendly app with many features

주석: Kontentino is great for content creations, planning and organising the posts. It's very user-friendly - that was also one of the reasons we chose it for our social media. I recommend it.

Kontentino is very user-friendly. When I first started to work there, everything was really easy to find and understandable. Also, it is well-organized: I can work in different profile groups and separate the businesses. It's great that we can tag other users to note them, and use approvals.

단점:

I would appreciate the possibility of mentioning personal profiles at Linkedin and Facebook. However I know it's because of the API limitations.

Amazing tool for team collaboration!

There're many different tools for scheduling posts among social media platforms, but not many of them put so much effort into team collaboration. Kontentino developed our communication process and saved a lot of time. What's more, customer support is brilliant.

Sometimes we find problems with mentioning other Facebook profiles or people.

Great UI

It's easy to use. Works better that Hootsuite or Sproutsocial in tagging and preparing the preview of a post. I'm keen on the layout, it's easier for orientaton than similar tools. The customer support is always ready to help and very proactive.

단점:

I am missing the analytics for Twitter and LinkedIn, which could be hopefully introduced in 2020.

The ideal tool for planning and approving content

주석: We've been using it for over a year and we could't be happier of having such an extremely useful tool! We are so happy we are now supporting Kontentino with feedback on how to make it even better.

The user interface is pretty easy to use. It's easy to have an overview of what's coming up and the approval activity es great.

단점:

Sometimes we wish we could have all the features for posting content as there is in creator studio from FB, such as polls, etc. Yet I don't know how feasible this is. There are some things to improve in terms of user experience, but with the help of our team we are providing feedback directly to Kontentino and the are very receptive.

Kontentino is great!

The ease of collaboration both internally and externally with our client is great. It's also an inexpensive alternative to more well-known social media management tools - and also one that has less legacy features that don't work on mobile.

단점:

These are some very minor things: the fact that the calendar doesn't automatically refreshes in the background while you're working on it is the one thing that I would love to change - it saves me from having to refresh manually to see any collaborator's changes.

ma feedback to this tool

주석: in the beginning it was a bit tricky - like always when u get a new tool.... but the handling is coming so fast and the support is always there - so u never have the feeling of beeing alone.... sometimes when u load videos it takes a bit longer but yeah - in this times of worldwideconnection i think its normal - like having rush hour. we are always super informed about latest news and updates.
so in summary i would say: its a super tool, if u have to work on this different plattforms. It gives u the possibility of a good organized daily flow.

i am fan of the customer support. they are very fast and professional. let it flow

단점:

in LinkedIn its not possible to plan videoposts - but the technical team gave us the button 4 videoplaning to have a better overview

You can still schedule LinkedIn videos to Company profiles. We are keeping an eye on every LinkedIn API update. So hoping to provide this missing API soon. Bo

Excellent tool for SMM

Great scheduling tool

We have been working with Kontentino for years and haven't found any better scheduling tool so far. Easy to use, great customer support and constant updates and new features. Totally recommend! :)

단점:

We'd appreciate dark mode and also scheduling 3d posts - which is currently being developed, so looking forward to it :)

Reporting could be improved. There are other scheduling softwares that offer more in-depth analytics.

Great tool

Kontentino is a great tool for social media marketing. With Kontentino I have more freedom to work on my own and to design my own content strategy. I like the fact that it's easy to use, it has a nice interface, there are lots of options, and you can create custom content for each social network that suits your needs.

Nothing to report. I am satisfied with the product. I or anyone from our team have not had any issues.

Kontentino helped us put our social media management back on track. With amazing scheduling features we don’t need to worry about social media content, also we get clients’ approval in no time. An icing of a cake is analytics feature - simple reports are generated in no time. Kontentino is amazing for collaboration and teamwork!

단점:

It lacks Instagram direct scheduling, but it is only a small detail I would change!
