Does more than I need!

주석: Happy using it, would definitely recommend to freelancers and consultants for all the tracking and invoicing features that help you do your job seamlessly

장점:

Elorus helps me navigate the complex Greek accounting system by myself, providing all the bridges with the gov services. Easy to setup and use for my limited needs. Will probably take advantage more of the other features over time. All at a fair price.

단점:

I would appreciate if they integrated a wizard navigating me safer into which cost centres to pick base don my activities that correspond to the public accounting system...but then again that's what accountants are for.

Elorus ERP

주석: Very easy to use, very easy to learn, interface is super user friendly and fresh.

장점:

Ease of use, ease of deployment, searching and the best feature is that every invoice, receipt, expense is connected to one another and it is easy to dig a piece of information out.

단점:

Customization of products, services, quotations does not have many options and you need to go with what you have.

Elorus makes the difference from others

주석: The best for me is the 5 customers free plan and it is a web-based software which i have access from everywhere even from my phone. I can create an invoice on the go and i can send it through email.

장점:

Easy to use and 5 first customers for free.

단점:

sometimes i get confused because of the menu

Simplicity at a very high level, very good experience, excellent reports and dashboards. Client portal is definitely one of my favourite feature.

I would like to have the option to build invoice custom templates from scratch. Also it would be nice to have a mobile version either web or native app.

Complete solution for invoicing and basic accounting for small businesses

주석: We started using Elorus in the past month due to the tax authorities' requirements (Greece) to report and issue each invoice following a certain process. The ease of set up and use was surprisingly easy (we were fully set up to invoice within 1 hour) and the integration with the tax authorities was seemless. It has already become an invaluable tool for us and look forward to future updates and added features.

Can't really think of any cons. More like a request really, I would like more reports to be added and the option to customize the reports more.

Easy to use time tracker and invoice creator

장점:

Free version is all you need if you're a very small business owner like me. I use the chrome plugin to track my time, then create invoices straight from the project view of the website. Super easy.

단점:

It was not as intuitive to create invoices and I would have liked (you don't use the invoice page) but once you figure it out it's very simple.

the number of clients I can register on my plan I think there should be one plan for everyone with no limits on registering clients

A very easy to use platform

주석: I have had a very positive experience so far with Elorus. All the modules are coherent and the user experience is excellent. I hadn't used a similar product in the past but it was really easy for me to learn how to use Elorus. Highly recommended.

It is very easy to use with a friendly interface and has many functionalities that are essential for small businesses like the one I own.

단점:

The Greek translations are sometimes not so easy to understand.

Elorus: A great solution for my startup company!

장점:

I love the interface and how everything is clear. And wherever it feels that it is not clear, there is a very helpful support center, where you'll find everything. And then even if you need to speak with someone, they are very professional. No problems at all, until today. I've used Elorus back in 2012, in my first company. Unfortunately I closed that company. Now I started over once more, and again, for my financials I use Elorus with no second thoughts at all!

단점:

Well I am not an accountant. I don't want to become one. Still every company has to have one. I have one for my company. But from my point of view, until now, I haven't found something to dislike. On the contrary, the platform helps me understand better all the accounting issues that I have to deal among with my accountant.

Nice tool for saving time and avoiding headaches

주석: Pretty good tool especially for really small businesses who need a quick, clean and less costly way of organizing and issuing their invoices online instead of handwritten.

I liked the online invoicing (direct communication with official government authorities included) which helped me get rid of manual paper invoicing and mailing of hand-written invoices. I liked the reporting and keeping track of income/expenses.

단점:

Sometimes it is a bit hard to find what you need in the menu. You need to search a lot or go to the help pages. The lack of ability to delete non-critical invoices (invoices for internal use) is a bit frustrating. Also the lack of ability to issue such invoices (for internal use) out of order. I don't find a reason why not be able to do that. I would like to organize my old invoices (handwritten) into elorus and I am forced to import them one-by-one from the beginning. (I liked to import them month-by-month starting from the most recent month and going back).

Makes handling payments a lot easier

장점:

Invoice creation gives you a lot of room for maneuver and Elorus lets you take full control over the customization . The program also tracks time ,which is great if you have billable hours ( this doesn't directly apply to my work ,but is still a great feature ) .

단점:

Premium is a bit pricey ,however you can add extra users for about 20% of the cost . There is also no mobile version .

The definitive recommendation for small business owners

장점:

I mainly use Elorus for invoice creation, expense and time tracking. The ease of use, the integration with the government databases is great, and can save yourself a lot of headaches. Special mention to the impeccable customer support. I faced one issue with a couple of invoices and the promptness as well as the level of support was something I have not experienced on any other application of any kind.

단점:

While it's not a "con" exactly, I frequently create invoices that are similar to each other, and I would like some form of more advanced (and easier to use) invoice template support.

I love it but No Payroll Module

주석: The problem I am solving is time management (time sheets) and invoicing at an affordable price. The lack of a Payroll module is causing me to hesitate to cancel my Quickbooks account so I might need to move back.

장점:

Easy to use, beautiful interface and affordable price.

단점:

Don't have a Payroll module. In the near future I will need to move from Elorus to a platform that provides Billing, Invoicing, Time Management and Payroll in a single solution. I currently use Quickbooks online and it is expensive but have more functionalities. Considering to go back.

Excelent software totaly FREE for startups or newcomer freelancers as me

주석: Am using this product for 6 monthos, am in a FREE subscription because of less than 5 invocies/mothn but i would happily paid for it.

It is an exceletn ERP software, continius development adding new featurs and quickly adapting any new tax changes. The MOST importand of all is a very well documented online manual and EXCELENTcustomer supprtor response. for any question they did response instant and on topic.

단점:

the only feature am missing is more complex reports, and save custom filters.

Credibility Design Organization

주석: With Elorus, issuing invoices has become easy and fast! It has great technical support and is always up to date, in an occasion we even learnt the latest changes in legislation due to Elorus. Most important, it is very efficient in organising income and expenses, giving us a capture of the balance any time, as well as tracking payment dates. Hopefully, in the future it will apply for retail vendors as well - till then it remains a great value for money!

when you write an invoice not see the net price of the product this price seen fortunately in the invoice but not in the platform

Elorus for the Win!

주석: My experience has been excellent. I have had wonderful, above board customer service that I wasn't exactly expecting when I started. I am on the free plan because I only have one client but if I get more, I can definitely see myself paying for this product for its ease of use and doing what I am wanting to do for my business.

The time tracking feature is my favorite because that is what I was looking in a software to do for me. I needed it to keep track of my time for my very small part-time business.

단점:

I can't think of any at this time. I can see how this would be helpful for companies with more clients.
