주석: Believe all is the you won't believe that its developed by Africans in Africa coz its in the international standard....from presales to after sales. Their pricing are extremely affordable...

장점:

The software has regular quality updates and new exciting features always.Its the best in all social networking softwares believe me I used all softwares most on known softwares in social networking but this one is the best by far.

단점:

Honestly they should improve the support methodology ....The support is perfect and they assist in accordance but they challange is whenever you need to get them to fixed sumthing you need to give them your server logging details that compromise security in many forms .

I don't know what to say about them

주석: I have been using ProCrea since they were selling the products throu Evanto (ThemeForest), that's like 7 years ago, and almost everything was working fine, but now it looks like the company is death or all of them are gone with the COVID, but there is not answer from none of them.

장점:

The software is good, and easy to use, but the worst part is the Customer Service

단점:

The WORST Customer Service around the world... I have been trying to talk with them using Crea8Social Chat, or admin@THEIREMAIL , or THEIREMAIL@gmail, or using their facebook pages, or calling the phone they have in website, and THERE IS NOT WAY to contact them.. if so, then the answer will come in days. Worst is, that I paid for assistance at their Ticket System, but that is money lost.

Don't buy the app

주석: I didn't really want to give the company this bad review, with risk of them not delivering, but now it's been so long without delivery so I'm giving up hope. I don't want anyone else to waste time on something that just doesn't work. I knew from the start I took a risk, but I decided to give them a try. I purchased the app in April (Sept now). I tried setting it up myself, following the instructions, that didn't work. I purchased the app-installation from Crea8social, but they didn't have the time to do it.
I had to pay a Swedish company to help me out, it still didn't work since the source code I got wasn't correct. I later on got the right source code, but it still has a lot of bugs in the code. I got help from Crea8social in reinstalling the correct source code in Xcode, but after I tested it out in the simulator and TestFlight and finding bugs, they have only solved a few bugs. This is not a simple journey, my app is now stuck in TestFlight (it for example crashes when logging out) and I haven't heard anything from Crea8social for weeks. The Android app crashes in Android Studio, so the future of that one I have no idea of... The business idea is really good, but the support and the products aren't. They should focus on delivering ONE product that works, instead of add ons etc. One can blame Covid, but not for everything.
The source code should be working since they do sell the same to everyone.

The website community is ok for the price. There are bugs pretty often so it's time consuming to analyze them, explain and then wait for the company to solve them... This is not a product for someone who only wants things to work.

단점:

The web page solution worked out ok, but it's not fully adapted to a mobile screen. The app and web are not fully integrated, so you don't really know what you get. The app crashes and there are features, such as taking a photo, that isn't working - this makes it confusing for the user. The documentation with instructions is not updated and since one doesn't get support, it just takes a lot of time before anything is solved. It can take months and things that aren't simple bugs, take ages.

Crea8social is one of the best social platforms I have known

주석: My experience has been rewarding, but I believe that the platform still needs to improve a lot in the resources offered and also in its promotions, which, in our view, are still insufficient for the user's expectations.

Easy usability, excellent resources, important and interactive plugins, dynamic and renowned application.

단점:

Support takes too long to service, and feedback for user questions is still deficient. In addition, some plugins need to be revised as they require many improvements.

Crea8SocialPro Review

주석: It is a very great product as it gives customers a great support and not complicated use,that is,its ease of use is extremely high. It also has some very awesome features which makes the product superb and second to none so far.

very cheap . you can get this software at cheapest price all over social scripts. but dont go with this cheapest open social scripts

custmer solution is not good there never listen your words they only looking you give them order only i m sharing my experience with crea8social crea8social give promise to full refund if customer no satisfy by scripts or service and they give full refund also if custom order not done perfect i buyed creas8social on 26 January. but after bayed script it always somewhere not working .there pages always broken sudden.some pages like question and answers never open you cant ask a question there.there integrate social login for me but it never work now came to custom order i given custom order to integrate 123 flash chat room and after 15 days teamonly copy pasted chat room code in script,normal users cant never open that page because browser saying this is not a safe script click this icon to load this page and that page gone to unsafe page while my site have https certificate. now after 15 days not need that custom order because its too late and crea8social team said we never refund you money back after used 25days i never suggest you to use crea8social script 100% negative

Great potential, does the company have what it takes though?

주석: Pre-sales chat was helpful, answered every question and I had a lot! I did some further research and then purchased a license the next day.
I had issues with installing that stemmed from my server not having the correct module, this was NOT covered in the docs.
3 days later, after being informed that they required a cpanel to navigate my server, ( red flag, experienced techs do not need a GUI) we figured it out and the software installed flawlessly.
In the week since, I have found numerous bugs and items that do not work as expected. Each support ticket, if answered, consists of 2 or 3 replies before any action is taken and a number of issues remain unanswered.
Their Facebook page also is filled with cries from those that sent then their money for help.
I have asked them to take the couple hours to build a user forum, as this can help satisfy customers support needs and alleviate any issues that having a small staff may cause.... we will see if they take this very wise suggestion!

Full of features, easy to use and the code makes it easy to extend About the greatest feature is the Style editor on the client page side and the layout editor on the admin/site side. These I would rate A++!

단점:

Slow support, Buggy, not a lot of developers on board producing plug-ins (could be just due to the new-ness) Slow support, Yes, I said it twice!

Meh. There are much better social network solutions available.

주석: Very negative. It's been over three years of throwing money at the project and it is still not right.

We chose Crea8Social over other social network scripts because of the 3rd party Live News plug in.

단점:

Every update costs money, unlike the others in its field. Constant money pit.

Limitless Potential

주석: This software is indeed the leading with all the modern features it comes with, updates are punctual, support is awesome and finally it is very easy to use and flexible. I recommend this software!!!!

Crea8socialpro review

주석: Very easy to use and customize but still too young to be used in professional way compared with professianal script like phpfox or socialengine.

somebody hacked my whole site twice.He even hacked official data.Support team doesn't respond.

장점:

they update their code constantly.Price of the license comparatively low.New features are added constantly.

단점:

Downloaded fresh copy from client area, tried to install on different servers, everytime errors are occuring like no storage folder, error in line ## of the xyz file..contacted team.They first said you need support plan.then they offered 1 month for free.but couldn't help me.without replying to me they closed the tickets. bought messenger app also, never worked.support team couldn't resolve

주석: I like it, it is quite easy to use, needs some improvement, but very good. I would like to see a better chat option.
