Its a breeze:)

주석: It is not intimidating like some programs...it makes sense! I also like the constant communication with the host.

User friendly and I feel like Daxko is constantly making updates only improving the program.

단점:

I like most everything and the fact that they keep updating it and making it more user friendly!

Daxko is very user friendly!

장점:

We love being able to keep track of Client Personal Training Packages and Redemptions! The ease of making appointments and changing them if need be.

단점:

When you redeem sessions, I don't know where the notes go after we type them.

Daxko works well

need for ability to quantities with unit entry as in sale of multiple items under person (not fast fee) or listing. Example: 10 costumes purchased by [sensitive content hidden] @ $10 each under Dance/dance Costume =$100

Inflexible Billing Software

주석: My organization uses Daxko software for childcare billing, health and wellness gym members, we have Daxko Engage, Mobile, and Operations. It will be my suggestion that when the terms for these contracts end to not renew. It would be better to have 4 different systems that can talk to one another, than one inflexible bohemeth limiting what we can do.

There is a pretty in depth help website, customer service is responsive, and the concierge support services are overall very beneficial to learning the system.

단점:

Overall, I find Daxko to be a cumbersome software to learn and onboard new members on our team with, moreover, it is an inflexible system for tagging, organizing, and pulling member data. The software itself does not hold data so it is difficult to look back on metrics a year (or sometimes) a few months later. We have to buy additional software systems to do what Daxko cannot do- which adds to cost. The years long contract agreements, means you have to get used to (and build systems around) something that is just not working well (or pay out the contract- not feasible for a nonprofit) To get in depth customer support, you have to pay for concierge package with their team (who are very nice and kind people). Nevertheless, we wanted to delete a large batch of inactive club members out of our system, and there was no easy way to do that, we reached out costumer support and they sent us a price estimate of hundreds of dollars. Unless you have a team committed to never turning over, learning the system in and out, and making airtight systems around it- it would not be my first choice.

Daxko at the YMCA

장점:

98% of the time Daxko works great for what we need here at the YMCA. We can do Memberships, Maintenance, Hold forms, Cancel forms, etc.

단점:

Occasionally you will run into a quirk in the system when trying to do a draft maintenance or on an odd membership .

Daxko at the Y

주석: I like this system overall. It is very user friendly, and at my age, that is very important!

장점:

I like the ease of use of this product. It is far easier than our previous product.

단점:

There are still bugs to be worked out. For example: when a member's card is declined, the account should be frozen, instead of continuing to charge month after month before being settled. I also find accounts that are system terminated for no apparent reason. Usually associated with an insurance-paid account.

2.5 years of use

주석: Daxko was overall okay. It provided what was needed, but ease of use was not where it should have been.

Daxko Operations has been the only software I have known and used daily for the last two and a half years. It seems to be able to do all of the necessary things you would need (i.e. membership, reports, finance, etc), but it took some getting used to to be able to use efficiently.

단점:

The layout of the web page was difficult to navigate. It seemed like certain tasks were hidden under irrelevant tabs. The was difficult to have a efficient work flow when running reports and dealing with finance. It took a long time to figure out where each report was hidden and still have trouble locating certain things on the web page.

The customer information management standard at the Y

주석: Daxko is constantly working to evolve and improve the product. It serves our purpose well, and we are able to train new employees in its use with relative ease.

Daxko is a powerful tool for gathering information and keeping track of relationships with members over time.

단점:

I would like to see a more robust search function. Keywords, hashtags, advanced search abilities that can drill deeper than what is currently available.

Performance

주석: Excellent!!! I would recommend this to anyone in Childcare

Easy to use!!! I love that you can easily enroll children, make payments

단점:

None!!!! Daxko is easily the best tool for any childcare organization

Daxko - User-Friendly and Simple!

주석: Overall, Daxko is user-friendly, meets our needs perfectly, and is easy to navigate. I would absolutely recommend this product to others in search of a good database host.

I enjoy how easy it is to find the information I need. Daxko is easy to navigate and learn, but it's also simple to search information in the database.

The only thing I wish was better is on my end; I wish the site loaded faster.

Overall Review

장점:

Operations is very easy to use and understand. It is pretty straight forward and allows for notes and information to be added to each member.

단점:

We should be able to send an email to all the active members in the system through Operations.When doing invoices, we should be able to mark an invoice so it will not be produced each month but leave on the account.

Daxko Review

주석: In the last 7 years, Ive very much enjoyed working with Dako Operations here at our YMCA. It has made my job as a membership associate smoother and made it easier to get the tasks done that I needed to finish.

It is very easy to understand. As someone who trains new hires for our front desk with Daxko, though there is a lot of information. It is very easy to train them and makes it easier for them to retain the information.

단점:

I wouldn't say that I had any real negative experiences with Daxko. Any troubles that I had were resolved in a timely matter.

Customers since 2008 will little to no complaint about the company and their products

주석: I recommend this software to all of my colleagues because of the ease of use and the self-paced online training that is perfect for on-boarding.

장점:

Internet based so I can access the software easily from anywhere, on any device. That is so helpful when dealing with part-time and seasonal employees that need help while I am out of the office. I was able to easily take a 3-month maternity leave and keep up with work from home on my own terms. The staff seem to really care about their company.

단점:

I have not had any complaints with customer service but my surrounding branches have had a very difficult time getting good assistance. We pay a significant amount of our budget to Daxko services so excellent troubleshooting should come with the software.

Great product, but it has to be USED

주석: I do enjoy it. If you use all the features - it's a great product.

I do like the ease of finding the reports I need - but sometimes it takes a bit to find tehm.

I have worked with Daxko now for over 20 years - - customer service is lacking.

Change was worth it!!!

I used Daxko for about 4 years, and never had problems with it. It was very efficient for me.

주석: An easy, efficient registration system for classes, programs and events.

장점:

I set up programs for members to enroll, and the features allowed me to easily change the dates every time a session ended. This cut down on some much administration time because I didn't have to set up a new program from scratch every session.

단점:

From time to time I had complaints from members about the complicated process of enrolling in one of my Daxko programs. It was easy to use for me, but not for my new members.

All Things Daxko

주석: I am 90% satisified with Daxko Ops. I really enjoy the webinars being offered to assist me in becoming more proficient.

장점:

By far I value the ease for pulling reports and event/participant data. I rely on the the two functions daily...they make my world go round and when they function properly my day is made.

단점:

With the facelift that Daxko Operations just received, finding certain functions has been challenging.

None. Daxko is very easy to learn and navigate, there are no cons for me.

Honest Review

I like that is user-friendly. When we have any questions or doubts, it is easy to log in to the help center and find answers. If you are still not satisfied with the answers, we usually email customer service and get a quick response.

단점:

Sometimes the information or updates are not done quickly.

Modest Review of An Employee

장점:

I like that payments and membership profiles are not a hassle. Each screen is simple and easy to read.

단점:

I would like an option for quickly undoing the last action made on an account.

Their customer support is top notch! They are fast and thorough at responding and helping! Literally the best customer service I've found.

단점:

Building a custom report can be challenging. Wish you could modify the software for certain things without huge fees but I understand why there is an expense. Don't like that you can't reuse your gift cards.

Easiest Website Ever!

주석: Daxko Operations has really helped our company flow easily with keeping data, memberships, payments all in order.

장점:

I started working the front desk at my childcare job about a month and half ago, and let me tell you this website was so easy to pick up on and learn! I had about an hour of training for 2 days total and was ready to start working by the third day! This websites layout is a work of wonders and is so easy to navigate through with little trouble.

단점:

I have no complaints, this website is really a big help when it comes to payments, memberships, registration, etc.!
