The Complete HR Management Package

주석: HR Partner is much better than the previous HR software we used. Switching to HR Partner was the best decision we could have made, having all employee information in a glance has made our life and work easier.

장점:

HR Partner has all the information we need about every employee, it is easy to use, it allows us to have different leave policies and holidays depending on the location of our staff, so we can personalize it according to our needs. The note system is great to keep a record of every detail we need to review in the future. It is flexible and intuitive and it has a lot of extra options other systems don’t have like recruitment and a document library where all training documents or manuals can be uploaded. Overall is a very complete system that covers every employee aspect we need.

단점:

The only issue I have is with the automatic leave accruals, I’m using the Upfront option where the employee will be allocated the entire default allowance at the start of the employment and every anniversary thereafter but I wish there was an option here where you can start the allowance on a certain date and not on the anniversary date.

Amazing value

주석: A big improvement from our last system, excellent value and cannot fault the service we've received.

This is a great product for SMEs wanting to streamline HR processes and save time. Really good value for the number of features that are included and compared to other HRIS on the market. Their support is second to none, [SENSITIVE CONTENT] always gets back to us super quickly.

단점:

Annual leave seems overly complicated. Most other HRIS I've trialed, the leave has been straightforward and quite automated whereas this needs quite a bit of manual intervention

Great HR Management System for Small-Medium Businesses

주석: The customer service from HR partner is amazing. The team are very responsive to feedback and implementing improvement changes based on the user experience. It has been a pleasure working with [SENSITIVE CONTENT] over the past 11 months. They are fantastic and always give tailored advice to work with our business needs.

- Use of checklists and e-signatures modules for distributing policy/procedure information across our business as it allow's clear employee attestation.- Organisation chart at a glance- Ability for managers to track leave balances, education and training needs, add in important notes.- Adding reminders for tasks and expiry dates for training e.g. OH&S obligations

단점:

- It would be great to be able to have approval or action workflows attached to Forms so the person the form is submitted to can then action it e.g. Company Expense Form submitted to a direct manager to then approve or reject.- Performance management module is very new to this software so further improvements are required re: automation of scheduling so that the review is actually assigned to the employee , improving notifications to managers re: tasks they have to complete .- Performance review forms cannot be modified without losing data already entered against the form, so a new form needs to be created each time a small change is needed.

Best Purchase of 2020

주석: I'm an a startup and the process of setting up my business for new employees was daunting to me. Finding HR Partner eased the anxiety of how to properly set my business properly. Their training is great and clearly presented. It just solves my problems.

I love everything about HR Partner, from how easy it is set up to how easy it is to onboard and manage employees.

단점:

I wished it integrated with Quickbooks Self-employed

I'd love to see Zapier integration and there are a couple of features we've requested, but the company are really good at listening to feedback and do have a roadmap of functionality additions based on requests.

The perfect HR system for SME's and Cloud businesses

주석: I can now produce HR reports for my largest client, and get them visibility when previously they have been blind.

The rollout was simple, and the functionality of a single cloud platform to manage all HR needs, with the integration with Xero, was so useful. I looked around the market, and didn't find many other systems that ticked all of my boxes for less than enterprise prices...

단점:

I need to train myself more on customised reporting, so I can roll this out to all of my clients

HR Partner -Great!

주석: I really enjoy using HR Partner. I find inputting the data easy now I use it every day. I can create documents for our employees that ask for signatures or forms to be filled in. I like the fact I can keep a check on documents that the employees are filling in. There is a lot of information that can be gathered from the useful portal.

Filling in all the details of our employees and having them to hand very quickly. I like the fact we can add notes about the employee. I like the file attachments so we can upload all the documents related to the employee.

단점:

Booking the holidays for our employees because it has a default that doesn't work for the hours we do so it makes it harder for the employee to understand what holidays they have left.

HR Partner helped us scale from 50 to 500 employees

Ease of use for our team to get started using it right away. Not to mention their customer support is top notch! They really care about their users.

단점:

Not quite there as an all in one HRIS and recruitment software when it comes to feature set. But they are improving on this all the time coming out with new features.

A leap from the past

주석: Am having a really positive experience and easy access to support when needed has been really appreciated. Thanks.

For the first time in the history of our company all HR can be found within the same space, no more spreadsheets, paper records, multiple people moving the same data around. I'm not HR manager but was able to set up and mostly configure the system within the 14 day trial period, and with the support of HR Partner was able was to roll out to employees within 3 weeks. So far team feedback has been very positive on look and feel.

단점:

Nothing to add about the modules used so far.

Straightforward solution from recruitment through whole employee lifecycle

주석: Excellent experience.

장점:

We were looking for a solution which had an Application Tracking System for recruitment, and worked as a database for our people and supported their HR needs throughout the employee lifecycle. Plus we wanted a good suite of APIs and documentation to allow us to integrate with other systems. HR Partner has given us all of this and we haven't regretted the choice.

단점:

It doesn't have some of the bells and whistles of more expensive HR software, but HR Partner do listen to the customers and add things to their roadmap. We have multiple shift workers on different working patterns, which is complicated for HR Partner's holiday booking. I'd like that to change, but appreciate that most organisations have simpler holiday booking needs.

Comprehensive HRMS Portal

주석: HR Partner is an excellent HRMS system with all the necessary tools for managing employee databases, streamlining the hiring process, and onboarding employees. It offers a comprehensive suite of features, from expense claims to leave management. There is no doubt that HR Partner is an invaluable tool for any organization.

The importance of having a good HR tool for running a company cannot be overstated, which is why HR Partner was the perfect choice for us.HR Partner's user interface and organization are of the highest quality. Additionally , it is great to have the ability to electronically sign documents in the portal, as well as store records of documents and files.

단점:

Nothing too special, except maybe an online chat feature to get in touch with their customer service team could be improved.

Using HR Partner

주석: Its fantastic, I'm new in post ( 3 months) and I've achieve so much and moving HR in the right direction to make this quick and efficient , with some interactive fun along the way.

Love the Tutorials this was a great place to start for me as I had never used this system before answered all my immediate questions with the helpful videos.HR Partner portal for Admin user and Staff portal is fantastic, it really is a one stop shop and if you are very creative, like I am, you will love the variety this system brings. Recruitment, Onboarding and Inductions along with Probations are now all built, with videos, forms, and e signature documents. Our first year for Performance reviews has been successful and hoping that the forms will soon be downloadable too as normal forms......the list is endless!!

단점:

Just when I think I can't do something I seek advice with the support team and they find me an alternative, and generally that works out better than my original idea.NO CONS from me.

So happy for our choice

장점:

HR Partner contains all the features we needed and, more we use, more we see the benefit of an integrated set of features covering all HR needs. The Recruitment function able to push on Job Boards has increased a lot the visibility of our Job Offers. On top, fantastic support from the developer, quick and precise to reply effectively to any request we ever made.

단점:

We were missing the Employee 's Appraisal. We discussed this option with the developer. But it will come soon. Timesheet a bit too tricky to use / report.

Human Resources Information System is a must for organizations of any size!

I like the feature set and the scalability of HR Partner the most. In my experience, the support has always been prompt, and the additional HR materials and resources, including the webinars, are immensely useful.

단점:

As a side effect of having a lot of features and customizability, the onboarding and getting buy-in from the users, especially the less tech-savvy managers, is a bit tricky. However, that's the case with any and many tools. Thankfully, the modular implementation allows for gradual roll-out of features to the end-users, so we can properly train the users in time.

So glad I found HR Partner

주석: After spending a lot of time researching HR software, I was so pleased to have found HR Partner. It has helped massively with the general record keeping for my employees and also with recruitment. I no longer have to keep lots of spread sheets. I like the fact each employee can see their training records and certificates. I look forward to learning what new additions HR Partner will introduce over the coming years.

The ease of use of the employee portal and the fact that if the system doesn't do something quite how I needed it to, I just had to email the support centre and more often than not, they changed the system so that it does. Customer service has been the best I have ever received.

단점:

Just a couple of issues with people using different browsers but I think most have been resolved. Not many negatives to be honest which makes this a very good system.

Your all in one HR Software!

장점:

I love so many features about HR Partner, so it's definitely hard to choose one, BUT if I had to choose, I would choose their leave feature. We are at a point in our organization right now where we were using SO many documents and files to keep track of all of our team members' leaves and it was just way too out of hand. With the leave feature, it definitely helps take a load off of our talent & culture team because we were able to add in managers as admins to now approve leaves.

단점:

So far, I would say the display of the organizational chart could be better. If you have a lot of team members, the organizational chart cuts off and doesn't show the whole organization unless you change it to another view.

HR Partner

Integration was easy, and excellent customer service.

There are features that we have not used, but will in time.

Packed full of features - a very powerful HR Partner

주석: HR Partner is a one stop shop for all HR needs - it's probably way more powerful than our 30 employee organisation needs, but it is giving us a huge step up in how we manage our employees. It's a great communication tool and keep all the relevant information in one place.

Love that HR Partner caters for everything from leave requests and time sheets to annual reviews and on boarding. Am still finding out how to use all the extra features!

단점:

I haven't found anything I don't like yet. I have given some feedback to the developers already and they were so appreciative and responsive. Some things were already included - I just hadn't found them yet or they used different terminology to that which I am used to.

Reality Enterprise T/A CEX review

주석: As I am a new starter, so far my experience has been excellent.

장점:

The product is easy to use and understand. The support you received is excellent and if there is something they are not to sure about they will get back to you.

단점:

The system doesn't have the ability to work our accrual of hourly staff via the timecards. This is a huge asset as when it comes to those staff who work over their contracted hours it gives you a snap shot of how many holidays they have. More reporting features ie reports that can show if someone's training is due.

This is a very user friendly system and the support given is excellent. [SENSITIVE CONTENT] and the time have been brilliant in supporting us and are extremely responsive. I can not praise [SENSITIVE CONTENT] enough for her help

단점:

Nothing - there is nothing I do not like about the product. Yes there are a few gaps but they are on the road map.
