Highly recommended Digital Signage System

주석: My experience with the system has been great. Easy to setup and deploy, with flexible content creation tools. My customer love the system and the assistance from ScreenCloud customer service makes this a great solution

I love the ease of setup and deployment. Was able to set up two sites sitting at my desk, box up the P1 devices and send them to their locations without issue. The flexibility of the content and available apps is also amazing.

단점:

It is not a con... there are so many apps that my clients can get a bit overwhelmed in creating their content

ScreenCloud rocks!

Great potential but a lot still to develop

주석: This is just used as our entry way marketing material. This has been more of a head ache than it should have been.

장점:

Ease of use is a fact. I liked the layouts and basic idea of this product. That was about it.

단점:

Needs more native apps. Not a very "smart" program (i.e. have pictures in a custom zone to a special size - this requires me to go back to marketing team to re-edit the photos down to what the app can handle. This should be done as part of the program to allow for overall easier use). While the support team is quick to respond, they missed the mark greatly in actually addressing the issues and are rather snarky when you point out the pitfalls of the program. There are misspellings in the warnings that pop-up throughout their app. It is all around a work in progress.

A great digital signage platform for marketers

주석: We've been using screencloud for over three years in our company, after using other online softwares that weren't up to the job. We were seduced by the multitude of apps offered by screencloud and the compatibility with our other marketing tools. Screencloud is easy to use for our marketing team, and we use it to distribute information to all our offices, as well as plug and play at trade shows and conferences.

Support is very fast, responds directly and solves our problems instantly. There's never a downtime on our screens. UX is great, easy to customized playlists to have a great amounts of diversified contents to show.

단점:

Nothing the platform is greatr and was quickly adopted by our team.

Great product for multiple screens

주석: Overall the experience has been great and seemless.

What I like most about ScreenCloud is the ability to display the same slide show on multiple screens at once.

It could probably use some more app connections like office products or Canva.

Screen Cloud is the standard for business signage

주석: I have enjoyed my experience with Screencloud. it solved a big problem we had that was taking my team way more time to manage than it should have and now that we use screen cloud we don't even have to think about it. It's very easy to manage our digital signage now.

장점:

Screencloud allowed us to setup and use digital signage around our office fast and effortlessly. We were able to get up and running in a day. The interface is easy to use and allows a wide amount of customization.

단점:

I would love to see more integrations and more energy into the integrations. We were excited to see the Zendesk integration but realized that it had very limited use cases due to lack of customization.

Great Service

Very easy to setup and manage. Lots of player options, including off the shelf/retired devices.

Would like to see more flexibility in some of the layout tools, to allow more customization of content.

Excellent digital tool for corporate communication

Best informational display system I have ever used

주석: ScreenCloud has been a big part of providing timely information for employees in our building, as well as making our lobby space more welcoming. When I looked for a product that would help us provide information to employees in a timely manner and that was more than just a conference room schedule, I tested several options that were more expensive and harder to learn/use. ScreenCloud is the easiest to setup and the features we get for this price-point are well worth the price per screen/TV

I've been using ScreenCloud for a few years, but just upgraded from ScreenCloud Signage to the new ScreenCloud Studio. Just in the little time I have used the new Studio version I would say it is a huge improvement over Signage with regard to ease-of-use and new features. There are several features that I like including the ability to create multiple channels and screencast emergency or other important notices and then resume normal scheduling.

단점:

This isn't necessarily an issue with the software, but it would be nice to have some more news options pre-set in the list to choose from when setting up a live-feed of a news channel.

Lots of capabilities

장점:

I love all the options ScreenCloud provides to be able to manage multiple screen in our building. I can schedule different playlists throughout the days and weeks, do unique layouts with channels to have more than one image/playlist, or even show recent posts from our Instagram. ScreenCloud continues to evolve the service to fit our needs better.

단점:

Currently I dont have any cons, since ScreenCloud started offering the studio version it meets all my needs.

The best out there

주석: Overall it has been a great experience. Screencloud offers great support and promote a fantastic package in the vast realm of digital signage vendors.

This is a no-frills, easy-to-manage, digital signage application that works very well for our institution.

I do wish there were more integrations available within the app store.

ScreenCloud - Basic Digital Signage for Schools

주석: We are using this for digital signage in our school buildings. Daily updates and school spirit content are rotated on a playlist.

장점:

The interface and setup is generally pretty easy. We have several devices running ScreenCloud across multiple buildings and once it's set up, it just works.

단점:

The interface of the editor is a bit simplistic, and there aren't very many supported content layouts.

Honest Screenshare Review

The ease of adding 3rd party sources to the playlist. (weather, news etc)

The quality of streamed media being poor, or dropping out / loosing connection

ScreenCloud A Plus for Internal Communications

주석: With locations across the country, this product helps us communicate with team members and makes us all feel more connected.

장점:

The most beneficial feature of ScreenCloud is the ability to create so many different screens and channels for our internal audience. We can customize the screens to fit each service area. The ability to add content and have it immediately load is a plus. The customer service team has been helpful and has gone out of their way to assist in making this a great tool.

단점:

I would like to have the ability to publish several playlists at the same time as well as a feature to create reports.

An easy way for churches to manage multiple screens remotely

주석: We have a high value of our lobby and venue screens running a loop of announcement slides before and after our services and events. With evening activities practically every day of the week, having the ability to remotely upload a slide and have the ability to program when that particular slide should be inactivated is crucial. With Screencloud, we're able to set that expiration date at the time of upload, and forget about it. Then it just disappears on that date/time without anyone having to remember. Screencloud has been a great help, and is now considered a member of our communications team!

Easy to set up and implement! The apps are well-designed, changes are visible instantly, and the quality is excellent. We have really benefited from being able to add slides and content from home or from a different campus, and the screens update immediately on site. The web portal is easy to understand and navigate for our team.

단점:

Support on various devices is more of a limit of the devices than the software. For example, we first tried Google Chromecast, and those kept going to sleep overnight, and we couldn't find a way to keep that from happening. Moved to Amazon Fire sticks and they work much better. Every now and then one of them goes to sleep, but for the most part we don't have to worry about that.

ScreenCloud is Awesome

주석: We are the most unique public media company in the country, having a school in our corporate headquarters that is by day the satellite campus for Hartford's Journalism & Media | Culinary Arts | High School Inc. High School and at night, veterans and adult learners. ScreenCloud enables us to display exemplary student work and engagingly message the students, professionals and visitors.

ScreenCloud is super easy to use throughout the process of creation, updating, uploading, posting and scheduling video, pictures and graphics.

단점:

There could be more native functionality, rather than relying on 3rd party apps that require a separate sign-in and fee.

So glad we switched to ScreenCloud

주석: This has been a godsend. Prior to this our info screens were controlled corporately out of India. The time difference alone made it nearly impossible to get support and my hands were tied. When we made the switch to ScreenCloud I was able to take full control of the info screens and now have excellent customer support from ScreenCloud. 10/10 would recommend.

I am in complete control of managing our info screens at six different locations. I needed the ability to control all the screens from my desk without having to run all over town. ScreenCloud was the perfect solution for the task.

단점:

I wish there was more instruction on how to link music. I figured it out, but with trial and error. I also wish there were more tutorials. I have the basics down, but I would wager that there are features that I don't know about that I could be utilizing.

My ScreenCloud is Great

Flexible Community Digital Signage

주석: I went through a two-week trial of the 2015 version of ScreenCloud and it surpassed my expectations. Shortly after, ScreenCloud Studio became available and I switched over. The Studio allows for complex scheduling, which is great. The dashboard is really intuitive and easy to use. There are ample tutorials that help me get the most out of the platform. And, there are so many apps available that I'm still finding new ones to implement.

The functionality of this software is so diverse. I chose the software to replace an in-house TV channel with significant cost savings. Along the way, I was able to convert paper corkboards into digital displays and am now working on a touch screen kiosk for our community. Our company had been looking at using three separate vendors to accomplish these projects. This software is easy to use and the more I use it, the more features I find.

단점:

ScreenCloud Studio is still new, and I switched over immediately so I've had a few hiccups, but the support team is extremely responsive.

Easy and Simple!

주석: Before, we could only deploy information to screens via a PowerPoint that had to be updated manually. ScreenCloud solves all of that.

I love how easy and intuitive the slide creator is. If you've used PowerPoint, then ScreenCloud will be second nature. We were up and running in no time!

단점:

I wish there was a little more customization in the text formatting (bullets, varying weights, etc)

One product for all your digital display needs

주석: We currently have our digital screens deployed in a 24 hour facility. Communication can be a challenge especially with staff that may not have time to check emails timely. Our digital screen serve as another form of communication to our staff to keep them informed of important events, reminders and information that they may need or want to know.

장점:

The user friendly UI and numerous features. Content scheduler, display video, display photos/social media, custom content, you name it, you can most likely do it with ScreenCloud.

단점:

None so far. Can't complain about ScreenCloud.

ScreenCloud Review

주석: ScreenCloud players are too expensive, and the yearly cost is high. Compared to other available platforms.The overall experience with using Amazon Firesticks 4K has been easy. Don't use older versions of Amazon Firesticks.
