Great Customer Service!

장점:

The best part about using Flightdocs has been the amazing support and customer service they offer. We have been using the system for personnel and aircraft scheduling, manly in relation to training. This is sort of new ground for Flightdocs since they manly focus on aircraft maintenance, so there have been a few bugs (to be expected with something new). But any time I've had an issue and I call, I always talk to a live person and they always have the most amazing attitude. Problems are solved quickly and efficiently which allow me to continue on with my workday.

단점:

There's just some growing pains with the new processes, but that is to be expected and we are transitioning out of it.

5 Star Support

Ease of use and the Outstanding Customer Service.

단점:

Work Order Feature needs more features, Improvements, and visibility of information of items within the WO.

Feeling cheated

장점:

Friendly support people and would probably work if just using for maintenance tracking. They are definitely less expensive than other tracking programs but if you have a new airplane they have to build your tracking.

단점:

Did not deliver on their promises and would not refund our money. Make sure they can do what you request, and be using it, before you pay them or you'll be out the money.

LOVE working with FlightDocs. Easy and user friendly!

I love the customer support. Fast responses to concerns and questions answered quickly. By far the best around.

단점:

I can't print out a blank task card. It's difficult to narrow down a search between aircraft in your fleet when opening the program.

Customer support

주석: GREAT!

장점:

I loved the fact that when I contacted FlightDocs technical support, someone picked up after 3 rings. The person who picked up the phone asked me the right questions to see if she can resolve my problem or if she need it to create a tech support ticket. The after hour support was great. SHe was driving home and she said she would call me in 20 minutes, she actually called me in 20 minutes. My FlightDocs issue was looked at and issues was resolved before next business days.

단점:

Hard to work with both FlightDocs and Rockwell Collins. Maybe someone can be trained for Rockwell Collins support "FOS"

Great alternative to CAMP

주석: The cost savings along is a reason to switch to FlightDocs. We have evaluated all of the other maintenance providers out there, some of the very inexpensive ones are nothing more than a glorified spreadsheet. On the other end of the spectrum you have CAMP, which has grown to be a very poor customer service-based glutton of money. Flight Docs fits in the middle very nicely. They have the services and features that you require and expect, at a far better price than CAMP. They integrate with most 3rd party management and operations software, has their own stand alone iPad app, and provides great customer service.

It has the same functionality as CAMP with a lot less cost.

단점:

Convincing maintenance folks who know nothing other than CAMP to use it.

Control and Flexibility backed with Amazing Support

주석: Fantastic product with great customer support.

Easy to use, revise, customize, and train. Very easy to navigate and add compliance, revise, or edit tasks. I love the ease of use along with the amazing customer support. Other vendors make it so hard to control your own aircraft. With FlightDocs you have the freedom and flexibility to make it fit the way you do business, with the comfort of knowing you are backed by an amazing customer service and management team.

단점:

To be honest, my critiques are so small and nit picky, they are not even worth mentioning. This team really has put together a great product.

Stellar Support and Service!

주석: My overall experience with Flightdocs so far has been very positive. Not only is their customer service team always available, but they truly want to help and provide system expertise and support at every turn. It is refreshing to work with an organization that is responsive, drives results, and listens to the needs of its customers. Flightdocs demonstrates a sincere desire to show continuous improvement that results in better software capabilities, cost savings, reporting and efficiencies for organizations interested in implementing a software solution.

"User Friendly" is what I like most about the software. The entire design of the software is based around the user interactions and is developed to ensure full functionality of transactions and reporting.

단점:

There are still features that require development and inclusion. The team is very responsive and is working with us to roadmap and get priorities established which will improve the system for our organization and other customers as well.

Tracking Maintenance with a Higher Level of Confidence

주석: With previous maintenance tracking software, items were regularly missing after being scanned and several regulatory issues resulted. Missing items were compounded by the multi-layered, overdone systems we previously used. QA reviews of maintenance accomplished should not have to include a course on how to use the system each time. With Flightdocs, our QA techs can easily develop a flow and get the job done.

Flightdocs has a clean interface and instills a high level of confidence in our technicians and QA right from the first login. In our business, a mistake can result in severe consequences and we need to know that we are using the best tools.

단점:

Locating scanned attachments is a bit cumbersome at first, but once acclimated to the process, not an issue.

Good Software Overall

주석: My overall experience with Flightdocs has been great!

장점:

What I like most about Flightdocs is that it's easy to see and understand the priority display of the maintenance information center. It's super helpful.

단점:

What I like least about the software is as a beginner, it's pretty hard to navigate. Teaching people who are unfamiliar with the software takes a lot of time.

Review

장점:

User Interface very intuitive. Fully paperless even for the crew that want to have access to the due list.

단점:

Not very customizable. Would be nice to let the customer choose what is displayed on every page and to be able to set his/her own defaults. This will set Flightdocs apart from the competitors. Can not set up or delete my own employees as an admin. Would be nice to have inventory on the iPhone app.

Great tracking program with great support, makes my job easier

장점:

Software can do most anything that we would require. When we recognize items it can't accomplish we let Flightdocs know and functionality is usually included in future updates.

단점:

Enterprise has more functionality that previous version of Flightdocs, but it does require interaction than the previous version. Would be nice if some of the functionality was simplified like the original version of Flightdocs.

My FlightDocs Review

주석: FlightDocs efficiently tracks our planes. I am able to get the information I need to track Maintenance with ease. And the analysts at FlightDocs are the BEST !!

The user friendly ease of the software. The more I use it the more functionality I discover .

단점:

We track two airplanes on FlightDocs. I primarily use only one. I wish I could change the default so the airplane I track would autopopulate.

Flightdocs Survey

주석: I love Flightdocs and would recommend it to anyone who wants a reliable easy to use maintenance tracking software.

The ease of use for fleet at a glance, maintenance tracking, and record keeping.

단점:

The phone app does not automatically load the date when adding new times and when component or time limited items should give more than the standard 10 day 10 hour warning before the item is due. That way you have time to purchase parts or make vendor arrangements.

The Flightdocs experience has been a great success story for our company!

주석: Time savings. Ease of use. Great support. The program is always up and running. We've never had the program give us any trouble.

There's no training required to operate the program. The program is intuitive and easy to use. Pulling data to run reports in an Excel file is a snap.

단점:

No options to have simple report templates available such as completed work last month, last quarter or last year. Another would be a report on just discrepancies.

Flightdocs

주석: The only problems were at the beginning trying to get used to the sytsem. After 2+ years of use it has gotten much easier and user friendly with updates.

ease of use, ability to search items easily on the search bar.

단점:

One thing CAMP has is the AMM references loaded in the system.

주석: Flight Docs has a very cohesive team that is dedicated to customer service and product efficiency.

Many great features included such as work order and elog entries and digital signature.

단점:

A little weak on engine requirements tracking

Ease of use and customer service. I love the way you can search for items across a fleet

Nothing really. There seems to be a few more clicks to get some things accomplished.

Great Software for Corporate Flight Department

장점:

Ease of use and presentation. Very easy to navigate and search for what you need.

단점:

I haven't used the inventory management enough to get used to it, but it seems like it has a good layout for functionality.

Beautiful user interface

The ease of use. Management and record keeping made easy.

단점:

Allot of options, could be a little more streamline. Maybe even different programs setup for mro, flight training, repair stations.

Functional program

I have used flightdocs for several years and it is the most effective way for customers maintenance tracking. We love the app and will keep using it.

Nothing. Flightdocs is awesome and we dont have any issues with using the application. I hope they keep improving.

Simple, yet versatile.

주석: FlightDocs gives our entire flight department greater visibility into the mechanical status of our aircraft and continues to aid in our transition to a paperless environment.

As a new user, I appreciate the fresh and basic, yet functional, User Interface.

단점:

So far, the only flaw I've seen with this system is the inconsistency with which Service Bulletins have been named. They need to follow a standard format to ease searches - not ASB A074 or SB 0439, but SB F2000EX-001 R1.
