주석: Effective and efficient servicing to our hotel clients and corporate companies.

장점:

eZee Technosys, one of the world's leading PMS software tech firms, defines any hotel's functionality needs with a user-friendly software interface and application to transcend one's inability to market and compete with 5-star establishments. Cloud-based applications and interfaces allows one on the go to update, sync all transactions with ease and effectiveness that at Airport View Hotel, an increased turnover & occupancy rates year in year out have been met with much appreciation.

단점:

Not to be insincere, i personally don't have a con to state and if i ever had, any other eZee user would state me wrong!!!

주석: There analytics and booking engine statistics helped us a lot to understand our customer search and our worldwide recognition among the customers.

장점:

The first thing that I love about eZee is there 24/7 support which helps me at 2 am in the night also. 2nd their channel manager and booking engine page UI is excellent and the analytics, data and booking engine statistics are also very good. Moreover, its a highly customizable software, even the emails that we sent to the guests are customizable. Affordable product. Overall it is a good and a huge handsome software. Very friendly staff and support team.

단점:

The few things that I hate in eZee, its true that not all CRS/PMS are same but still, I am very unhappy with the eZee PMS its UI is not so good, room swiping feature can do better. PMS is not at all about ease of making a reservation. The booking engine widget can be better, they charge a huge amount for integrating something new with the software. Not able to send SMS.

very support staff and very help full staff [sensitive content hidden] It's always a pleasure to work with you because of your productivity and reliability.

단점:

Overall, this program is well-crafted and I am extremely pleased with it. The constant improvements of the software keeps it updated with current needs.

Very good product for hospitality sector

장점:

We wanted to have a product to manage our hotel but due to lack of understanding what we need and what software we need to choose we delayed in implementing a software for many years. However one of my friend recommended this ezee Centrix, and we took a plunge and established business relationship with ezee. Till date they met each and every requirement for our hotel needs. I believe they have many functionality in Centrix and i am using may be 20-30% of them. As we are a small organization, they are certain tasks still done manually. I believe this solutions is even useful to big companies in hospitality as well as for small & medium companies. over all I am very satisfied. The staff is also very good in looking after their customers. We have been allocated a Cloud Technical expert to our account, who helped us to quickly deploy the sofware through out our organization in a phased and quick manner. Without his contribution we would not have used this software to the maximum of its capacity.

단점:

Very sophisticated but still easy to understand and manage. In an organization it needs to be deployed and trained well to use it to the maximum of its potential. Overall very good product.

Excellent personalize service from our account manager-Parth

장점:

Less worry for overbooking, easy to update, saves time for more important tasks, hoped for update on more other bulk functions to make it save even more time. Someone available on support 24/7 in case something goes wrong.

단점:

There are still rooms for improvements, i.e: updates are slow sometimes, more training needed for some support team members, more manpower to process requests..etc

Also, we have added a Status Panel in the system which will notify you on the status of the updates you push to the OTAs. Awesome software

주석: Easy to you and user friendly

장점:

I really like this software, mostly the reservation system and the channel manager, cashing centre, housekeeping and manager's reports

단점:

Some of the reports which is related to the government need to change up to the government's requirements, like green tax report, TGST report. I use to call always to Mr. Bhavesh, about the reports and other things, who is really helpful and he always attend the issues as soon as possible

Great software but...

주석: Honestly, eZee team should left us manage our inventory like we want when having the all in one package.
As a revenue Manager and Hotel's OTA Manager, i have troubles because not all access are given to me by easy and i have to go through support...
But i like eZee because of his updates, and all the particular tools that helps us hotelier that you only find with ezee software

장점:

Really easy and very useful tool. Will recommend to all hotels

단점:

As an Advance User, at time i find it too long to always have to ask the support to do something i know i can.

A great additon to our daily work

장점:

First of first of all, we are very happy with this product. We’re managing our daily inventory with easy and we are changing our rates, rooms, occupancy and every thing through this only. Ezee team so helpful that we are facing any kind of issue they are solving it so fast.

Centrally Connected with Core Inventory

Value for money

주석: better inventory management

장점:

It helps maintain your OTA bookings easily. You can easily block you inventory for sold out dates through Stop sell. Update daily inventories on all the OTA's on daily basis.

단점:

Its complicated to update rates, as well as the support i recieve in case of any problem is not upto mark. They really have to look into there customer support.

We have found the best HMS and channel manager for our hotel.

주석: We have been utilizing eZee Optimus, Booking Engine, Channel Manager, and PMS for the last eight years, and we are content with the progress made thus far.

I was very happy with the customer service I received. The team was responsive, efficient, and resolved my issue quickly.

단점:

I am giving the service a rating of 4 out of 5 stars. The only area where I think there is room for improvement is in the call pick-up time. I would like to see calls answered within 2 rings.

The most I like about this software is yield set up functionality which is very useful tool for revenue management

단점:

The new version of eZee centrix doesn't look very mobile friendly if there is an iOS/ Android app it will make it easier for urgent close out and rate updates

Good for simple needs

주석: Interfaces with our frontdesk and OTAs, thus allowing to concentrate on our promotions without having to worry about inventory. Does not know how to differentiate between a modified booking from OTA from a original booking. We sometimes gets two booking (and this messes up inventory) when an original booking is modified by a guest who wants to change their credit card information. Prices from OTA is also not brought in correctly into our eZee Frontdesk and aslo shows wrong payment type when booking is received from our eZee Reservation. It shows that payment is through one of our OTA when it is not. Mappings can only be handled by eZee staff and it is sometimes hard to get across the message of what we need to be mapped.

Great support and services

장점:

This software is one of the best software. We are using eZee more than 6 years. I like their customer services. Their 24/7 support is amazing. Today rep was there and his support is very appreciable.

단점:

This software is a very slandered software , I could not found any bug from last 6 years.
