Great Software

Great survey tool for nonprofits

주석: We've used other survey platforms and QuestionPro has by far been the best experience. We have renewed our license year after year.

We appreciate the types of customizable questions and the data the platform can give us about our patrons. There is no limit with the amount of surveys you can send and have active at a time. As a nonprofit, we appreciate how QuestionPro is willing to work with us and provide us the data we need.

단점:

While the appearance is mostly straightforward forward, and we appreciate the customizable questions, there are some instances in which we wish we could change the aesthetic to align more closely with our brand.

Great for the high volume user who needs a lot of surveys.

Easy to manage many different surveys, including the ability to copy from a template and use custom pre-crafted responses. Terrific editing capabilities for multi-row and column responses. Data downloads cleanly into Excel including graphs. Terrific question options with complex logic capabilities

Formatting isn't as aesthetically pleasing as some. As a stand alone software, it doesn't integrate with other platforms as well.

I put it shorty - a DISASTER. Very low efficiency, very low reliability, many bugs.

주석: Very bad. I compare it with Qualtrics that I was using for 8 years and I can definitely tell it's way below when it comes to reliability, overall efficiency and user experience.
Whenever I try to work on QuestionPro, I never know if I'm able to login, if the system doesn't crash or if respondents are able to fill in the study.
I submit requests to client support at least a couple of times per month.

Nothing - while the product has a lot of potential (I can see lots of smart solutions and ideas), the low stability, low efficiency, and countless bugs kill it all.

Very low efficiency, very low reliability, many bugs. I've been using QuestionPro for 9 months now and I can count many issues: not possible to login, not possible to upload databases, bugs not allowing respondents to close the study, the system does not allow to perform multiple tasks at once. I could count more and more... Definitely, it is not a system for professionals.

The best for nonprofits

This tool allows us to have a full range survey program with almost all of the statistical tools we need.

I agree with most of rewievers the free nonprofit license limits certain functionality, it is interesting to try it, may be time to time.

QuestionPro Good Value

장점:

We have been using QuestionPro for over five years. The platform provides a rich feature set - ease of duplicating and creating new surveys, managing distribution of surveys, information about status of completion for us to follow up, useful set of analytics of results. QuestionPro is an integral part of our operations.

단점:

As a non-profit user, we have to renew our subscription every year. But we don't get reminders about pending expiration so we often have to take care of things at the last minute.

Question Pro is excellent

At this time I do not have any dislikes when using this product. It is user friendly and I am able to produce the reports I need.

Quality well featured software free for Non Profits

주석: The software has allowed us to see areas where our product can be improved which has resulted in better support of our clients. It has also allowed us to prepare reports for the accreditation authorities who approve our ongoing capacity to effectively evaluate student achievement in the (Non Profit) school's who use our certification process.

장점:

Met our requirements and the Advanced version is free for Non Profits (normally over $!000 pa). Particular features we were looking for were not available with the Basic version which is free for all users. These features include Multilingual Surveys and enhanced support. Many other features are available in the Advanced version which we anticipate making more use of in the future.

단점:

It was quite a learning curve to use for someone unused to doing surveys (previously another person had done them but using a different product). Some areas seem a bit clunky, but this may be par for the course with survey software. Everything seems to work when you get used to it.

Gets the job done

We have used QuestionPro exclusively as a survey tool for program participants to evaluate a class or webinar they attended. The features are simple to use once you have things set up, and sharing the survey results with others works very well. As a small nonprofit, we appreciate QuestionPro offering an option that fits our budget to capture a lot of helpful data to measure program success.

Some features take a bit of time to figure out. And changing interfaces have recently made it more difficult to find how to do something that was previously easy to do.

Excellent survey platform for non-profits

주석: The reporting features alone have made it all worth it.

The folks at QuestionPro seem to value non-profits. We chose to use QuestionPro because of the amount of features we could get through their non-profit pricing. Because of QuestionPro, we've been able to collect valuable information about our programs. The analytics and reports have been very helpful for our quarterly and annual grant reports. I can quickly (5 minutes or less) pull any results and get the numbers and charts, these can then be added right into our reports.

단점:

Moving questions around and the question logic are a little clunky. It's too easy to make question logic mistakes, which affects the questions shown on our surveys.

So far, so good!

주석: Customer service has been great so far and they have worked with us to figure out what we need. So far, so good.

We are using this product to evaluate an important program for our funders. So far, it is meeting our needs and expectations. I hope the experience continues.

단점:

It would be nice to have some AI that allowed us to import surveys so we didn't need to rebuild them from scratch.

QuestionPro for Nonprofits

주석: This product is perfect for what we need. And as a non-profit the price is free. I could not ask for more.

The easy of creating surveys saves me time and stress.

단점:

The editor could have more options. Sometimes when I use the visual editor I have issues with it resizing the images to the original size instead of what I set it at in the html tag.

Excellent product, robust functionality, easy to use

My non-profit uses QuestionPro for all of its survey as well as a request for proposal process each year. We have found its features in terms of question types, branching, skip logic, reporting, etc. very robust and also easy to use. They offer a wealth of question types the really open up the possibilities in terms of survey question types and also application options (i.e., submitting files). Would highly recommend.

단점:

QuestionPro could improve upon its dashboard options for reporting results internally. It would be nice, for example, to more easily be able to slice the data by demographic question responses (it's possible but not user friendly enough for not technical team members to use).

Great Tool for organizations of any size

주석: Our experience with QuestionPro has been extremely positive. Surveys and community information are critical parts of our organizational mission. QuestionPro has allowed us to gather important data to analyze programs as well as serving as a robust program engagement platform.

This is a great tool that offers a wide variety of tactics and flexibility to structure your surveys so that it can be used throughout your organization---across every department. Additionally, the analytics are extremely helpful.

We don't have the time to learn all the features!

Robust Survey Tool with Execellent Reporting Options

장점:

Setting up surveys and customizing questions is straight-forward and easy to use. The software offers a wide range of question types, from simple multiple-choice questions to complex matrix questions. The software offers multiple distribution channels, including email invitations, QR Codes, and embedding surveys on websites. A favorite feature of our staff is the ability to export data charts directly into PowerPoint for quick external sharing.

단점:

I find the default font size to be too small, but it's an easy fix in the survey design tools. It's really been a great tool for our needs.

QuestionPro - a quality online survey software program

주석: The software has been very well designed and is continually updated. It allows you to create attractive, easy-to-complete online surveys, that can be undertaken easily on PCs, laptops, tablets or smart phones.
It automatically detects the device type and reformats the look and question style to fit the screen used. That means that matrix questions that can be easily answered on PCs can still be asked and answered by people using smart phones. The matrix converts into drop down lists, so no scrolling across the screen. A clever, useful feature.
The reporting is excellent - as is, or the results can be exported t Excel, .sav files for Q or SPSS, and even Power Point.
The capacity to upload video or images is very useful and reasonably easy for a respondent to use.
The capacity to use QuestionPro to send invitations, monitor responses and manage the unsubscribes etc. is excellent.
The support staff, from the most senior to the more recent, are excellent, courteous and available 24x5. They are most helpful in in real time text exchanges and emails. They are patient and are concerned to see you get the solution you need.
Not everything is sunny. A back button, when scripting is used, as it often is, would be useful. Similarly, the automatically generated Excel reports give all the data (which is very useful) and also tables that are percentaged to the number who answer each question, rather than the total respondent sample (which I prefer). These tables are static, so you can't remove a record and have them change.
What I do like is the continual improvements that are being made, some minor and some more significant, and the willingness of all the staff I have engaged with, to be as helpful as possible.
Refinements E.G. mapping where respondents are and what devices they used to complete the survey with, and the operating system used, are very useful additional details that help clients.
Plus, the capacity to import data on the email list, when a list is used to invite response, is very powerful, because when information about an individual respondent is known, there is no need to collect it again, keeping the surveys shorter and yet enabling us to marry pre-known and survey-obtained information and so answer the client's needs more effectively.
Overall, an excellent and well-supported package and system and one I recommend.

No Regrets With QuestionPro

주석: We work with and for people who have intellectual/developmental disabilities. The tool has many wonderful features that we've been able to take advantage of to make the resources we create with it more use-friendly, especially for those who don't read, or don't read fluently. We create video voice overs of our surveys, which we host on on YouTube channel. The ability to add those to the items we create is a game-changer for us!

The price is definitely a plus. We first heard about QuestionPro through the non-profit resource TechSoup.org. We'd been using a different survey tool at the time, which was more expensive and didn't have nearly as many features.

단점:

We haven't used any of the additional features due to pricing. Allowing a 2nd staff members to access our organization's account would also be cost-prohibitive, but as a small organization, I am really the only full-time user, so we deal with it.

Excellent for our very lengthy, involved community survey needs

주석: We have been using QuestionPro for a very large, complex community survey that we were running for nearly two years. It took us a long time to develop the survey, and we were changing things constantly for a long time and found the software user-friendly for doing so.
The purpose of our survey was actually to share as much information publicly as possible (not just for internal analysis) so being able to embed the results was a really important feature to us and we actually created an entire website using multiple blog summary pages to display all of the embedded results. We are very happy with this.
Our needs in other respects at present are probably not as sophisticated as some other companies, and we were pleasantly surprised at how user-friendly QuestionPro was for us to administer. Since we started in 2018 I don't actually remember the other specific packages that we looked at but QuestionPro's interface was an important factor. For our large survey, for various reasons we did not make use of the automated tools to remind people to complete their survey, etc, and instead we opted for a more manual management route but we will definitely use those features in the future.

We were able to embed the results from individual questions onto websites. This is a unique feature that is extremely helpful to us. While we had some technical troubles implementing that at one point, support was very responsive so that we could get it up and running.

단점:

We really didn't have any particular issues or missing feature concerns.

One of the Best available

주석: said goodbye to previous survey tools and solutions. QuestionPro is the one that covers all our requirements.

We are performing surveys and market research randomly. before we moved to questionpro we tried to use other survey software, but could not build custom questions as we wanted. with questionpro everything was very customizable.

단점:

nothing really. Solid product, great support.

RADA's appreciation to QuestionPro

주석: RADA has been enjoying a free survey provided by an organization called QuestionPro. At first we thought it will be challenging but it made things easy especially when we had the non profit favor. We've had powerful insights from various stakeholders including staff, youths, partners, etc. We used questionpro successfully to conduct an entire major study on Youth Advocates for an end to the Anglophone crisis in Cameroon,. If you are an individual, a company or an NGO, Consider Questionpro for its analytic ease.

Great help in our annual workflows!

주석: We are really happy with the tool. It is a great support in getting participant feedback and having a swift overview/report just after our events. We also use it for a feedback/reviewing process on research papers and it has proved to be helpful here as well. The design options are good and flexibel, so we can adjust layouts and the look &feel as we want. Also, we value the adjustable final "Thank You! " pages, which we use for putting up additional information for those finishing the survey.

I like the clear design, which helps to understand which kind of questions and survey options are available. The software offers loads of options, but I feel the set-up really helps to navigate different options, even for those who are not so familiar with market research.

단점:

If you have loads of surveys in parallel or keep a lot in the archive, it might be a bit cumbersome to keep the overview, but maybe our titeling could also be improved. I would need to look into the sorting options again. Probably there is something there, which I did not apply.
