Fit perfectly into our workflow

주석: Overall it works very well and brings a lot of tracking and reporting that we did not have before.

장점:

We needed software that could serve as the bridge between our rental software and our purchasing department. Not only do we purchase a lot of assets for rental but our warehouse inventory needed a more convenient way to be processed. BPM serves us in both capacities.

단점:

There is a little bit of a learning curve when using "filters" to hone in on finding items (this is a newer way of doing it that people with less technical prowess has probably never seen before).

Fabulous Program

Purchasing Management is great/Inventory Management leaves a lot to be desired.

Purchasing system is an easy way to keep the whole team on the same page. Email notifications help to stay on top of order progress.

단점:

We have inventory at several locations and we were looking for a system that allowed us to manage inventory at all locations as well as track movement between locations. This system does not have those capabilities. It would be nice if you could repeat Requisitions.

주석: I enjoyed working with Tammy and the Bellwether team. Very responsive and understood what we needed to work asap and it was a great support for our company.

We started our company when we had almost no processes in place and Bellwether was a critical component for issuing purchase orders for our projects. We did not utilize all of the features that were available, but the software was very helpful.

단점:

Our company decided to go with another ERP system rather than Bellwether for reasons related to familiarity of another system with our finance team. There was not much from a purchasing side of things that was not meeting our needs.

Great tool for vendor payment management

주석: Overall experience is great.

-Simple receiving platform with drag and drop attachment capability -browser and mobile browser friendly interfaces - full approval matrix rules so the right people are approving the right spend.

단점:

- When receiving, the rate of the purchase invoice /packing slip received is not presented on the receiving lines for confirmation before receiving - post invoicing and received credits cannot be applied to an existing PO since it locks as completed.

Bellwether makes our purchasing process easier.

장점:

Creating requisitions and purchase orders are intuitive and easy to explain to new users. I have trained many people in Bellwether and find that the help center is great for them and a wonderful tool.

단점:

I feel that the reporting process could be made much more user-friendly. Once I find the correct set up, the reporting is great, but it takes a lot of work to figure out how to get the data that I'm looking for.

Heavy Bellwether User

주석: Lot's of problems are being solved. One centralized place for all purchases makes keeping track of budgets a lot easier.

The User Interface is one of the best I've seen. Very easy to navigate. Very quick and snappy for being a cloud based program. Great catalog and template that make requisitions very easy to submit.

단점:

Not really any large cons. Easy to use and solves a lot of problems other software have.

Bellwether BPM is an incredible software!

We really enjoy using Bellwether BPM to track our teams purchases and expenses. BW makes it easy to see how much budget we have left in each category and shows where we need to focus on in the upcoming budget.

단점:

Honestly for what we use Bellwether BPM for, we have not found a downside yet.

Bellwether Purchasing and Inventory Software

장점:

As a member of an organization with where my main use comes in the form of reviewing orders and looking up archived information, I can tell you I really appreciate the ease in which I can access the files I need.

단점:

No cons. The software meets all my needs

Cloud PO

주석: do not use this

장점:

this product is easy to use and manage. As an IT Manager having this based in cloud with security and less maintenance on also managing a local server helps me get more done by not worrying about anything but logging in and using the software.

단점:

No account to be able to go in and approve any PO. Super user

Fairfield Properties

장점:

Easy to place and manage orders. Easy to train new employees. Purchasing features were customized well for our use.

단점:

I wish the requisition feature were more flexible to meet our needs.

Great Purchasing System

장점:

I really like the search function of this program. It is so easy to search through all of our purchases for an item that we have ordered.

단점:

I don't really have any complaints, this program does everything we need.

Easy to use

주석: So far it has been easy to use. I'm very new to the software. Keeping track of orders has been great. I have less manual procedures now.

장점:

It's efficient. We now have eliminated many manual steps.

단점:

I haven't found any negatives so far. I'm very new to using this software.

Customer service is outstanding

주석: I was looking for PO generation software and came upon Bellwether. I scheduled a demo and went through the program with Travis Neville during which time we discussed our needs and how their program would need to be altered to fit those needs. Travis informed me he would speak to his development team and get back to me with changes that would need to be made. A few days later I received an email informing me that, while they could accomplish what I was looking for, perhaps it would be easier and more cost-efficient to try another company he recommended. He was right, the other company is a perfect fit and well within our budget. I really appreciated the candor and wonderful recommendation I received from this company. It appears they have a great system with many really good ideas and it looks very easy to use, it just wasn't exactly what we needed. Travis recognized that and got us on our way. I would count us among very happy customers even though we didn't end up going with their software.

Easy to Use Product

주석: This software has given us a streamlined approval process. It has also allowed us to monitor how much of a particular item we are purchasing and track cost increases.

The requisition and purchasing pieces of this software is very easy for the end user. The administrative side is also easy to navigate. I like that the menu items could be tailor for each user group and only see what is necessary.

단점:

I wish that the window size with in the program could be larger. At times the items descriptions could be difficult see.

Simple, easy to use software

Very easy and simple to use. Status updates after submitting requisitions.

단점:

There was nothing I did not like about this software.

Bellwether saves me tons of time every single day.

장점:

Bellwether is much easier to navigate than our old system. I used to spend hours on ordering every week and now I find myself only spending minutes out of every day.

단점:

I would like to see a custom notification feature added so I can control alerts about what items need to be approved.

Excellent customer service, quick response time, easy software to navigate.

장점:

Easy transition from our old software, easy to add new vendors and items. Receiving orders is easy and uploading packing slips is very quick.

단점:

I can't see requisitions by other users which sometimes makes it hard to see if something I need to order has already been requested by someone else.

Bellwether rings my bell!

주석: We love Bellwether!

장점:

The navigation throughout the program and it's ease of use is extremely beneficial when preparing a requisition.

단점:

The only "con" that I've experience is the time out feature. If it takes me longer than 10 minutes to prepare a requisition it will not submit and I must start over. This is very rare and I have made sure to promptly enter my items as to not encounter this set back.

Our ordering process is a lot smoother since we started using Bellwether.

주석: It's much easier to use than our old software and saves me time every day.

I test a lot of different materials in our lab, so I'm constantly speaking with new vendors looking for the right product. Adding vendors in Bellwether who we've never worked with is really easy.

Bellwether is making my life way easier!

Our biology lab is always stocked now that we use Bellwether. My team can bring any requests to me and I'll have the order placed right away.

단점:

I would like to be able to request something as high priority so my boss knows to approve it right away.

Early Assessment

주석: Easy to create PO's once the vendors and items have been created in the program. We are not using the inventory option for now but will review once we've added enough vendors and items.

장점:

We are primarily using the software for purchasing and it has been running smoothly. We have only been using the program for 4 months but we are already building our vendor list and purchasing data that will help us forecast for better purchasing.

단점:

So far everything has worked. We still need to work on creating reports that will help us but we are confident we will be able to create the reports we need.

Easy to use

장점:

As a person who does not use this software every day (I am a secondary user who uses it to occasionally place orders for office supplies and uniforms), I can honestly say that it is very user-friendly.

단점:

There isn't anything that I do not like about this software.

ePMX works for us

주석: it's low cost, reliable, and works well.

장점:

has punch-out capability reliable runs on UNIX and Windows

단점:

no ability to cut cheques to vendors

The software is perfect for our needs, meeting all of our desires.

주석: We are going live in the new year. The product meets all the requirements we were looking for. The customer service has been outstanding!
