Flexible cal management and excellent support

주석: Gagelist allows me to effortlessly manage our calibrated devices and one less thing I'm manually tracking for our ISO certification. Calibration isn't *fun*, but GageList definitely makes it *easy*!

장점:

GageList can be used for much more than just Gages. The platform is flexible enough to allow for creation and maintenance of non gage devices. We track multimeters, safety analyzers and soldering equipment. GageList allows us to create our own OEM information for each device and track who it is assigned to. It's also AWESOME to walk through your facility with an auditor, have them address calibration and simply pull your phone out of your pocket to show them devices, cal certs and locations of devices.

단점:

Date management can be a challenge at times. Sometimes have to delete a device and recreate it if an error is made on date entered service or last calibrated. Initially had some errors with the out-of-cal reminder emails but seems to be resolved now.

So Far, So Good

주석: It has been a positive experience to this point, no complaints here.

장점:

When comparing with other Calibration Management Systems, I liked the pricing, cloud-based storage, and ability to be utilized by multiple personnel.

단점:

At this point I haven't really found any major problems with the software. There are things that could flow a little easier, or be more instinctual to access.

It helps recall my calibrated equipment.

단점:

It's not tailored to my type of business. It is too slow to enter data.

Polish your work with GageList. Satisfying performance.

주석: Professional, neat and timely outcomes. GageList offers an excellent performance.

장점:

Very accurate performance. I give it all the credit for a clean and well organized dashboard. Customization was not an issue for us. User friendly software with very affordable subscriptions. Setting up and automation is a big achievement. Try GageList.

단점:

Everything about GageList is satisfying. It works perfectly for us and I cannot challenge any of the features. Am happy.

stress reliever

주석: the major problem we had is keeping track of the gages and certificates. we recently had a ransomware interruption and we lost all of our inhouse data, the benefit of having an offsite data base is very beneficial. once you start using GageList it is a little overwhelming, but it gets much easier as you get accustom to all of the resources it has.

장점:

my main goal was to find something that provided alerts and notification automatically as well as a barcoding system for traceability.

단점:

when trying to print labels for the gages is a little difficult, ex. choosing different sizes and ability to manipulate the body of the label.

Gagelist

주석: Gagelist does everything we need it to do. It is a great database for our gage assets and the related calibrations. It has some nice built-in reports with the ability to download data.

장점:

The product is easy to use and has a great deal of built in functionality. The dashboard is laid out well and very convenient.

단점:

The interface is somewhat confusing and the flexibility of the on-screen display is limited.

Likely the best instrument management systems available. Easy to use and very user friendly.

장점:

Clearly the software was developed by someone that had a full understanding of instrument and calibration management. There could not be a more intuitive package on the market. Multiple ISO auditors have commented on just how impressed they are with the UI and simple operation for what normally is a complex task.

단점:

I can't think of one. This software has transformed how we manage our instrument and calibration process ( for the better !)

Gage list fulfilled our needs of having a robust calibration system.

주석: Overall it is very good. Lot of options to set and utilize.

장점:

All the available features and requested additional custom features were added which was most important and very useful.

단점:

We are still exploring all the available features at this stage, as we are slowly building the entire system.

Gagelist

장점:

They program is user friendly. If I had any questions they answered them quickly . Also they are open to new Ideas to improve the program .

단점:

I haven't had any issues with the program

Great Value

주석: Great tool, hosted data makes sure everyone is looking at the latest and greatest information.

장점:

Very economical solution while still have all of the features needed to comply with our ISO registration.

단점:

The original package we selected only allowed two users. I believe this has been revised and we have also upgraded to unlimited users.

GageList review

주석: We are just starting with calibration tracking and this software makes it easy, I really didn't know where to start until I came across this. I like that each gauge can be designated a specific area so I know right were to go when it is up for calibration. This feature also ensures that each gauge remains where it is intended (they used to wander between areas) since the frequency of calibration varies from gauge to gauge.

장점:

I like that each instrument has it's own control number and history. It's nice that there are drop down menus for certain sections that you can also add to for customization. I also like the notifications for calibration and the fact that there is a customizable label maker.

단점:

It would be nice if there were more drop down menus, such as for "Range of Size" or " Accuracy" so that they wouldn't have to be re-entered (although you can copy an existing gauge and use that data, which I like).

Good helping tools controlling your gages

주석: I like the software. You have all information in your hand, just in time you need it

장점:

The overview and available fields are allmost good. Like the abillity to generate custom fields.

단점:

The navigation is a little crunshy. After saveing the view shall display bak to display only. at some views the display sticks to the editable view. :( When navigating in to the gages view, or into the reports view I am missing a BACK button to goto the previous view. Thia is importand if you just enter through a filter. And than you need to go from beginning steps :( The Cal-Record does not except files about 18MB, bad if the system allows <50MB. Please add an upload progress bar for a better handling.

Afordable, yet reliable

주석: It is easy to use and great costumer service.

I like that the software is not as expensive and that you get a lot more expected for your money. It is really easy to use as well.

단점:

You cannot use t for PM's. I wish I could have some fields that say PM instead of calibration as they work similar in terms of scheduling.

Great simple service

장점:

Easy to use and very intuitive. Simple to setup and did not have any trouble organizing or preparing for the rest of the team.

단점:

Would be nice if we could have a saved file or database on site in the event that internet connectivity is compromised.

Gagelist Review

주석: I think having Gagelist system in place has eased the process of calibrations being completed on time and documented much easier for our employees (end users).

장점:

The program is User friendly and helps maintain and retain the data on all the Lab equipment need for us to comply to our ISO9001:2015 certification. It is easy for us to validate during Internal and External audits.

단점:

Nothing, I can think of at this point. We have liked the product.

Equipment Calibration Schedule for ISO 17025

주석: We needed a software to help us keep our ISO 17025 equipment calibration up-to-date. It has replaced a very large and tedious excel file.

장점:

It works perfectly with our existing system, easy to use (once you get the hang of it), keeps us on schedule and minimizes non-conformances due to uncalibrated/wrongly calibrated equipment

단점:

We would like to be able to add multiple uncertainty budgets to each Gage. We would also like to use it to schedule our testing as well.

Expanding company, expanding gage calibration needs

주석: As our business has grown, and there are more gages involved that need to be calibrated, it takes more people, time, and tracking to keep the gages all up to date in calibrations. And this software allows a simple way to do that.

장점:

This is a simple tool to keep your calibration records all in one place. One of the best things is the ability to import and improve on whatever records you already have. It's gives you a good view of tracking of calibrations, a good audit trail for ease of auditing, very flexible in the ability to customize options on drop down menu driven fields, and easy to set up customized notifications for the people responsible for keeping the calibrations up to date.

단점:

It a little bit difficult to find the spreadsheet that helps you upload the records you already have, but once you find it hidden under Reports and Data it's not difficult to use. It's also good to understand what options are under each of the fields before filling in the worksheet to import the data back in.

Great work

주석: It's been absolutely fantastic. What I like the least about this software honestly pales in comparison to all the functionality and ease of use that exists in this software with zero local memory space and quick updating.

The web based functionality is fantastic and quick.

단점:

Though there is a lot of customization, there are certain items that I would like to have a little more options when is comes to changing the default information.

Great software for startup. Easy to use.

주석: We are using this for an Aerospace mfg plant starting up new operations. Has been perfect for our needs and meets all ISO and AS9100 requirements.

장점:

The fact that it was available for free to try out was what made me chose this option. I love that the 1st 100 gauges is free and then the charges are very competitive.

단점:

When browsing records, I could be made a bit more user friendly by having a database type view window of gauges.

Exceptional value

주석: I had initially intended to use Gagelist as a "stop gap" while transitioning from a very old, limited program, but it has exceeded my expectations and I stopped shopping. A very useful inexpensive tool.

Excellent traceability features make it easy to show auditors a clear trail

단점:

Initially sorting was limited but it has improved greatly

GageList is a great tool!

Its ease of use. It was very easy to teach my employees how to use.

단점:

Nothing. I would not change anything. This tool was everything we need.

Easy to use

장점:

Its easy to use. allows us to track our gages online instead of excel sheets or stand alone products.

단점:

The lack of a corporate portal. I think they were going to start developing this tool.

Does what I need!

주석: There's a brief learning curve, but it was easy to climb AND the tech support is fantastic. Any questions I've had have been answered quickly and solutions usually found within a day or so, tops.

장점:

Gage entry is logical, and easy to intuit. The ability to add new vendors/manufacturers/etc. on the fly from the screen make it easier and quicker to add in multiple different gages in a row.

단점:

Sorting by serial number is basically useless, unless all your gages have a common and consistent numbering scheme. If you're adding in gages from different manufacturers with inconsistent serial number lengths and formats, it'll sort 0920, 092000, 0927, for example.

Small Business Gage Cal Management

주석: Overall completely stoked on the ease of use and functionality.

장점:

Scale-able to small business/sole proprietorship, enables easy compliance with gage calibration tracking, testing, and document management. Customer service thus far has been excellent, a real person will get back to you quickly via either telephone or a trouble ticket. Any suggestions I made for improvement have either been almost immediately implemented or put on the white board for action.

단점:

There is some vagueness when it comes to calibration instruction documents and long form creation during calibration procedures, but I'm assured it will be improved shortly.

Great way to keep Track!

주석: Love it. Best thing we have purchased to take control of our equipment (tools)

장점:

We are a small company and this is the best way to keep track of your equipment! A report lets you know when things are coming due to be calibrated which is a very big help. The program allows for all the information you need and not all the junk some programs need.

단점:

One thing I wish is then i put in a calibration record I did not have to go back to the gage list to put in a new gage calibration record
