Ganttic Review
주석: Ganttic has been instrumental in reporting data for scheduling, planning out resources and capacity, and showcasing what products are scheduled to run. I have really enjoyed being able to easily access the tools I needed when I worked in supply chain to understand what we'd need to move and what processes take longer than others. It was relatively inexpensive for the quality and features it provides.
장점:
The graphics are very high quality and the features are really helpful to visualize capacity, especially the reports and charts. They create easy visuals for me to report out at a high level, but they also can be as detailed as necessary. I like all the filters because I can pick and choose what I would like to report out and can alter them easily and just refresh the page to see new equipment or resources.
단점:
It is not as user-friendly as the team had anticipated. It is very intuitive for people who have experience working with scheduling software, but for newcomers, it takes a bit to get used to and some of the FAQs are not as descriptive as we would like. However, after working with it for a while, it becomes second nature.

Ganttic changed the whole way we managed our schedule!
주석: Overall we are very pleased with the use of Ganttic. Help team replies quickly when we do have interrogations or improvement ideas and that's really a great thing! We feel like we are participating in the development of Ganttic and that they do really care about their users.

Ganttic is an easy learning software that we use daily for scheduling resources to our dozens of projects. Being able to see in almost real-time any modification to the schedule and to sync it with Microsoft Outlook is a must for our company. The way gantt charts are being generated for every project and the possibility to share it with our customers so they can also see in real-time their project advancement is also a great feature.
단점:
Outlook sync is great but still show some problems. Sometimes tasks are being duplicated or erased for unknown reasons. The way it syncs periodic tasks is also a deal breaker as it does insert separate tasks which can't be deleted all at once like we can do with the "Repeat" feature in Ganttic tasks.

Decent software but the mobile interface is weak.

Hi Mark! Thank you for the feedback. I do not know but for mobiles we have a separate app that works for the iOS and Android platforms. You can just download it from their respective stores. Moreover, we are also working to transform our webpage to mobile responsive. Thus, hopefully it is soon easier to use the web interface in the phones also. Give us heads up if we can answer any questions you might have.
Good affordable software with limitations and a short but steep learning curve
주석: We have used Ganttic primarily to schedule our Onsite and Weekend availability. Since we do not use it for our full Project Planning or Time entry we cannot get a true view of our resource forecast, but it covers a gap for us in scheduling key inflexible dates for our team.

Ganttic has a great layout and interface. There are some key workflows that are not obvious and make things very difficult until you discover them, but once you do it is clearly very well thought out. For the price it is a good value.
단점:
Documentation/community discussion could be better, project planning is not strong enough to replace our use of SmartSheet due to predecessor limitations. Small but workflow efficiency impacting limitations keep this from being a true 5 star product, but that doesn't mean it won't be enough for your needs. Worth a try.

Ganttic has saved me the problem of double bookings especially on projects. Generally, I got a insight towards prioritizing workflow. The tool is easy to use and implement. I have eventually realized what I have been missing when it comes to resources management.
단점:
None. Ganttic has proven to be the best option. No complaints so far.

A unique Gantt Chart solution for Resource and Project Management
주석: Overall it has helped our company become better at scheduling all sorts of resources and create expense reports much quicker.
장점:
It works different than other Gantt Chart Solutions as it focuses on Resources instead of tasks. This helps the scheduling process much easier and helps a lot in keeping an eye on upcoming projects. The reporting tool works great to manipulate the information you need.
단점:
The API still needs a lot of work. The notification system also needs attention since you have to set them up for every project instead of having some sort of general rules applied to all systems. Integrations with other software such as Slack or Teams would also be nice.

Although Ganttic main goal is project management, we get most value from it through resource planing
단점:
I have nothing to complain, it is easy to use, everybody has access and can see their planing

Easy to use ERP, cheap and efficient, great to customise to your company needs.

Would be really nice to add files to a task ( pdf, jpg, sheets etc) Would be nice to customise app notifications. Now it's just a on/off function, this leads (in my case) to a notification every time a user as much as views a task.

Senior Resource Manager

How easy it is to navigate around Ganttic and use the platform for our business.
단점:
I really don't have a specific thing that i dislike from Ganttic.
A great cost-effective solution
주석: Largely brilliant, it's served the purpose we've needed it to, however as we transition to more of a focus on budget management and capacity forecasting/tracking, we're finding that it might not be the best tool to allow us to do that.
장점:
The main pros are its inexpensiveness and ease of use. In terms of using it simply to book resource and manage a large teams' production schedules across hundreds of projects, it does the job perfectly. It also has an API available which we've made great use of to integrate with our other tools.
단점:
We have had to create some manual workarounds to get relevant reportable data out of Ganttic. We've also found that it does have a bit of a blindspot around capacity planning (there is an unassigned task area but it's global across the site, you can't have separate unassigned task areas for different teams). The mobile app is not worth your time.

Ganttic is what every resource management software should aspire to be.
주석: I have spent the last 5 years looking for software to allow our mid-sized contracting firm to organize our schedule further out than one month. We were using three different products to poorly emulate what Ganttic does. One of them was google calendar and Ganttic has very good calendar sync features which make our transition pretty seamless.

- It allows the whole company to schedule multiple projects in one place and easily see potential bottlenecks. - Outstanding customizability. - Super helpful support team. - Really well thought out. If the software works a certain way, it's usually because of a very smart reason.
단점:
- Unattractive UI. - A few weird limitations on the gantt chart. They were very receptive to requests for change on this.

Great resource to book large groups of people or tasks all at the same time to find availability.
주석: Booking calendars is difficult for over 20 people with engagement throughout the year every week of the year and Ganttic makes it easy in one glance

Good product but with no integration with other software as ERP and Mobiliy service tool
주석: I have a good experience but I need to have int linked/integrated with the other tools that we are using on our company.

It's very easy to use and it's very nice being able to see things done in real-time as we have a ever changing schedule. It's very customizable.
단점:
It might be nice if when you set someone's location, it appears underneath their name. Somewhere you don't have to click to see it. We've essentially just added the the location in parentheses next to their names, but sometimes it's too long and you can't even read it all.

Great Staff Time Planning Tool
주석: We use Ganttic to coordinate and plan staffing for an office of 25 architects. It works well for us because everyone can fill out his/her own row for a couple of weeks in advance of staffing meetings and then we can fill in blanks and move projects around during our weekly staffing meetings. No other tool has been as helpful.

Ability to view graphically people's time allocations and potential conflicts or down times.
단점:
It's a little tedious. We don't manage time periods down to 15-minute intervals so that level of precision is not needed. For those who use the website regularly, it is not an issue.

Great planification tool
주석: For our activity in construction, our flexibility is a key point. But for this we need an easy planification tool for our ressources (equipments and staff). And thanks to Ganttic we are able to track our ressources per day and to have a better estimation of our needs and that's a great advantage! When we need a new feature, they were able to do modification and propose good evolution and that's really good.

Very useful tool for production planning. Simple and straightforward.
주석: Hundreds of people work and receive assignments in a system with the ability to instantly change the products that should be done at a given moment, depending on the arrival of components, design documentation and number of employees. This link makes our production very flexible and mobile.

Ease of operation, good visualization. Ability to customize for your enterprise. While this is the best in operational planning for the ratio of labor to the result.
단점:
Poor integration with the Russian language in terms of imports. I would like more functionality in terms of monitoring the execution of tasks (spent time performing tasks)

Flexible and great views
주석: It's a very helpful tool for planning and scheduling and monitoring project status and completion.

The tool is essential to scheduling of audit projects, so we can see where we have unused or underutilized capacity, or where we have overused capacity. It allows us to plan out our annual schedule.
단점:
Creating new tasks is cumbersome. Too much clicking involved.

Project Scheduling for the remodeling industry.
주석: We've been using Ganttic for our scheduling for a couple of years now. Most scheduling systems schedule by assigning resources to projects, but Ganttic allows us to schedule the projects to available resources. They are also constantly adding features. The latest we've implemented is an automatic email to our subcontractors of the schedule so as to keep them informed.

Ganttic proved to be the better alternative than all these old-school Excelsheets for resource mgt.

Easy to set up and very straight forward licensing. It helped to gain multi-user editing and visibility across the different teams.
단점:
Quite hard to learn initially, making it hard for new users without proper introduction. The requirement to drag'n'drop to create a new entry is counter-intuitive, especially as click and right-click do not trigger any action.
