Excellent Software

주석: wer easily. It has allowed us an easy way to organize (and in turn invoice) our work. It allows us to give the customer the access we want them to have easily to see the data relevant to them and gives our dispatch the ability to quickly make changes on the fly! The ability to upload routes and data from spreadsheet is excellent and (while we haven't used it), using an API to build in with other systems is very helpful also!

장점:

The versatility as well as the functionality. This could be used for any number of businesses that wanted to track vehicles and service work on the road while it's mainly focused on couriers. It's also easy to use...we taught 20 new drivers for a large product shipping how to use the software in about 3-5 mins each. Everyone operated it easily.

단점:

It appears overwhelming at first, though there are lots of tutorials and support is readily available to help. They reply to emails quickly and are always helpful

Detrack delivery software

주석: It has been a fabulous company to work with. Super responsive and able to customize our needs

장점:

We love the ease of use and all the efficiency Detrack offers for us and our customers

단점:

Nothing, there are zero cons with this company and their product

Could Work Better for Trades

주석: I like the ability to customize the fields, but further configuration would make this a great choice for other trades-related businesses (plumber, locksmith, electrician, etc).

장점:

The customer always is updated about our status.

단점:

It's not very customizable. I don't need the Pickup and Delivery tabs. We are not a delivery service. We are a trades company and use this to schedule and inform our customer where we are. This could be customized to service businesses and it would be a great feature for the other trades.

about 3 months use

주석: customer service is fast, but they seem to be inexperienced with food catering app or business because there are key items missing such as organizing the orders, they will not sort by date or time.

장점:

its basic but either the price needs to go down or the features that are available need an overhaul. not more features, but the features need to be updated.

단점:

method of data entry, app is bloated with too many "confirmations", "live" tracking is off, nothing gets sorted by date or by time so drivers are always confused. have to manually let drivers know which order is first on the list.

So far so good. but maybe not for long term use.

주석: does the job well. driver got accustomed to the app feature very quickly.

장점:

Simple App & Manual (used to be). drivers are accustomed to the app feature very quickly, and i like the previous manual/ documentation. straight to the point, i can see whats available. but now the manual list is not easy to find.

단점:

- the customer service experience is bad. since detrack outsourced it, the response is slow and they do not know technical and acted like messengers only. "I'll check with the technical team" is a common answer, and long wait time makes it worse. but this problem is prevalent for a larger corporation. meaning it'll only get worse through time. - rising prices.

Detrack For Routing our daily Deliveries

주석: Was an easier platform to use than others and the cost and time savings that Detrack has created outweighs and cost of the system itself. A real users system to manage a multitude of vehicls in personalised situations.

장점:

The incredible amount of time saved from using a less conventional non platform based system. The ease of use of the system itself and the capabilities that are available to the customer that you never even realised were possible.

단점:

The split connection from Detrack to Elastic Routing for optimsing. Other platforms offer an integrated optimization function which is an additional time saver, would be nice for Detrack to have this optimisation for better fleet management.

Supports advanced requirements & support is awesome

주석: Excellent

장점:

I needed to integrate it with an existing process and needed a few unusual features, like the ability to import a list of notification emails per delivery site. I learned the hard way that other delivery tracking/notification systems can't handle this. Before I started paying, I started with the free version and I got stuck with the file import. I emailed support thinking that, as a free user, I wouldn't get support, but I got an answer within a couple of hours AND it solved my problem! They attached the correct import spreadsheet and that fixed it.

단점:

There's a few little quirks in using the software - eg the page in which I tried to put in my billing info was unresponsive. I used the chat feature and immediately got a response with a workaround solution. Also, it took me a while to figure out how to customize the different notification emails. You sort of have to go to multiple places but I now realize that the tremendous flexibility in how these emails are set up and what info they include make it tailor fit my needs and it's easy now.

DeTrack for the Win

주석: Overall very happy. The options we added have greatly enhanced our delivery and pickup overview.

Proof of Delivery, Ease of adding jobs.

단점:

Should be able to arrange jobs on screen for order you wish delivered. Drag to position. Should have the option to see both pickup and delivery at same time. Should be able to permanently update client without having to go to accounts. Add phone or specific detail.

Good for Tracking and Pod

주석: Very good app for the customers and for transport companies who don't have multiple rate cards

Invoicing Lack of Rate Cards No Zoning with post codes etc.

Detrack - CMF

주석: We have never had issues with our deliveries

장점:

Tracking deliveries and creating routes for drivers. Updating drivers trips in real time and tracking drivers progress

단점:

that you cannot do vehicle inspection reports and also map high-risk areas.

Good but needs some improvements

주석: For the price it's good. Love the help on onboarding so far.

장점:

Easy setup. Responsive and helpful onboarding team. Affordable to start with a small fleet.

단점:

Collection is a secondary feature as compared to Delivery. Makes things confusing sometimes. Reports formatting don't quite make sense. The 2 week trial is not enough to onboard anything so have to pay to setup.

Easy and Efficient Migration from Paper Based

주석: My experience with Detrack has so far only been positive. We are saving time on preparing dispatch data, instant POD delivery to customers, and easily retrieved pas POD's to satisfy customer enquiries on deliveries. Also very handy to see where my driver is at any time of the day!

장점:

We are only a small one vehicle operation, but this software allowed us to move from a paper based delivery model to electronic sign on glass technology without too much fuss. There are more features to the software that we currently need, but the ones we do need are there and with a bit of help from the marvelous support folk at Detrack, we were up and running within a couple of hours. Integrating into our WMS was also a fairly painless exercise by our external IT support team. I have recommended it another of our 3rd party carriers, and even one of our clients, and they have also adopted it with no problems.

단점:

Nothing really to complain about with the software, although if I were being pedantic, a little more precise Help information on setting up notifications perhaps?

The Swiftest Response Team - Team Detrack!

주석: For me, you can be the cheapest in the market. But the main thing is the human touchpoint. And I can say for sure Detrack has nailed it! Their product team is the most responsive team I've ever dealt with. Any issues I've put across are all marvelously and swiftly resolved! FANTASTIC SYSTEM

주석: FANTASTIC. Transparent. On point, very fast, realtime updates and integration is seamless to our customer's systems.

Centralised system with all the features needed to run a courier service company.

단점:

NOTHING. Absolutely love the system. Have had no problems with detrack and all the reports and PODs are very accurate.

Very easy application

주석: Before Detrack we plan the routes on paper and was a mess. With Detrack we have productive and clean delivery planning i reporting for every single delivery.

장점:

The driver app is very useful. The admin panel is very good. Very easy and convenient delivery management. Delivery proof with images and geo tagging. Easy API configuration with our EPR software. Very easy configuration for SMS notification.

단점:

GPS history on vehicles is missing. Group deliveries and organizing with which comes first and second and etc. is missing.

Detrack delivery system for a florist

주석: Great experience, I even recommended this to other florists in the industry

None, it has been working for a few years with no dramas

The Detrack features are very easy to use, and configure to match our requirements. The whole system makes the life of our driver management team very easy!

Nothing to complain about at all regarding the Detrack system.

Good Transportation Management

주석: I think overall it is decent. There are a couple of nuances like two orders with the same number not being flagged and being able to see email log as well that could be improved but overall this software gets it done!

The ability to upload and change information provided to a drivers handheld in almost real time.

단점:

May seem trivial but not seeing the order of deliveries on the main screen when you have to move one around.

주석: It has been terrific, love the simplicity and capability. Its functionality leaves very little to be desired in the way of tracking and use.

simple easy to use interface, with interchangeable information fields. Drivers app is simple to use and simple to learn.

Needs the ability to upload files directly to the drivers device without having to first upload to a url link.
