Thanks to Luigi's Box, it is much easier to manage the search engine and autosuggester mechanisms. This tool also offers great analytics to help you optimize your website content for search. A numerous tool for personalizing communication in the autosuggester are a great marketing tool.

단점:

Some solutions are still in beta phase, although they seem to work properly. Apart from that, I don't find any disadvantages with this tool.

주석: LBX is not perfect, as, at every SaaS, there are some minor bugs, but the company is approaching it very well with near to immediate solutions. Communication with LBX is easy and very responsive.

Luigi's Box is really outgoing, willing to cooperate in multiple areas, providing custom solutions tailored for our needs.

단점:

Quite heavy need of proper feed setup(on our side) in order for everything to work properly. But that is something you generally need to count on.

Luigis Box is great tool for e-shops multi-market

주석: I can highly recommend LuigisBox for 95 % of eshops. It is great product for better user experience and boost your orders. Good analytics tool to know your customers better aswell.

The right combination of search engine and recommendation tool

주석: The experience went very well. The pre-production exchange tools are well-defined and the feedback from the team is very rapid. I appreciated the kindness and skills of the people I spoke to. Having implemented other product recommendation and internal search engine tools, the complexity is equal. You have to know how to retrieve the data and communicate it properly so that Luigi's Box can work with it. It's not magic!

We had tested recommendation tools and search engines, but they weren't good enough. These tools were also dissociated, which didn't make the proposal any more relevant. Luigi's Box combines two tools but is above all based on AI. In a sector where it's difficult to get good cross-selling because the products are necessities, we've found that Luigi's is doing very well. I like Luigi's automatic email reports that I can send to the product team so that I can adapt the offer according to trends and queries without the products on offer.

단점:

Creating the product flow took longer than expected. I recommend using a flow manager to make the task easier and avoid asking too much help from a developer. It would be great if you could provide technical support in French.

LB the search engine that change my site

주석: I can recommend this solution to anyone, it is flexible and very scalable

It works perfectly well, we have 1.500.000 products so search engine is crusial for us

단점:

- the integration took ages\ - the way of valueing costs by tokens is not clear enough

주석: We tested several different smart search engines in our online stores. In the service, support and results, Luigi's Box turned out to be the best.

Luigi's Box is doing pretty solid job. With them the search tool is not boring and not too lengthy. Thanks to Luigi's Box the most relevant/most popular products pop on your customer right away. This and the option to add these products straight to the cart eventually boost conversion rate. All of it happens in line with the brand and e-shop design, with great compatibility for mobile devices (today a necessity for successful shop). The second smart tool that Luigi's Box offers is product reco. We use it in cart in the manner of "Customers usually add these products" and it works quite well. When we did an A/B test, the results were pretty good: 4 % CTR and +13 % revenue growth when the Luigi's Box reco was used.

단점:

More usage. I guess Luigi's Box has a lot of solid data to work with. I would like to see another way to freshen up an e-shop, which would be complementary with the Luigi's Box search tool and product reco.

It's super easy to use and integrate with other technologies. The interface and data interpretations are easy to read and navigate. Anytime we need to leverage the search of our customers either on website or in the mobile app, we're able to retrieve all important data and we can rely on them.

There's nothing to dislike. Value for money is very visible.

주석: Luigi's Box was a great choice for our e-commerce. It turns our e-shop searching engine to an upper level. We also have a nice analytics dashboard with many recommendations and issues with search queries
that help us how to optimize the search experience for our customers.
They have a well-documented API and integration with our data was without complications.

At the same time i was missing the statistics of keywords that our customers searched for on our website. Luigis box solved this problem and since then the number of orders has also increased. Search sollution from Luigi's Box works very well without the need of freqent maintenance. We did the setup in the first month of use and now we use the administration mainly for the analitic purposes.

We haven't found any nagative so far. All good.

Easy and fast to implement, very robust search engine with many options for individual settings and result optimization. Very quick response from team Recommender also works great.

단점:

Maybe some recommender settings... you can not setup rules by yourself in administration, but it must be placed by their team. But at least you can`t make it wrong.

It took quite a long time to get everything running without errors. But Luigi provides a long free period to test and fix bugs. Shoptet integration could be a bit faster, sometimes the search engine is slower to load.
