Best Way to Train Across Multiple Regions

주석: Very easy and fun to use platform and seems very easily accessible to our users.

장점:

The fact we can use GIF's instead of images made the life easier to show complex acts.

단점:

Image gallery feature. I would like a centralized image gallery where you can upload in bulk, select and use. Would like the loading of images to be much faster.

Compared to the " POKA ", it doesn't look good

It looks good only on ios but is not very intuitive

단점:

It doesn't work with microsoft office and it's not very intuitive.

The ease of use is amazing. Complex instructions are easily broken down into sectional topics and instructions. Sections of instructions can be instantly located at the touch of an onscreen button.

Occasionally when editing a step, deleting text can cause the cursor to rearrange the letters in words.

If we could add notification features to remind on activities to be executed on a timely manner. That could help the operation, not only having the information available but to be able to plan the execution on a daily basis on the system and receiving notification on our phone would be fantastic.

Translating so fare (now it will be added and I am eager to test it); data extracting out of it - Exels that come out of checklists is completely useless, no overview of all individual instructions as a list - creator, valid until...; work with picture editing can be way better; refreshing and restart options are missing; adding pictures for end user (to checklists) is extremely slow even with good internet coverage

Can be easily accessed anywhere provided there is good internet connection. Easy to train new employees who like to create content of their own for their teams use.Convenient for both creators and end users .Also the help desk at Swipe Guide is the best ever. Always available and prompt responses to all queries -small and big!! Love working with the Swipe guide team.

Some features like photo editing could be upgraded. Also the size of the picture and video that can be uploaded could be increased so a process can be shown in entirety instead of having to trim videos to fit.Sometimes end users complain about the choppy videos .

주석: I think swipe guide is a very useful program. I like having to creating procedures and implement them to allow a more efficient process with training, assembly, etc.....

장점:

I like the ability to zero in on a procedure and ensure the correct way of doing assembly, tasks, what to wear etc... when implemented its great for when questions arise, you have a guide to reference and help answer those questions. It also cuts down on training time because the associate can look through the guide before having to do the physical training.

단점:

I wish there were more ways the manipulate shapes in the pictures. I should be able to do a curved arrow or manipulate a box if I need too. It can also be difficult when viewing on an iPad. sometimes when you press for the next slide, it will skip a slide and move two slides forward which can be difficult when training

Is a user friendly platform, that helps to simplify the employee development process and achieve the vision of zero paper in shopfloor. Has the potential to promote engagement because shopfloor operator can easily create content and help each other. Its important for the on-boarding and training of temporary people and has a strong impact in increasing efficiency of our bottling packaging lines, by reduce changeover time, reduce minor stops and reduce safety risks.

단점:

The platform is often slow and difficult to access by mobile phone. The approval workflow do not works properly. When a change is made in one instruction, is difficult do see what was changed, because the advice is at Guide level.

It's impossible to check who is reading the procedure. In this way I can't say if the Operators are really using the program. of sure in this moment I have lost the control about the application of the more important procedure.

주석: My opinion is that is a wonderful app to have standards of how to do something.I recommend for every manufacturing peoole that have to follow instructions to do their Jobs according to the standard

I think for example that could be more configurable for admins. For example one disadvantage is that inside of a guide, i havent got the optiona to create subthemes inside of themes.

주석: Very positive, so far: the chat box created to exchange tips and problems with a specialist has been very helpful to solve our biggest struggles. Incorporation of many aspects people wanted to see solved. In fact, there had been a few ideas presented, from different players, to act on those very same problems. This software seems to have gathered all the best ideas and applied its principles in order to answer everyone's expectations.

단점:

There are callenges to be overcome, obviously. I think it is yet to soon to focus on some smaller details we came up with, around here: especially because customer support have been keen on answering our claims.

Use of swipeguide

주석: We are implementing work instructions that are now in excell. The biggest advantage is that we have all the instructions in one place and not all over the computers.

장점:

It is very easy to use. Every operator can work with it, even the older operators are positive about the program. Very clear steps to follow and the possibility to add extra information are handy.

단점:

It's very hard to adjust the pictures in every step. Sometimes the pictures aren't visible because they are too large. Maybe it's possible to add an extra feature to zoom in and out on the picture when making a step.

One must have tool for your digitalization journey

주석: What you will have here is probalble the most user-friendly digitalization tool or soulution for not only instructionsand guides but almost all elements in operation and even beyond operations. Simple yet powerful, quick and easily learned, easily transfer of knowledge. Personally, this should have been introduced waaay earlier for most of the organizations if not all in reaping the benefit of Swipeguide.
