Flexible, accessible impact measurement

주석: The SAMETRICA team is helping us manage the social impact measurement for our charitable giving. Their software is continuously evolving to meet our needs, and the support team is exceptionally responsive our charitable partners as well as our enterprise team.

SAMETRICA uses machine learning to accelerate the configuration process for charitable partners by recommending the most applicable survey indicators and adapting the terminology to match the partner's preferences.

단점:

More powerful skip logic features would be helpful, however when I have run into limitations, the developers have acted quickly to introduce new features or identify workarounds.

“Impact Measurement and Reporting made easy for impact funds & their investees”

주석: Sametrica is a powerful and easy to use impact measurement and management Saas platform. It helped us develop a common approach with investees. This all in one platform supported an impact measurement framework, metrics, data collection & management. By leveraging Sametrica's technology we were able to work with partners to collect and share strategic impact data that enabled decision making. Sametrica provides excellent customer service, with professional staff that deliver quality products and services. Whenever we have questions or run into any problems, the Sametrica team has always responded quickly, worked with us to troubleshoot and offered good solutions

장점:

Sametrica empowers our investees to build their own customized DIY indicators, besides the suggested indicators from our Fund. Another big plus is that Sametrica uses machine learning to provide recommendations on applicable impact indicators to our investees during the configuration process.

단점:

To build your impact measurement blueprint, there is some level of technical expertise required, so it is not plug and play. However, Sametrica can provide consulting service if you don't have the in-house capacity to design an impact framework and indicators. Currently, there is no out of the box solution available in the market to meet all customers' needs.

SROI Platform

주석: Sametrica is developing into a useful resource for SROI software and reporting. Their human capacity to grow and respond to customer needs is exceptional where quality of product is limited. As such, the quality of software has improved markedly over time and continues to improve exponentially due to their willingness to listen, learn, and manage challenges to their product. No doubt the software will improve as their outstanding consulting and customer service skills offer a solid foundation to heighten awareness of challenges and inspire further nuanced development of the software.

Positive features of this software include: user-friendly survey development, SROI dashboard with real-time capacity, descriptive statistics for SROI factors, and the capacity to handle high traffic for software users and survey data.

단점:

Poor reporting capacity without help from Sametrica consultant, only offers descriptive statistical analysis (no way to measure or account for validity or reliability from available software analyses), export features are compatible with excel but organization of data requires extensive time to parse, clean, and organize data for coherent translations for larger surveys, and developers appear to still be learning about reporting practices in terms of foundational structuring of content and reporting formatting.

Holistic and credible impact reporting

What appealed to us the most was the system's ability to upload and combine data from various sources, including publicly available data, internal data, and survey data collected from clients/stakeholders through surveys, in order to provide a more complete picture of Vancity's (and our members') Impact. We also appreciated the ability to benchmark data and the option to provide customized reports to our members is also a great feature. We have not fully utilized all the system capabilities yet, but we hope to do so in the future.

단점:

One of the most labour-intensive part for us is preparing data for uploading, but the SAMETRICA team made this as simple and seamless as possible. In the future we're keen to explore automating data uploads, which is possible with SAMETRICA.

Great Support for Impact Reporting

주석: We were excited to find a company like Sametrica who could provide both the software for us to streamline data collection and the consultation services to help us evolve our impact reporting overall. The team is passionate about what they do and willing to work through complex scenarios to reach desired results.

The software has streamlined, centralized and automated our data collection process. We received tremendous support from our project manager and the larger team is willing to work together to troubleshoot. We’re excited to continue to evolve our impact reporting strategy and connect our outputs to larger impact stories.

단점:

There is room for improvement in the transfer of knowledge could be improved. Conversations surrounding data and calculation development are often complex and require thoughtful articulation before being shared with groups who are new to the platform. However, the team is always open to working together to finds ways to relay information in comprehensive ways.

Fantastic Solution for Impact Reporting

주석: Fantastic! The team was incredibly responsive and competent. We had a unique and complex challenge and at every step we were met with an enthusiastic and capable can-do attitude.

The integration between data collected from our companies and useable information to include in our investor reporting was fantastic. The software is as flexible as you need it to be, which was imperative for our needs. The team is friendly, professional, adaptive and competent. It is a great solution for us.

단점:

The user experience on the data input side could be slightly improved upon. It's by no means a deal breaker, but the process to enter data isn't intuitive.

Measurement Solution!

주석: I was excited to find a Canadian company in this space, it certainly helped with procurement. The entire team from the CEO to the support staff were kind and very knowledgeable. They delivered on time, on budget and met all of our expectations.

The team at Sametrica was fantastic. They worked closely with us to learn the software, understand the logic model builder, make decisions on assumptions and ultimately provide us with a qualitative and quantitative report on our program. Services included use of the software, fantastic customer support and surveys with our stakeholders.

단점:

This was a first shot at measuring health and safety outcomes for the government and for Sametrica. Following the money to measure the social return on investment was the easier part. We did have difficulty getting quantitative gains/reductions in H&S knowledge.

Range of Capabilities

주석: The on-boarding process was quick and efficient, and our Project Manager was very responsive with answers to any questions we had throughout the process.

SAMETRICA allows you to create custom reports using advanced filers with ease.

단점:

We did catch an error in the calculation shown on one the reports, but our Project Manager was quick to respond and resolve the issue.
