I have been using CQ for +2 years. Since the first time that I started using it, I loved how easily you can understand performing all your transactions. In addition, it allows you to migrate different physical documents or records into the platform without losing any traceability. A highlight for us was electronic signatures 21 CFR compliant.Through this software, we accomplish on of our goals of having a 100% electronic QMS, Can't wait for the latest revision to include as part of this effort, the digital SOPs as a way to release or revise new docs.

단점:

Probably the way the permissions sets works. The software in general is very user friendly. Nevertheless, this aspect can be improved regarding the details associated with the permissions sets to understand the impact on your transactions.

Quality System Deployment in MedTech Industry

주석: When a configuration was requested we did not receive information on impacts of configuration and as a customer were expected to tell them 'where' all places changes exist.At deployment have struggled to get timely customer support. Also fields available on list views/reports are duplicate and very unclear. Makes end users confused on which fields actually are valid and inefficient to produce reports.

Allows for a global harmonization of our quality system. Auto generates the cover sheet in documents, which is great to reduce manual process. Allows for group training to be recorded.

단점:

Due to the software being manufacturing based we had significant configurations to satisfy medtech requirements.Software is not highly compliant without configuration (e.g. editing records in approval, edits can be made to a record after been approved). Many of our items are in the managed package thus our team nor salesforce admins cannot make changes. Complaint module had to be so highly modified it was cheaper to configure nonconformance module to have a complaint record type.

Compliance Quest Review

주석: I like the program. Just wish that we were set up better and had more people interested in using it.

I like the ease of editing and upload and auto version control. The sign offs are very easy as well.

We are in an old version and I don't think we are set up well so there are a lot of errors and user functionality is lacking.

Compliance Quest has it all

주석: CQ support is great and usually very quick to answer and resolve our issues (most of them user and training issues). The software is very robust, but not as customizable as you would think for being on the Salesforce platform.

장점:

This system has it all. We are running off a very old legacy (partially house built) system. CQ is completely cloud based (so no need for VPN) and has all the features (then some) that we are looking for. I love that we can now add questions to make sure the user actually read the training documents. The automated approval process for document control is really nice instead of doing it via email or docusign at this point. They also added a project management system with the latest version that we are looking forward to looking into. They are constantly making changes to the system to keep it up-to-date. This is good an bad, but was very happy when they moved away from visual force pages to lightning.

단점:

There is a lot of configuration that has to be done to set this up, but this is likely the same across the board for this type of software. My biggest complaint is they don't make things customizable. This is one of the great things about salesforce, but they decided to go in a way that prevents customizing page layouts and edit screens without getting them to make the changes. In some areas I can understand why they would do it this way, but we have other software that uses field sets to allow us to change fields on the page/edit page. You can only use the Salesforce Lightning interface with this software now. Which really sucks for us, as we have some software that hasn't (and likely will not) move to lightning unless Salesforce decommissions classic. This forces our users that use the other software that may not work in lightning, to switch back and forth.

Highly Configurable and Practice Changing

주석: We found ComplianceQuest to be our best option out of over 8 in depth demonstrations and reviews of competitive software. After weeks of selection, we were not disappointed in our choice. We found CQ to be highly configurable to meet our unique business needs, but also challenged us to change they way that we do things to provide efficiencies and stay within the software. The dedication and support was excellent from the start and before we had even selected them, and remains consistent. We have few issues, and the issue we have had are resolved in little time. The only thing keeping me from 5 stars is the new lightning experience (not required), looks pretty, but has been both a challenge to learn and use. Our company is not a fan of it, and continue to use classic experience.

All-inclusive eQMS solution for your Quality Systems management needs

장점:

CQ brings several QMS modules together in one tool which allows for seamless integration. The biggest pros of Compliance Quest are that it is a one-stop-shop solution (Complaints, CAPA, Document Control, etc.). This made it much easier to incorporate CQ into our organization. CQ also allows for module customization to meet our organization's unique and specific needs.

단점:

The user interface and module flow takes some getting used to. But once trained, the user design does become familiar across all modules.

ComplianceQuest has a relatively small learning curve. The UI is extremely easy for users to navigate and all modules are created in a similar way. The customer service is outstanding. The employees are very knowledgeable of the system and take the time to learn your business to ensure the proper solutions are deployed.

We implemented ComplianceQuest in a very short time, so some features/ capabilities were overlooked.

Title of Review - Solid Piece of Software, Excellent Customer Service

주석: We chose ComplianceQuest to address our ISO 9000 compliance and Continuous Improvement needs. Our criteria was that the software should be cloud based, address the ISO 9000 requirements well, easy to implement, accessible from anywhere and also from any device. I must say that after looking at over 20 different QMS platforms, CQ provided the best value for money. CQ is the only platform in the market place that has a strong mobile strategy and this allows our field sales, services teams to be connected to our QMS initiative with little to no effort.
We chose to implement CQ's Nonconformance Management, CAPA Management, Document Management and Related Training, Audit and Supplier Management. My management was truly impressed with the speed at which we got the implementation finished and also how easy it was to use the solution. I have used competing platforms in the past, CQ has been by-far the easiest and cheapest in the market place. Customer service is by far the best. They are there for me. To be honest, I have not had any technical support issues, but they were eager to help me through the implementation and the nice thing is that they never nickelled and dimed me when it came to implementation cost.
Thanks to my boss for introducing me to this company. I started being a doubter and CQ staff has made me a believer out of them.

ISO 9000 and GMP Automation - Successfully Launched

주석: We implemented the ComplianceQuest system to automate our ISO 9000 and GMP processes for both our regulated and non-regulated businesses. ComplianceQuest application is easy to pick-up, out of the box business processes are sound and we had little to no gaps to our existing process. We absolutely love the reporting and dashboarding capabilities. What used to take 1 dedicated person to manage our reporting needs is now fully automated and keeping up with new reporting requirements is now possible. Getting the system up and running was as stated. Our users find the application easy to learn, simple to use and most importantly given that we have several locations, we can access it from anywhere and on any device including Tablets. ComplianceQuest being a cloud based system and runs on Salesforce platform is fast, extremely reliable. I frequently tell my fellow executives that I wish all of our applications run as smooth and simple and also easy to manage. The ComplianceQuest team has been there every step of the way to help us. They are open to feedback and quick to respond. We could not be any happier with our decision to go with this solution.
